Working with Kelli for our wedding was amazing. She was full of knowledge and a great person to have to go to for advice during the months leading up to the wedding and on the day of. She was always quick to respond and great at communicating with our vendors. She eased so much stress in the weeks leading up to the wedding, and having her there on our wedding day was great. She was so organized, attentive to detail, and so many of our guests complimented her work ethic. We were able to focus on getting married and enjoying our day because of her help, she went above and beyond what we expected and we cannot recommend her enough. -

The Wedding of my Dreams
My husband and I had the pleasure of having Whitetail Events (Kelli) as our day of coordinator for our wedding & it was one of the best decisions we made! Kelli is a pleasure to work with, she never once seemed flustered, was always professional and checking in with me. Kelli made the coordinating process seem effortless... even when things did not go as planned. Not only did I notice her efforts but my bridal party & mother did as well & would come up to me stating how great she was at coordinating and helping out since I was behind the scenes. Honestly, looking back I would trust her to coordinate my whole wedding! I really put my trust in her & she always executed each task I asked of her. Thank you Whitetail Events for making our wedding so special. You're great at what you do! -

Kelli is INCREDIBLE at what she does. From the minute we got engaged, she made our wedding process feel natural, easy and FUN! I was dreading the small details as I am not a 'details person' and Kelli's organization skills are perfect. She is always available to talk, text or call and is so down to earth and responsive. She will completely change your wedding planning experience. 5/5 recommend! -

Whitetail Events handled all of the setup for our morning brunch wedding. The thought of a morning wedding was our dream, not thinking about the logistics beforehand. Me, the bride had to be in hair and makeup the entire time right up to the ceremony. I had no idea what was happening outside of our bridal suite. Not to mention, the venue grounds were too wet to have our much rehearsed outdoor ceremony so we moved it inside the night before with no practice or idea where any decor would be placed. Kelli was phenomenal. Spectacular. She handled everything. Even put my mind at ease because I was frantic no one would know what they were doing. She was professional and so kind every step of the way. She was detail oriented and knew exactly what to ask leading up to the big day to know exactly what we wanted on the day. -

The absolute must have day of coordinator. Kelli is so organized and helpful! My husband and I seriously could not imagine our day without her help. She made sure everything was perfect and exactly how I imagined the day to be. She was so quick and efficient with decorating and setting up. She kept me completely stress free and I was able to fully enjoy the day. -

Professional, responsive, and organized! Kelli made our wedding day a success!
We hired Kelli to be the day-of planner for our 45-person backyard wedding. When we started planning the wedding, I was convinced we could do everything ourselves. In retrospect, I am so thankful that she was there to allow us to enjoy the day and the week leading up to the festivities. Her organization, support, and expertise far surpassed our expectations! Kelli began helping us communicate with vendors (finalizing timelines, fielding their questions for me, etc.) a few weeks before our wedding. This was SUCH a relief - one I couldn't have anticipated even a month before. I can't say enough about how Kelli's incredibly thoughtful check-list and succinct online communication helped my husband and I feel that nothing was slipping through the cracks. On the day of the wedding, she was calm, professional, and really made me feel at peace even as we faced some potential rain showers. I would hire her again in a second!
To anyone else planning a small wedding and considering hiring a planner, day-or or otherwise, DO IT! And hire Kelli at Whitetail. -

Kelli was absolutely wonderful as our day-of wedding planner/coordinator. Initially, we thought “day-of” meant she would help only on our actual wedding day, but we couldn’t have been more wrong. She was in communication with us from the moment we hired her until after the wedding was completed. Kelli made sure to always check in throughout the months leading up to the wedding. In the final months, she reached out to all of our other vendors to ensure they had everything straight/covered. She wrote, re-wrote, and tweaked our wedding day time line document as many times needed to be sure not only all of our requirements/requests were met, but also each of the vendors requirements and requests. If we came across any issues with vendors, Kelli would make it a priority to contact them to resolve any confusion or issue, completely absolving us of any last-minute stress.
Kelli attended our rehearsal to be sure it ran smoothly, and to assure everyone knew their role for the wedding. She introduced herself to everyone and was incredibly sweet, accommodating, relatable and perfectly able to control a chaotic room full of chaotic humans. Without Kelli, we are certain our wedding would not have been as amazing, wonderful, or as stress-free as it was. She will forever be a huge part of our special day, and we couldn’t recommend her more. Her small business makes you feel like you’re the only event she’s planning, while also giving you the professionalism and experience of a larger, more expensive company. She knows exactly what she’s doing and she will help make your event perfectly yours! 11/10 rating from us!

