Sylvanside Farm, Loudoun County's largest barn venue uniquely offers two charming historic barns exclusively for each wedding. Sylvanside is an historic property originally established in 1774 and the grounds remain meticulously manicured today with breathtaking scenic views of mountains, ponds and fields from every vantage point on the property. During your wedding, you have private access to the farm’s 25 acres of land, two barns, two cottages, the manor house and the hair and makeup salon. This venue exudes old-world charm among the stone barn and wooden barns, rolling fields, and formal gardens and will elevate your rustic wedding into one filled with elegance and style.

Facilities and Capacity
There are numerous locations on the property to host an outdoor or indoor event. Sylvanside Farm is the only venue in Virginia to include two barns for your celebration. One can be used for your cocktail hour and the other for dinner and dancing. This means there is a built in rain plan as either barn can be used to quickly move a ceremony inside if necessary. Also included is a manor house, 2 cottages for overnight stays and rustic smokehouse on the property to use for your wedding ceremony, reception, rehearsal dinner, bridal shower, engagement party, or elopement. As many as 225 guests are welcome for a sit-down reception (with ample room for photo booths, large dance floors and bars) The venue includes both upscale ceremony and reception tables with beautiful Tuscan Cross Back Chairs for your reception. The barns are breathtaking with massive vaulted ceilings and elegant light fixtures and chic bathrooms. The houses on the property can serve as get-ready rooms for you and members of your wedding party as well as accommodations for you on the wedding night. The entire property is wheelchair accessible and there is ample parking. Valet and shuttle services are also easily accomodated.

Services Offered
Sylvanside offers wedding packages with catering and beverage services choices from our preferred list. Outside catering options include a buffet, family-style meal, or plated and food trucks and other fun options for desserts or late night snacks are easily accomodated. The venue welcomes outside vendors with prior approval to help execute the wedding. The farm includes a list of complimentary offerings to use during the big day, including Clydesdale horses for any photos. Event items available include banquet tables, elegant wooden cross back chairs for reception, ceremony chairs, lighting, altar/arch, and a huge array of vintage furniture. An event planner will be with you during the planning and your catering team will set up the ceremony and receptions spaces to your specifications.
