I am the mother of the bride and originally planned to handle all of the wedding details myself. As the big day got closer, I quickly realized it was more than I could manage alone. My daughter was engaged on February 19, 2025, and married on February 28, 2026. About two and a half weeks before the wedding, I reached out to several coordinators, and Kaeli responded immediately. From our very first conversation, she brought a sense of calm and reassurance that I truly needed. She stepped in without hesitation and immediately began communicating with our vendors, confirming details, timelines, and expectations. Knowing she was keeping in contact with everyone involved allowed me to finally breathe and stop worrying about what I might have forgotten. On the wedding day, she handled everything behind the scenes so smoothly. Because of her organization and constant communication, I was able to be fully present and simply enjoy my daughter’s special day. As a mother, that meant more to me than words can express. I am so thankful for her professionalism, kindness, and dedication, and I would highly recommend her to any bride or family wanting peace of mind on such an important day.

Honestly, absolutely everything provided exceeded our hopes and expectations. The entire process of planning was so easy – made seamless by Natasha, our wedding coordinator and decorator (who is also hard-working and very sweet). Natasha made every effort to accommodate us in every way to make it the most special day in April for us in Jamaica!! Ally and Jourdan were monumental in helping plan and run our wedding. On the day of our wedding, I didn't have to worry about anything. Ally and Jourdan were on top of everything. They even helped with things I never thought to ask of them. When we went to read our vows, our vow books were just handed to us. When I was getting my hair done, Ally handed my family heirloom hair pins to my makeup artists.. all things I totally forgot about in the moment but they had my back! They were such a pleasure and joy to work with and help plan our wedding. They managed different personalities with kindness and grace and did everything we asked of them with a smile on their face! We are so happy we found Ally and Jourdan and feel like we broke up with our best friends now that the wedding is over!

Beth was the best! Helped make our itineraries and made sure all our vendors were on the same page! I was worry-free day of!

Finding my dress was a great experience. The sales person was very attentive and was full of energy, which made it fun and less stressful. All of the staff was very nice, and helpful. I wasn't sure I was going to find what I wanted, but I ended up finding an amazing dress for a lot less than I expected to pay.

From start to finish Shamika had excellent communication skills and was very responsive and on top of everything. I initially tried to plan my wedding myself and it was not easy. Shamika came highly recommended and I was not disappointed at all.

Simply put, Invision Events are the best planners I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Their attention to detail is impeccable and their aesthetic is fresh, yet classic and timeless. They can create large scale events with ease and flawlessly design and execute any project, including building a wedding venue from the ground up. They take care of their clients with warmth and kindness and bring together vendors that work as a team to make the day perfect, including a stylist to help create beautiful vignettes out of all of your carefully chosen details. I can't recommend them highly enough!
