Kelli from Whitetail Events is incredible! She was incredibly responsive leading up to our wedding day and helped us get in communication with all of our vendors with ease. It took so much stress off of us the month before the wedding and I could not be happier we went with Kelli! On our actual wedding day, it rained which lead to some changes of plans, but Kelli took care of it all. Between setting up tables, finding guests/family members, coordinating with vendors, helping us stay with our timeline, and handling any issues that came up, she did it all and helped our day run smoothly all with a calm demeanor and smile on her face. You might not think you need a day-of coordinator, but please trust me that it's so worth it! I could not recommend Kelli at Whitetail Events more, she is truly the best!!

Kelli was an absolute joy to work with. She made sure our day ran smoothly and that everyone was where they needed to be. She was so helpful leading up to the wedding, and always willing to answer questions or provide advice. Working with Kelli for our wedding was amazing. She was full of knowledge and a great person to have to go to for advice during the months leading up to the wedding and on the day of. She was always quick to respond and great at communicating with our vendors. She eased so much stress in the weeks leading up to the wedding, and having her there on our wedding day was great. She was so organized, attentive to detail, and so many of our guests complimented her work ethic. We were able to focus on getting married and enjoying our day because of her help, she went above and beyond what we expected and we cannot recommend her enough.

Kelli is INCREDIBLE at what she does. From the minute we got engaged, she made our wedding process feel natural, easy and FUN! I was dreading the small details as I am not a 'details person' and Kelli's organization skills are perfect. She is always available to talk, text or call and is so down to earth and responsive. She will completely change your wedding planning experience. 5/5 recommend!

Kelli was fantastic in helping us plan for the wedding, and especially for day of coordination. A few weeks before the wedding, she took total control over vendor communications and the final logistics. She kept us in the loop but only asked us to respond when needed (which was exactly what we wanted). She came to our venue the day before to start decorating and plan with us what she would need to do the next day. The day of, she took care of absolutely everything. She had to decorate the ceremony twice as we had to switch to the rain option. Whenever we hit an issue she would come to us and talk through our options. We really trusted her to be on our side and help us make good decisions. As the wedding wound down, she cleaned everything up and labeled every decoration with which rental vendor it belonged to. By the time the wedding was over, there was nothing left for us to do. Kelli was truly our wedding's MVP.

Whitetail Events handled all of the setup for our morning brunch wedding. The thought of a morning wedding was our dream, not thinking about the logistics beforehand. Me, the bride had to be in hair and makeup the entire time right up to the ceremony. I had no idea what was happening outside of our bridal suite. Not to mention, the venue grounds were too wet to have our much rehearsed outdoor ceremony so we moved it inside the night before with no practice or idea where any decor would be placed. Kelli was phenomenal. Spectacular. She handled everything. Even put my mind at ease because I was frantic no one would know what they were doing. She was professional and so kind every step of the way. She was detail oriented and knew exactly what to ask leading up to the big day to know exactly what we wanted on the day.

The absolute must have day of coordinator. Kelli is so organized and helpful! My husband and I seriously could not imagine our day without her help. She made sure everything was perfect and exactly how I imagined the day to be. She was so quick and efficient with decorating and setting up. She kept me completely stress free and I was able to fully enjoy the day.

Working with Kelli was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! She is so personable, easy to get along with, organized and on top of every detail (even the ones you didn't know you needed to worry about). Our day was a breeze with her in charge. Do yourself a favor and hire her!
