Since we don't have a sales staff, our business model is more like a high-end boutique. The process is simple, and there’s never any pressure. If you contact us, we will first let you know if we are available, along with providing you great information about TSG as a company, so you can get a feel for what we are all about. Then, we pair you up with one of the available DJs on our team who will help to facilitate an initial conversation with you. This is the actual person you would work with planning your wedding, then rocking the dance floor on the big day. Super simple so far, right? Next, we generate a detailed quote based on the services that are important to you, and e-mail it over (usually in less than 24 hours). It's simple, clear, and easy to understand for you and your partner. Then, if you decide you want us to be part of your day, we send over the next steps laid out in a short, but detailed e-mail.
