There are truly no words big enough to capture what Karin with Hearts and Souls Events did for our family. She didn’t just coordinate a wedding, she carried it with heart, grace, and an unbelievable level of dedication. Karin is, without question, one of the hardest-working people in this industry, yet she leads with such kindness, warmth, and calm that you instantly feel you are in the very best hands. From the first conversation, Karin was always there. Incredibly responsive, endlessly patient, and full of wisdom, guidance, and the best contacts and advice you could ask for. She thought of things before we ever had to, solved problems before they became problems, and made every decision feel effortless. On the wedding day, she was nothing short of magic. Everything ran smoothly, beautifully, and exactly as it should. As the mother of the bride, I was able to be fully present, emotional, joyful, and relaxed because Karin had everything covered. I never once had to worry, check on a timeline, or think about logistics. That gift alone is priceless. Karin also officiated the ceremony, and it was absolutely beautiful. When we couldn’t meet for a rehearsal ahead of time, she immediately organized one the same day and made sure everyone felt comfortable and confident. The ceremony was heartfelt, seamless, and deeply meaningful. It was perfect. Every single part of this wedding was amazing, and that is because of Karin. If you are even thinking about hirings a coordinator, do not hesitate. Hire Karin. Trust her. Lean on her. You will be so thankful you did.

Reverend Rick was the utmost professional from beginning to end and made the entire process incredibly stress-free! He has an intimate knowledge of our venue (and I'm sure with many other venues in the area), offers a ton of options for how and what you want your ceremony to be, and is great with everyone he interacts with. He made the rehearsal a breeze and the ceremony was beautiful and meaningful. We are more than pleased that we went with Reverend Rick!

We were so excited that Rabi David and Cantor Lee were able to perform our wedding ceremony at the Grand Floridian in Disney World. I remember when I was 15 how they made me feel so accepted within the congregation and how that brought me closer to Judaism. Rabi David even remembered things I told him about, like my dance training, all these years later. So having them wed myself and my now husband was so special. From start to finish the ceremony was loving, warm, beautiful, full of magic, and felt so tailored to us as a couple. Myself and my husband can truly say the ceremony was actually our favorite and most cherished part and the wedding and that was in large part to Rabi David and Cantor Lee 🤍

Jon was our only vendor that listened to what we wanted and delivered on it. Our wedding planner bailed, our photographer didn’t mic the officiant and video as he said he would and didn’t take key photos. If it wasn’t for Jon, we would have been in an awful mess. He acted as planner, photographer, videographer and DJ. He went WAY above and beyond. We got alot of compliments on the amazing party we had and it was all because of Jon.

Ms. Thelma was very helpful and communicated with us well! Her phone calls were welcoming and assured us we were in good hands. She made a point to not email us too much during the last month as it is a very busy time for the couple! For our rehearsal, our venue double booked our time. Ms. Thelma was kind enough to wait with us, and we were able to have a successful run through. She guided us well during the ceremony! Several guests complimented her for her professionalism and enjoyed how the celebration was put together. Our Christian faith was incorporated as well as our love story. Overall, it was a wonderful experience that we will cherish!

Donald is the nicest guy you'll ever meet. He is the all inclusive wonderman! He helped us with our ceremony in more ways than just officiating, and even met with us prior to help the guys get their boutonnieres on/check to make sure there wasn't anything last minute we might have needed. His pricing is extremely reasonable and I believe that even if I were having a mental breakdown and needed someone to talk to, I could have called on Donald. We were looking for a more relaxed and sped up ceremony, which he provided with a short prayer at the end. I'm sure he would be just as much of a star officiating a more traditional ceremony as well. I would recommend this guy to anyone and everyone in the Orlando area- and beyond!
