Our rental equipment is in excellent condition, reliable and affordable. Our products can be viewed in our party and event equipment show room located in Clearwater, Florida. In our show room you will be greeted with friendly event specialists. They have the knowledge to help our customers find what they are looking for to make their party complete. Customers are welcome to pick up their party rentals or delivery arrangements can be made.

After much searching for a bamboo archway for my DIY wedding, I found that Gulf Coast Rentals had the best deal by far! My parents and I rented drink containers and an archway from them for my wedding, and we were able to pick them up a day or two before the wedding. That not only saved us money, but kept me from worrying about a set-up truck getting stuck in the traffic on the way out to the beach on my wedding day. The staff at Gulf Coast Rentals were really flexible when I requested to come see the items. Payton made a point to call me to answer all of my questions throughout the planning process, and he was very helpful in deciding which rental items were key in my wedding. When my parents and I went to pick up the items, the staff made sure that we knew how to properly set up the archway and then helped us load it into my parents’ van. All of the staff were really kind and helpful. I recommend them to any bride and groom!

This vendor was extremely easy to work with and the white fan back chairs were perfect for my wedding day. They are affordable and willing to deliver, set up, and pick up chairs. Although we chose to set up our own chairs they also made that possible and it cost less money.

rented several items from this company and everything was clean and ready to go when we came to pick it up! we went over their showroom several times and they are the best priced in town!! will definitely use them again!!

They did a great job working with me for our needs!

I must have called Beau a dozen times with different questions and each time just worked to provide me with answers. Not once giving me the impression of 'oh no it's her again'.

Beau even let me have a chair a couple weeks in advance so I could figure out how I wanted to decorate it.
The guys putting up the tent listened to what I needed & made it happen.

He even helped me find a great place to buy tulle so I could decorate the inside of the tent. He couldn't remember the name of the place so he took the time to go back thru their business transactions just to get me the name of the place.

They went above & beyond our expectations!

We can not say enough wonderful things about Beau, Payton, and the staff of Gulf Coast Party and Event Rental. We did our wedding ourselves at a private condo, so we needed their help with everything from ceremony rentals to the tables, chairs, tents, bar, and buffet supplies, including a grill for our cook, at our reception. Throughout our planning process, they visited our site, handled the necessary permits, and patiently adjusted our invoice as we changed amounts and types of things we needed. Every item, from our large tent to linens, was high quality and sparkling clean. Everything was delivered, set up, and taken down exactly as planned. Their services were a HUGE part of our wedding, and it would not have been a success without them!

We planned a destination wedding from Illinois and needed chairs, tables, and tents for our backyard beach house wedding reception. My parents and I visited their location in January. Beau gave us a tour of the items they offer. He was very good at suggesting table sizes, tent sizes, and types of chairs for our particular event. He also went over how to secure the tents and suggested that we ask about any structure regulations for the tents. He even threw in some strands of twinkle lights at no extra charge. Communication was great. He was very honest about the time-frame of when we
should have our order placed, so that they would not run out of stock.

Gulf Coast was very flexible, letting us change the size of tables, and adding on an extra table at the last minute. Our rental items were dropped off on Friday, event Saturday, and they picked them up on Tuesday. Delivery prices were reasonable since our event was in Treasure Island. The delivery team even helped carry the items to the backyard where the reception would be, which they didn't have to. The only thing we were worried about was that the delivery time wasn't very clear, so we were a bit worried it might interfere with other plans we had that evening. All in all we were very pleased with the service they provided.
