Wedding Rentals in Tampa

We had to rent all furniture for our venue, and Fiesta Solutions did a great job! They arrived on time to set up for the ceremony, returned to do the room flip, and everything looked fantastic! All I had to do was write the check, connect them with my wedding coordinator, and that was it! So easy to work with and the quality of the furniture was great. Would definitely recommend!

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with this vendor. Haley & Louis went above and beyond from start to finish. The communication from the time I booked, to the time they set up the flower wall was exceptional. They made sure I was satisfied and were very professional. I was surprised by the quality of the flower wall, I feel like it was the perfect addition to my event and we had so many compliments from our guests. Haley & Louis were quick with set up and tear down, and were very personable. I will recommend them to anyone looking for a flower wall in the future.

After much searching for a bamboo archway for my DIY wedding, I found that Gulf Coast Rentals had the best deal by far! My parents and I rented drink containers and an archway from them for my wedding, and we were able to pick them up a day or two before the wedding. That not only saved us money, but kept me from worrying about a set-up truck getting stuck in the traffic on the way out to the beach on my wedding day. The staff at Gulf Coast Rentals were really flexible when I requested to come see the items. Payton made a point to call me to answer all of my questions throughout the planning process, and he was very helpful in deciding which rental items were key in my wedding. When my parents and I went to pick up the items, the staff made sure that we knew how to properly set up the archway and then helped us load it into my parents’ van. All of the staff were really kind and helpful. I recommend them to any bride and groom!

We rented food warmers for our pizza bar and outdoor heaters last minute. The team was very helpful and the prices were great! I would highly recommend!

Very reliable, Quick responses, & professional! Had a vendor back out for our wedding and they were able to fill the order and have it delivered/set up, they really saved the day. Im happy we got to work with them instead!

Ted was recommended to us by our wedding day of coordinator. It took a while to get ahold of him, but it was during the summer time during busy season. We booked him about 4 months before our backyard wedding. Our wedding was on a Saturday, so set up for the tent began on Wednesday. It took most of the day Wednesday for set up and on Thursday the crew came out to finish set up and put up side walls. We did have several issues the day of with the tent. Apparently, there was an issue with the poles and a section fell. To what extent I am unsure as the wedding coordinator and the groomsmen took care of it so it was fixed. By the day after the wedding a storm was coming through a wind had knocked a pole section down and it had to be taken down immediately by one crew member. Whether or not this stemmed from the issue from the tent section falling is unknown. Overall the tent was clean and the tent was up in a timely manner. However, the issue the day of with the tent could have been a bigger problem and I was told it was due to how it was secured.

Doniele, Besos (the burro), and the team were wonderful to work with and were a highlight of our welcome party! Guests are still reaching out weeks after the wedding to say how much they loved our beer burro. They are very communicative and even asked us what our wedding colors were so Besos could be dressed for the occasion! I highly recommend Florida Beer Burros to anyone who wants a unique and cute touch to their event!
