We worked with Charles Zami. Five stars in every category are well deserved. Guests raved about the food and presentation. Wonderful to work with during the planning of the wedding. Returned every call and text. Every detail we requested was carried out. We are so happy and grateful.

A big thank you to Joe Zami for organizing our event and setting everything up! The Zami family is professional and expert caterers, the most delicious food and accommodated all our needs. I know our family is hard to work with and is unpredictable, but through and through you all handled our event beautifully and with grace. Everything we threw at him Joe always says "no problem." Everything was perfect, everyone was impressed. Joe organized and coordinated masterfully. The chef Juan made delicious Moroccan style meals special for us and is a master chef. Thank you to all the Zami's, you run a wonderful business and we highly recommend your services and will run to you for all our events.
Amazing food and presentation, beautiful top quality desserts. We are still enjoying your delicious food and remembering your wonderful work!

Zami catered my older daughter's wedding and my son's Bar Mitzvah a year later. Everything was incredible. Morris and his brother were responsive and ready to do whatever we needed. We had many vegetarians at the wedding including the Groom's family and they were taking good care of with a huge range of choices at the smorgasbord and dinner plates that went way beyond the usual roasted vegetables. Everyone was happy and satisfied! Are comments about it being hard to make initial contact with them justified? Yes, you have to be persistent until you actually talk to them, but it is definitely worth the effort. I constantly recommend Zami Catering to friends. I couldn't use Zami for my younger daughter's wedding. Wish I could have!

Even though it was hard to get in touch with them in the beginning, after we sat down and agreed on everything we were very happy with the way they worked with us. They are easy to deal with, gave us everything we ordered and more. It was beautiful and delicious. We got great reviews from our guests and I Just wanted to say Thanks to all our great vendors! : )

I got great reviews on the food in our Wedding, and I was so happy to know that my guests had a great time. After the DJ it was the most important thing for us. We ordered all the fun and unique kosher goods and it looks like we were right with ordering many stations, with a variety of things for the older crowed and our young friends. I must say that Zami people really took care of us. We got married at the Hilton Garden Inn and the food was amazing, including all sephardic Jewish goodies, Sushi to die for - many guests told me , it was the best they ever had and the dessert table was just stunning, with everything we could possibly dream of.
Even though it was quite tough to get in touch with them in the beginning, we were very happy with their service and food. It worked for us

Zami catered our wedding, and the food & presentation were amazing. We didn't get to eat as much as we would have liked, (what bride and groom do?) but once the food was out, everyone spent the rest of the night raving about it. Zami even included some personalized touches in the desserts without telling us in advance, which was a nice surprise. The price was reasonable, especially for kosher food, and Joey was willing to be a little flexible with pricing to help us keep within our budget. The only weak spot is that they are slow to respond to communications during the planning, but Zami really brought it all together wonderfully in the end.
