Elizabeth was our coordinator for our April 2025 wedding at Meadowlark Botanical Gardens. Having Elizabeth in the planning process and on our wedding day was one of the best decisions we made! Her many years in the wedding and event planning industry show in her professionalism, reliability, design choices, and creativity. Her linen choices and welcome table set up were impeccable. She is organized and kept us updated frequently throughout the whole process. Not to mention she is incredibly kind and fun to work with! Elizabeth pays attention to the little details. Especially the ones brides are too stressed to notice. When one of my bridesmaid’s accidentally got nail polish on her dress at the venue, Elizabeth magically obtained emergency nail polish remover to get it out. And she even re-curled my bridal hair and bustled my dress after our outdoor ceremony! She took the stress and hard work out of our hands so we could enjoy the best day of our lives. Needless to say, Elizabeth is the calm amongst the wedding chaos.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about our wedding planner! From the very beginning, the entire experience was flawless. The planning process was organized, thorough, and completely stress-free. They guided us through every detail with patience and expertise, from timelines to décor to vendor coordination.

From the first phone call to the last, Elizabeth made us feel at ease and energized about the wedding planning process. She brings a natural skill and passion for tackling whatever the project or issue is, and always worked to help lighten the load of planning. Whether it was following up with vendors directly, random texts about which tablescape looked the best, or downloading after a vendor call, she took all the time necessary to make sure the vision for our wedding day was understood. When our wedding weekend arrived she stepped in and led the bridal party through the rehearsal and even volunteered to help out during our rehearsal dinner which was not something she was required to do. On our wedding day when I was worried about walking down the stairs in my heels during the ceremony, we found an alternate plan and she made it work beautifully. On top of running the day, Elizabeth and her team somehow also found the time to set up our stunning dinner decor under the tent and in the barn, matching our design vision perfectly. She moved us through our evening with grace and ease. We had multiple guests comment at how wonderful the timeline flow for the evening was. When I needed to change out of my ceremony dress and into my reception dress, she jumped in helping with all the tiny buttons so I could get back out on the dance floor. Elizabeth came to every meeting prepared and willing to talk about ideas, answer questions, or just allow us time to vent. I am fairly certain the only reason I didn't lose my mind at some point during the planning process is because of her kindness, calming energy, and willingness to listen. We wholeheartedly and without reservation recommend Elizabeth for any and all planning/coordination needs. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts Elizabeth, you are truly a gem in this crazy wedding world!

She went above and beyond to help me plan and execute my wedding. She worked closely with the on-site coordinator at Sylvanside and even built such a strong relationship with the venue owner that she later became one of their prefered coordinators. She helped me secure the venue during the uncertainty of post-Covid, walking me through every detail and making the process feel so much less stressful. On the day itself, Elizabeth struck the perfect balance—she was respectful of the venue coordinator’s role but confidently stepped in when it mattered most. When the rain started, she made a quick call to keep the ceremony outside, knowing that was my dream. Standing under the drizzle, I got to have the wedding I truly wanted, and it was magical—all because Elizabeth understood my vision and wasn’t afraid to make that decision in the moment. Her organization, calm presence, and genuine care made all the difference. Having Elizabeth by my side made me feel so supported, and I am forever grateful she helped bring my wedding day to life

I was so overwhelmed when I first started planning my wedding in 2017. I knew what I wanted, but I was lost when it came to achieving that vision and sticking to the budget. I was also dealing with a million questions from vendors and the venue that left me feeling paralyzed with indecision. I still remember my first conversation with Elizabeth. I asked her like 50 questions ranging from the dinner menu choices and the drinks budget to wedding decor and cute things I found on Pinterest. In the most calm yet informative way, she just sliced through all the chaos and indecision. She had extremely practical and creative ideas for the menu, how to split my budget, and ways to save on some wedding things that I didn’t care too much about. She also helped keep me centered and saved me from buying Pinterest-inspired decor that no one would have cared about or seen. I just felt so comfortable with her, really trusted her opinion, and loved her creativity and eye for design and detail. She was amazing at the wedding and everything was so perfect! It was nice to not have to worry about the details during the wedding and instead focus on the event and celebrating with my friends and family. My only regret is that I didn’t engage her earlier in the process. Her advice would have been so helpful when picking venues.
