I am the mother of the bride and originally planned to handle all of the wedding details myself. As the big day got closer, I quickly realized it was more than I could manage alone. My daughter was engaged on February 19, 2025, and married on February 28, 2026. About two and a half weeks before the wedding, I reached out to several coordinators, and Kaeli responded immediately.
From our very first conversation, she brought a sense of calm and reassurance that I truly needed. She stepped in without hesitation and immediately began communicating with our vendors, confirming details, timelines, and expectations. Knowing she was keeping in contact with everyone involved allowed me to finally breathe and stop worrying about what I might have forgotten.
On the wedding day, she handled everything behind the scenes so smoothly. Because of her organization and constant communication, I was able to be fully present and simply enjoy my daughter’s special day. As a mother, that meant more to me than words can express. I am so thankful for her professionalism, kindness, and dedication, and I would highly recommend her to any bride or family wanting peace of mind on such an important day.
