The Hillcrest Estate is a historic mansion and wedding venue with incredibly unique style, located in the countryside between Rochester and Buffalo, New York. The estate boasts over a hundred acres of pristine land and quite a few famous visitors and we are open all year round!

Facilities and Capacity

Two main areas are available for your wedding party at The Hillcrest Estate. The ballroom, accented with vintage decor and two massive fireplaces, antique furniture, hardwood flooring, and chandeliers, can accommodate up to 125 guests. Then, looking outside, the veranda features a tiered terrace and reflecting pool along with impeccably maintained lawn space for your ceremony and reception. The outdoor space can host roughly 200 guests.

Accommodations

Spend your entire weekend at The Hillcrest Estate by booking the night of your wedding, or the entire weekend! Our carriage house, which accommodations up to 6 guests, that is equipped with a full kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, a front porch with views of the woods and fields, and a backyard fire pit and outdoor seating area. Our accommodations packages also include use of the 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms in the mansion that can accommodation up to 16 guests.
