Finding my dress was a great experience. The sales person was very attentive and was full of energy, which made it fun and less stressful. All of the staff was very nice, and helpful. I wasn't sure I was going to find what I wanted, but I ended up finding an amazing dress for a lot less than I expected to pay.

David's Bridal is a great place to find a not only beautiful but affordable dress. I found mine the first day I went shopping. The only down side is that it is a crowded place and can be overwhelming.

I had NO problem finding the dress for me with the amount of dresses to choose from. You should always make an appointment so you don't have to wait, and the staff is always eager to help. I had to have my dress altered/bustled and the alteration ladies were so nice and easy to work with.

I got my dress from David's Bridal (last minute, I'm ashamed to admit), and they were great. They found me the perfect dress, and got me right into alterations. The alterations were done a month later, and the dress fit perfectly. I got so many compliments, and I felt wonderful in it. There is one caveat to all of this, however, and it's why I can't give them five stars: they sold my number to tons of people. I've gotten calls and emails from Men's Warehouse, bridal shows, and "tailored ads." These might have been helpful if I didn't already have all of those things handled, but I did, so they were annoying. I'd still get my dress from them again, but I'd know to prepare myself for the onslaught of junk mail. I think it was worth it for the dress, though.

Great selection of dresses to fit any budget. The staff is very helpful, it not as personal as the smaller boutiques. I found my dress on my own, then the staff was there to help the fitting process.

Thier alterations department is not friendly , and slow they dont communicate with each other on whose doing what. My dress was promised to be ready 3 times and every time I got there its wasnt ready.

I had to wait along time to be helped by a consultant. It seemed like they were taking others who came in after me. The consultant was polite, but she keep disappearing while she was helping me. There was a period of time where I was just standing there waiting for her to come back. In the end I found the perfect dress and it was discontinued so I got a great price! Overall I feel like they could improve their customer service but I was happy with the dress that I bought!

I found my dream dress here, but not with the help of any staff. Our consultant told me immediately that she was PMSing and was in a bad mood. She pulled some very pretty dresses for me, but I couldn't find one I liked. At one point, I was wearing a ballgown and walking around the store picking out my own dress. When I found the dress I ended up purchasing, my consultant became very irritated because the dress I chose was about $600 cheaper than the one I had on. She wouldn't help me with the dress (my MOH had to help me put it on), and when I walked out, I loved the dress, but I spotted another one that I wanted to try on. My consultant pulled the dress, but when we started putting it on, she said, "This is the last one you're trying on. If you can't make a decision on a dress, how can you decide that you really love this guy?" If I hadn't fallen in love with my dress, I would have walked out and gone to a different store. But I couldn't leave without that beautiful dress my MOH helped me put on.
