We hired Stef to plan our Oct 28 Indian wedding this year, and all I can say is - WOW! Stef went above and beyond our highest expectations, and countless times my husband and I found ourselves asking each other: where would we be without Stef?!

Stef takes "organized" to the next degree. It's so easy to trust her - she's truly thought about every little detail that would never cross my mind, and tracks everything in a way that's accessible and transparent. Somehow she remembers the tiny things I might have mentioned offhand, and literally nothing slips through the cracks. She built trust with us very quickly, and I had such peace of mind throughout the process always knowing - "but Stef's got it covered".

I didn't know what sort of relationship to expect with my wedding planner, but she's exactly what I had hoped for! From the beginning, she's respectful, curious, and clearly passionate about enabling couples to have their dream day. She forms very personal relationships with her clients, and I could reach her via email, text, or a phone call at pretty much a moment's notice. She cares about you and making sure you're happy, and more than once went the extra mile to ensure this for us. Stef also understands family dynamics, and worked closely with my mom directly, and somehow managed to keep us all consistently in the loop.

A wedding is a daunting process, but the right people make ALL the difference. I have no doubt that our wedding would have been a totally different story without Stef to help us navigate through it (and be our voice of reason and support through it) - we are sooo lucky to have found her! I can't recommend Stef enough!!

I only have two bits of advise for any couple looking to get married 1) marry the love of your life and 1) hire Stefanie from your wedding your way as your wedding coordinator. If you follow these two bits of advise you will with out a doubt have a better wedding than you ever imagined possible . My husband and I got married while I was in the middle for graduate school and Stefanie worked around my schedule to make sure everything was planned in a way that would not add stress to my husband and I's already busy lives. Stefanie and Joleen made sure that our wedding day was a dream come true. I seriously attribute how great my wedding was to having fabulous coordinators and marrying my best friend!

Stefanie is just the best! She was really helpful in so many ways, and I knew I could rely on her for everything. I do event management for a living, and I knew I needed someone I could really trust so that I could let go and really enjoy the whole process. Stef lived up to every expectation! The whole process was easy and transparent, and I could be as involved as I wanted. The day of the wedding everything was perfect, and even if something did come up I definitely didn’t even know! She helped with all the big stuff, but even little things too that really made a difference in the end. It’s been a year now since the wedding and I still miss her and remember fondly what a great job she did.
