  Finding my dress was a great experience. The sales person was very attentive and was full of energy, which made it fun and less stressful. All of the staff was very nice, and helpful. I wasn't sure I was going to find what I wanted, but I ended up finding an amazing dress for a lot less than I expected to pay.

  David's Bridal is a great place to find a not only beautiful but affordable dress. I found mine the first day I went shopping. The only down side is that it is a crowded place and can be overwhelming.

  I had NO problem finding the dress for me with the amount of dresses to choose from. You should always make an appointment so you don't have to wait, and the staff is always eager to help. I had to have my dress altered/bustled and the alteration ladies were so nice and easy to work with.

  I got my dress from David's Bridal (last minute, I'm ashamed to admit), and they were great. They found me the perfect dress, and got me right into alterations. The alterations were done a month later, and the dress fit perfectly. I got so many compliments, and I felt wonderful in it. There is one caveat to all of this, however, and it's why I can't give them five stars: they sold my number to tons of people. I've gotten calls and emails from Men's Warehouse, bridal shows, and "tailored ads." These might have been helpful if I didn't already have all of those things handled, but I did, so they were annoying. I'd still get my dress from... Read more

  Great selection of dresses to fit any budget. The staff is very helpful, it not as personal as the smaller boutiques. I found my dress on my own, then the staff was there to help the fitting process.

  Thier alterations department is not friendly , and slow they dont communicate with each other on whose doing what. My dress was promised to be ready 3 times and every time I got there its wasnt ready.

There was a period of time where I was just standing there waiting for her to come back. In the end I found the perfect dress and it was discontinued so I got a great price! Overall I feel like they could improve their customer service but I was happy with the dress that I bought!

If you can't make a decision on a dress, how can you decide that you really love this guy?" If I hadn't fallen in love with my dress, I would have walked out and gone to a different store. But I couldn't leave without that beautiful dress my MOH helped me put on.

  the Hoover Davids Bridal was extremely crowded and the consultants we're not really focused on their individual brides. when going back to pick up your items the consultants walk past you like you're not even there and it takes them forever to even acknowledge you

  I chose Davids Bridal for my bridesmaid dresses because my bridesmaid are from all over the country. It was the only place that was convenient for everyone. I also stumbled upon my wedding dress the day we went to look at bridesmaid dressed. The customer service, through this location, one in Montgomery, and also through the 1800# is horrible! I would not recommend them to anyone. I did not have any problems with any of my orders, only because we tried everything on and did not need alterations. Every time I went to the store the were very rude, they were not eager
  to help at all, not to mention when you call it rings and rings and when someone does answer they just leave you on hold!!

We had to order my wedding dress in my size and when it came in they gave it to me in a clear plastic bag that my dress barely fit in. It was also extremely wrinkled. When I asked to try it on in store, no one came to help get me into my dress. I was only told that if the plastic ripped that they would tape it back together.
