We worked with Adrienne as our day-of coordinator - her assistance in getting us organized and thinking about all the many details as we prepared for the welcome party and wedding was really helpful. What we especially appreciated, though, was what a champ she was throughout the weekend. She handled some crazy curve balls, and every detail impeccably. Adrienne's calm and positive attitude, the way she partnered so seamlessly with our venue coordinator, and the good judgment and creativity she brought to the inclement weather that was forecasted for our wedding day were all super. She was there for every request and question throughout the night. Our guests had a fantastic time and we were so very happy with everything. I highly recommend Adrienne and Without a Hitch for all wedding planning questions and coordination!

We worked with Ashley & Sarah for our October 2025 wedding at Pagu in Cambridge and we had a wonderful experience. I was definitely on the fence about hiring a coordinator as our venue didn't necessarily come with one. I heard positive things about hiring one and specifically about Without a Hitch. After deciding we wanted to go through with booking, it truly was the right decision.

Every time we spoke to another vendor and told them we had Without a Hitch as our day-of coordinator, the vendors would *literally* breathe a sigh of relief and tell us how great of a decision it was to hire them. As a very Type B bride, it was also helpful to have them asking questions about specifics which then prompted me to get the answers to those questions to make sure things were organized and communicated clearly. They asked us questions about plenty of things that didn't even cross my mind! Most importantly, they helped us to set up a timeline which I was dreading creating--they made it easy to do so and kept it updated as I continued to make decisions and get information from other vendors.

Ashley was with us on our day and she also did a walk through with us the day before. She did such a great job calming our anxiety and made sure we were taken care of and that things were generally running smoothly and *on time!* She also made sure all of our details that we worked so hard on were set up beautifully and that people knew where they were and where they needed to go.

We got married on 10/10/25 at The Fairmont Copley Hotel in Boston. Hiring Without a Hitch was by far the best decision we made throughout the entire wedding process. I am a planner and perfectionist but wanted to relax and enjoy my wedding day without dealing with questions, last minute issues or timelines. The entire wedding process was a bit overwhelming doing it in my own, so I knew that hiring a day of coordinator was probably a good idea. We worked with Allison. From our very first meeting I felt so comfortable with her. She was kind, so sweet, detail oriented, organized, and constantly reassuring me that I was in a good place with my planning and not to stress. She was there for me if I had any questions, concerns or needed advice. She created a timeline down to the second of the entire day and night. She was in touch with all of my vendors and had everything down to a science. It was unbelievable. I could not have survived my wedding day without her. She was so attentive to every single need. Making sure everyone was in the right place at the right time constantly asking anyone if they needed anything. With a big Boston Hotel wedding, everyone in the bridal party and family is also just enjoying themselves and taking in the experience, sometimes you might feel a little lost in the shuffle of things. She stayed by my side the entire day, not in an overbearing way, it was a loving mother/best friend kind of way. I was enjoying my time with my new husband and guests, but if I needed something she was right there. Most of the day my feet were killing from my wedding shoes and she held on to my second pair of comfy shoes and had me switch off for cocktail hour, then first dances etc. so that my feet could get some relief when no one was paying attention. She was always one step ahead of me when I needed a break. Then, at one point, I had something stuck in my eye I could not get it out and I was starting to panic as my eyes were watering and I was nervous my makeup was going to get ruined. And I was missing part of my wedding. She stayed with me in the ladies room until she got it out for me! She literally had to stick her finger in my eye, and I did not care because she was such a calming presence, I felt like I knew her my whole life. She was absolutely amazing. By the end of the night we didn’t want to say goodbye to her. She felt like part of the family at this point. Everyone in my family and the wedding party absolutely adored her. We all still talk about her. We all agree she was the best decision of this entire wedding. She was by far the best vendor that we hired. She was so professional, but also I felt like she really cared for us and it made it feel more personal, not just a business transaction and service like I felt with other vendors that day. I know she handled problems that I wasn’t even aware of. She made me feel so calm on a very nervous day. I am forever grateful that I made the decision to hire Without a hitch. I know Sarah and her entire team are unbelievable. They were so reasonable but delivered far beyond our expectations. I cannot recommend them enough!

We learned about Without a Hitch after booking our wedding with Olio. After speaking with Sarah, we were matched with Ashley as our day of coordinator. She got straight to work helping us find vendors and setting up our timeline. From there, she kept in close contact with us throughout the entire process answering any and all questions so by the time we reached the wedding we felt totally ready. When we started wedding planning, the only thing I knew for sure was that I wanted day-of coordination support. After we toured Olio and met Sarah, booking with her team at Without A Hitch was a no brainer and truly worth every penny. Our coordinator, Allison, supported us all along the way; no question was too big or too small. Her responses were timely, infinitely useful, and a massive weight off of our shoulders throughout the entire process. We leaned on many of her recommendations for vendors, including some of our very favorite wedding components like the arcade games we set up for guests and our awesome DJ. As we got closer to the event, it became clear just how great our choice was to work with Allison and Without a Hitch, they kept us (and our many, many vendors!) organized and I felt confident our day would go to plan. Allison was encouraging, kind, and even helped up coordinate an epic visit from Santa Claus to surprise our guests on the dance floor. Molly and Sarah were incredible to work with!! They were so kind and professional, and they went above and beyond our expectations for day-of coordination. As soon as we had the initial planning call with them, I felt like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders! Think you don't need a coordinator? Think again. As an event planner bride myself, I knew I had most of the planning covered but needed support leading up to and on the big day. Sarah and her team are there every step of the way, providing advice, guidance, support, and everything you could possibly need. We are so grateful we could rely on Amy to support our special day. It would not have gone nearly as smoothly without her professionalism, organization, and precision. I would turn to Without a Hitch for any major event and know I can trust them to care about the details as much as I do.

While we didn't hire a wedding planner, we knew we would absolutely need help on the day of the wedding - there are so many moving pieces to keep track of.
