Storybook Day Events offers partial planning, two-month-to-the-wedding-day planning, and day-of coordination services. Their most popular package begins sixty days before the wedding date. This package is ideal for the couple who is independent and organized but need a little help pulling it all together. The service includes a vision meeting with the couple 60 days before the wedding, a logistics meeting with the couple 30 days prior, and a venue visit and walkthrough. They will serve as liaison and point of contact with all contracted vendors, review all contracts, establish a timeline and schedule for the wedding day, ceremony, and reception, manage the wedding rehearsal and oversee all vendor setup and cleanup. The package includes up to eight hours of on-site wedding day coordination and logistical management at the venue.
