Amy is a true dream to work with! She was the coordinator in charge of planning a client's wedding weekend who hosted their rehearsal dinner at our venue. The entire planning process she was extremely communicative and helpful, I mean it when I say Amy is the best coordinator we have worked with so far! Because of her amazing communication and attention the to detail, we were able to execute this event flawlessly day of.
Graphs, pictures, charts, she goes above and beyond to ensure every detail is taken care of and all vendors are on the same page. I can say that as Amy's client, you truly will have no worries day-of as she has taken care of everything.
In addition to her amazing professionalism, I can't begin to explain how much Amy personally cares for her clients and being apart of such a special weekend in their lives. Not only does she deliver, but she is a great friend by the end of the planning process! One of the most kind and caring people I have ever met.
Amy brings great dedication and experience to the table, I am greatly looking forward to working with her in the future!

I cannot say enough good things about working with Amy/Storybook Day Events for our wedding. From my first conversation with Amy I knew I wanted to work with her as she strikes a perfect balance between professional and personable. That first impression definitely carried throughout our entire experience. There were several times where I honestly don't know what I would have done without Amy in our corner helping sort out final details. We had several main contacts for major vendors- DJ, venue, caterer- change in the month before our wedding. During this time I was also out of commission for awhile with illness. Amy made sure no details were dropped during all those changes, while also remaining flexible and feeling like a supportive friend throughout. Ultimately everything turned out absolutely beautiful on the wedding day and I cannot recommend Amy enough! You will not regret going with Storybook Day Events for your wedding! -

Amy was the most amazing person, wedding planner, and now friend that helped me experience the best day of my LIFE! She cared for me and solved problems that I couldn't figure out. Not only that, she made sure all the vendors were cared for as well. It was by far the best wedding I could ever ask for and It wouldn't have been anywhere near as put together and perfect if I didn't have Amy! We love you, Amy!! -

I cannot say enough good things about Amy but I will try. In a nutshell she is amazing. From the moment I met her I knew we were in good hands with my daughter’s wedding which was in November. She was immediately in contact with all of the vendors - venue, transportation, florist and photographer (to name a few) and created a run of show that covered every single detail of the wedding day. I cannot emphasize enough what an impact she had in making sure every detail of my daughter and her husband’s wedding day was perfect. Amy, thank you for making Reed’s day as magical as we had hoped for! -

Storybook Day Events is the best of the BEST! If you are looking for an incredible wedding planner in Charlotte, NC look no further - Storybook Day Events is who you want!!! Amy helped my husband and I plan our wedding multiple times due to COVID-19, venue changes and a hurricane the week of our outdoor wedding. I felt like I could go to Amy for ANYTHING and she was always there to help me! She truly listened to everything I had to say and saw the vision we wanted. She always had creative solutions or suggestions to make our day the special day that we were looking for within our budget! Storybook Day Events made all of my Pinterest dreams come true and I could not have imagined our wedding without them!!!! Storybook Day Events absolutely nailed all of the small details and made us feel so confident the day of our wedding. The team took away all anxiety about decor, vendors, etc. and we were able to truly enjoy each moment of our day. I absolutely loved that Storybook Day Events collaborated with all of my vendors to ensure that everything was taken care of. Storybook Day Events truly could not have been more amazing and I would recommend them any day!! -

Absolutely incredible! Top notch quality!!!
Amy of Storybook Day Events went above and beyond our expectations! Due to COVID we had to leave our venue and decided to hold it in our yard. Amy helped us with our set up that was absolutely spectacular!!! From tables, chairs, table decorations, flowers... She and her team came in and took care of everything!! It was more than we could have ever done ourselves and I would totally use Storybook Day Events again!!!
Exceptionally professional and flexible. Worth every cent!!! -

We were thrilled with the guidance, support and caring that we received. Michelle was always on top of things, and quick to implement changes. We needed the tent and tables picked up early. Bam, called and organized within a couple of hours. She was incredibly supportive of our ideas, while keeping an eye on the budget. She had many cost cutting tips for us, which allowed us to have the wedding and reception we wanted without wasting money. She was always willing to use items that we already had. Alot of wedding planners discourage that and make you feel like only brand new expensive things are appropriate. She did the centerpieces herself for the tables and they were STUNNING. She knew just what flowers to order. She also decorated the bride and grooms sweetheart table and it was absolute perfection. I know there are a lot of people and companies that plan and facilitate weddings. I'm sure many are good. But with this company, you get something else along with those things. You get enthusiasm, you get kindness, you get caring. They are, quite simply, a joy and delight to work with. -

Amy is so incredibly sweet and willing to help. She is very easy to communicate with and get in touch with and responds to emails so promptly. There were so many changes for the wedding we were working together on because of the Corona Virus and she gracefully and calmly handled all of it and helped to put everyone at ease. I am so excited for the next opportunity I will have to work with Amy! -

As an entertainment company that performs at hundreds of weddings per year, we see all kinds of planners and there are some that really stand above all the rest. Amy is one of those. This past week when served up with a global pandemic, without any panic or stress, Amy was able to flip everything on a dime (changing locations, coordinating with vendors and getting them to change up their original plans, changing up guest instructions, etc) all while keeping the bride and groom relaxed and letting them just concentrate on having fun and being able to enjoy the process and their big day. If she can do all of that in the middle of a world crisis just think about what she can do for your wedding! We highly recommend her. -

If I could leave a MILLION FIVE STAR reviews I would!
The first time I met Amy and Michelle I knew I made the right decision. They were genuinely happy to be meeting with me and made me feel so special right from the very beginning. I knew I was in great hands. This became even more evident when my "wedding world" was turned upside down due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Amy & Michelle helped me plan not only one, but THREE WEDDINGS - the original one, smaller one and an even smaller one at a whole different venue. I found out 4 days before my wedding that my venue could no longer let us use their facilities. Amy helped me come up with a whole new plan and made sure all of my vendors were on board. She executed the new wedding plan perfectly. My special day could not have happened without her. She was a God send, gift and friend rolled into one. Brides, look no further. This is the planner you want by your side. -

I'm a wedding photographer who worked with Amy on a wedding during the CO-VID19 pandemic. I cannot say enough about how helpful, attentive, prepared, kind, generous, detail orientated she is. Every step of the way through government mandate, venue changes, and even possible date changes, she regularly communicated with me as a vendor. It was clear she cared for the couple and their special day and wanted to do everything in her power to make their day the absolute best regardless of the situation they found themselves in. If you're looking for a planner and reading reviews, stop now and book. I'd be happy if I never worked with another planner again, and coming from another wedding industry vendor, that's saying something! -

Amy and Michelle were outstanding! I would advise all brides and grooms to hire a coordinator for their big day. It is the most important investment on your wedding day in my opinion. You will be in great hands if you use Storybook Day, I can promise you that! -
