Karla Cassidy Designs did the flowers for our wedding, and I can't say enough about her. I came to her with a vision of moody, romantic florals mixed with fruit, and she delivered tenfold. Every piece felt thoughtful, lush, and exactly like us - it was like she was inside my brain!!

The ceremony setup was incredible. We had a nor'easter on our wedding day, and somehow the space still felt cozy and like it was meant to be. Karla went above and beyond to bring my vision to life, and the weather only added to the mood.

Karla was truly one of the absolute BEST vendors we worked with for our wedding, and I cannot recommend her enough! From the very beginning, she completely understood the vision I was trying to create and somehow brought it to life even more beautifully than I could have imagined.

I wanted our wedding to have a timeless, elegant, almost “old money” feel, while still feeling romantic, with a little color, and perfect for the end of summer. We were incorporating gold and crystal candelabras throughout the reception, so it was really important to me that the florals complemented them without making everything feel too formal or heavy. Karla absolutely NAILED it. The combination of soft blues, ivory, blush, peach, and warmer end-of-summer tones was beyond gorgeous. Everything felt cohesive, elevated, romantic, and so incredibly elegant.

When I walked into our reception tent for the first time, I was honestly blown away. The centerpieces paired with the candelabras were STUNNING and completely transformed the space. Every table looked beautiful, and I loved that there was variation throughout the room while everything still felt intentional and connected. From our ceremony arrangements and reception centerpieces to our head table, seating chart, the greenery on the arbor, OUR CAKE, the welcome mirror, and all of the smaller floral details throughout the day, everything flowed together perfectly!!!

And my bouquet!!! It was absolutely breathtaking. I wanted something classic and predominantly white that would stand apart from the more colorful reception florals, and Karla created exactly what I had envisioned. The bridesmaids' bouquets were equally beautiful and looked perfect against their light blue dresses.

Beyond her incredible talent, Karla was also one of the most professional, responsive, and genuinely wonderful vendors I worked with throughout the entire planning process. I had plenty of questions and ideas along the way, and she NEVER made me feel like I was bothering her. She was always patient, kind, and willing to talk through everything with me. I especially appreciated that she would give me her honest professional opinion when I needed it. She didn't just agree with every idea I threw out. She helped guide me toward what she knew would look best, work well within the space, and bring the entire vision together. I trusted her completely, and I am so glad I did!

Our guests were just as obsessed with the flowers as we were. People are STILL talking about how beautiful the floral arrangements were, and at the end of the night, guests were practically fighting over who got to take the centerpieces home! I think that says everything you need to know about how gorgeous her work was!

Seeing our professional photos afterward made me appreciate Karla's work even more. The flowers brought so much life, color, texture, romance, and elegance to every part of our wedding. They weren't simply decorations. They were such a huge part of the overall atmosphere and aesthetic of the entire day.

Karla, thank you SO much for taking everything I had envisioned and turning it into something even more beautiful in real life. You helped create the romantic, elegant, timeless end-of-summer wedding I had dreamed about, and I will forever be grateful. I already know this will not be the last time we work together because I cannot wait to use Karla for future events!

My husband and I worked with Karla to put together the most beautiful florals for our wedding at Willowdale Estate. It was so fun running ideas by her when we had our first meeting. She was always so on top of making sure the floral proposal was updated and correct. Some of my favorite pieces Karla put together was the floral trellis for our reception and my bouquet. She nailed my vision 100%. We couldn’t have been happier with how everything turned out!

Karla and her team were incredible! She was wonderful throughout, helping us with our color scheme as well as answering our countless questions about flowers and logistics. She was transparent with the pricing and made it easy to accommodate our budget. We ended up going with bouquets, boutonnieres, grounded arch, and large table arrangements.

The flowers turned out beautifully, and her team was seamless in their setup, repurposing the flowers, and clean-up. Thank you, Karla! We can't recommend her enough!

Karla is without a doubt one of my favorite vendors that I worked with. It's been a few weeks since my wedding, and I'm still in awe at how absolutely gorgeous my flower arrangements were. They were the prettiest flowers I've ever seen and exactly what I was hoping for! I had an great experience working with Karla from the planning stages through the wedding day. Karla was a delight to work with. We went into our discussions with her with only a very loose idea of the types of flowers and colors we wanted. Karla quickly understood the type of atmosphere we were trying to create and created a proposal that really helped us develop a vision for the day, from ceremony framing to centerpieces. She was very responsive to questions and on top of all the requirements of our venue. The arrangements were so beautiful and got lots of compliments!