I cannot say enough about Kelli. I recently found out that Justin and I were Kelli’s first clients. I was SHOCKED. I never would’ve guessed that Kelli was new to this business. From the very first meeting I had so much confidence in Kelli and rightfully so because Kelli made sure I was never worried about anything. From assistance with our timeline to coordination with all the vendors, Kelli was right there to assist with it all. The week before the wedding Kelli took over the last remaining details and coordination which allowed me to relax and actually enjoy my wedding. My actual wedding day went so smooth and was executed perfectly. I cannot thank Kelli enough for all she did for us and I will recommend her to anyone! -

My daughter and I hired Whitetail Events (Kelli) as our wedding planner. The best idea that we both had. She is worth every penny spent. Kelli was so helpful, had terrific ideas, did so much research due to my daughter having a fusion wedding. I really had no clue how much work and effort went into weddings these days. I really cannot speak highly enough of Kelli! Again, worth every penny spent. We would definitely hire her again for any event that we would be throwing. -

I’m finding it hard to decide where to start, much like how my husband and I felt when starting to plan our wedding. We knew for sure we wanted a wedding planner to help organize our big ideas into an achievable plan, and Kelli truly went above and beyond our expectations! We booked with Whitetail for the most hours possible for wedding planning, and the process began immediately (a little over a year in advance). In the beginning, we found it incredibly helpful to share our vision and to hear what suggestions, contacts, and important steps Kelli recommended we follow. During that year process, both my husband and I found it surprisingly calming to have her reassure us that we were in the right place on our timelines and that everything would come together. Kelli really shines when it comes to organization and follow-through. I could always depend on Kelli to respond to my emails timely and to coordinate with other vendors (and it got a little complicated with renting stages, communicating those specifications and needs with the band and the venue… I’m tired just recalling it!). Kelli was always kind and professional, even when sending email reminders to vendors that were a little slow to respond. Kelli’s timeline is a thing of beauty.. People in the wedding party and other vendors commented it was the most detailed and thorough timeline they had seen! I knew exactly what to expect when it came to the wedding day, and I didn’t worry about a thing. Even if you aren’t able to or interested in full service wedding planning, having Kelli there day-of was the driving force behind our wedding being the best day of our lives. Kelli was active ALL DAY. I mean, she set up all of the decor (side note: also FOLDED OUR NAPKINS days before… what?! Truly a huge help), greeted vendors, even helped get mud out of my dress minutes before the ceremony! During the wedding, she ensured everything was running smoothly and on-time. We did book her for the full day, but let me tell you she let me know she had two other weddings our weekend and you would never have known if she didn’t say anything- she worked through that entire day like a superhero. At the end of the evening, she was instrumental in ensuring everything was cleaned and packed away as well. As Kelli continues to grow her business, I don’t know how she’d be able to keep up with how much she gives of herself to her job (although knowing her, she will), but even if she was only able to work half as hard, it would still be 100% worth it. She was the driving force behind the most important day of our lives (so far) and completely indispensable. I’d go so far as to say, you can’t afford to not book Whitetail Events! You spend so much time and money on making sure this day is perfect, Kelli ensures that the vision becomes a reality and does it with so much care and kindness that you really just get to focus on enjoying the moment. -

From the moment we had our first call, Kelli was incredible. Her organization skills and calm demeanor helped assure us that our event was in great hands! She thought of small details that we hadn't even considered and communicated with all of our vendors to make sure the day went off without a hitch. When a small issue came up with a stain on my dress, she had a full kit of emergency supplies to help fix it! We truly cannot say enough about how wonderful Kelli was and how strongly we would recommend her services! -

When my now husband and I started to really think about the details of the day of our wedding, it was beyond overwhelming. We started to look into all the different coordinators around the Madison area and came across Whitetail Events. I messaged Kelli and her response was so fast and thorough that I knew that she would be great to work with. Kelli made the whole wedding planning process so easy with her advice, attention to detail, positivity, and overall willingness to help. She made sure that she knew every detail about our day and came up with a super in depth timeline for the other vendors and everyone to use so everyone was on the same page. The day of our wedding, Kelli took care of literally everything as far as set up goes and hit it nail on the head. I don't have enough good things to say about Kelli and Whitetail Events!
