We had our wedding at The Hillcrest Estate last month and it was such a beautiful day! Kate was so helpful throughout the planning process and very accommodating to my husband and I’s requests. We had a micro wedding and the venue was a perfect size for us. Every single one of our guests commented on how beautiful the estate is and had an amazing time. Our experience at Hillcrest Estate was exceptional from beginning to end. The property is absolutely beautiful, with thoughtful attention to every detail. Our daughter and son-in-law chose the woodland setting for the ceremony, and it couldn't have been more perfect. It created a peaceful, natural backdrop; many of our guests commented on it throughout the day.

The bridal party and parents stayed in the mansion and guest house, and the accommodations exceeded our expectations. The rooms were elegant, comfortable, and well-appointed, with a refrigerator in every room and everything we needed to keep snacks and drinks on hand while getting ready. It truly felt like a luxurious home away from home.

We hosted the rehearsal dinner and cocktail hour in the ballroom, and it was stunning. Every element of the space felt intentional and beautifully designed. It was the perfect setting for an intimate dinner while still providing plenty of room for guests to mingle comfortably.

The food deserves special recognition. Both the rehearsal dinner and the wedding reception meals were outstanding. We've received countless compliments from our guests about how delicious the food was, as well as how generous the portions were.

The reception was held under the outdoor tent, which created an elegant atmosphere while allowing everyone to enjoy the beauty of the property. One of the things our guests appreciated most was having the ceremony and reception in one location. The estate offers so many inviting places to gather, relax, and enjoy the natural surroundings, making the entire experience feel seamless and welcoming.

The staff at Hillcrest Estate was truly exceptional. They were proactive, organized, responsive, kind, and professional throughout the planning process and on the wedding day itself. We had an uncertain weather forecast, and their communication and preparedness gave us complete confidence that every contingency had been considered. Thankfully, the weather cooperated, but it was reassuring to know we were in such capable hands.

If you're looking for a venue that combines the beauty of nature with timeless elegance, exceptional service, and outstanding food, I cannot recommend Hillcrest Estate highly enough. It was the perfect place to celebrate our daughter's wedding, and we're so grateful for the unforgettable experience they created for us.

The Hillcrest Estate was the perfect venue for our wedding. Kate made everything extremely easy with the micro-wedding package and she was so helpful throughout our entire experience. We really loved being able to accommodate our closest family and friends for the weekend. We are still getting praise on how beautiful the venue is! I am so glad we listened to the local vendor recommendations, they were all amazing. Kate and her team did an excellent job and we cannot recommend them enough!

My daughter got married here and it was beautiful and the overnight accommodations are wonderful and convenient!

I cannot rave about Kate and The Hillcrest Estate enough. The property is stunning. The accommodations on property are amazing and Kate does a phenomenal job managing it all. This is an absolute dream venue.

We looked at several venues and kept coming back to Hillcrest. Kate was great to work with and helped keep me on track with timelines. She was there on our wedding day to help things run smooth and take care of any issues. Our money went a lot further at Hillcrest when compared to other venues. It was a beautiful setting and our guests loved it!

The whole venue is beautiful. We got ready in the brand new bridal suite and we’re blown away by the beauty of everything there! Kate was very quick to respond and helped us set up the day before the wedding. We loved it and our guests loved it too!
