I cannot tell you how amazing the food was. Everyone had so many positive reviews (& you usually don’t hear that about wedding food)! Extremely accommodating & helped us make all the right decisions for those with allergies/dietary restrictions. We had such a hard time finding a good food caterer & Daphnes is THE right vendor!!

A huge shout out to Dillion and his team- Jordan, Alex and Adam. It was clear they have a passion for what they do, it shows in every aspect in the service. We had the pleasure of having them cater at our wedding venue tonight for one of our sweet couples wedding, and they absolutely exceeded our expectations! From the moment they arrived, their team was professional, friendly, and incredible all around. The wood-fired pizzas were a huge hit with our guests—of course we had to try them they looked so amazing and fresh. They did not disappoint- amazing! The setup was visually stunning and added a unique experience for the guest. We couldn’t have asked for a better vendor to complement our venue. Erin, David, and their entire team are the BEST! We cannot recommend them highly enough- hiring them to cater our wedding was one of the best decisions we made during wedding planning. They curated a perfect menu for us full of fresh seasonal dishes, and we had tons of guests comment that it was the best meal they had ever had at a wedding. Erin & David also gave us the opportunity to do an intimate menu tasting with our families a few months prior to our wedding to choose our final menu, which was such a special experience. My husband and I still talk about how amazing the food was, and how grateful we are to have worked with Friends & Neighbors. Truly- cannot say enough good things!

The bride and groom knew from the beginning that they wanted barbecue, and The Smoke Pit was an excellent choice. Having been to receptions where the food was subpar, we wanted the food to be something guests would enjoy. Alan at The Smoke Pit was wonderful to work with from the very beginning. The initial meeting allowed for a tasting of popular meat and sides, provided lots of information, and answered any questions. He was so pleasant to work with and quick and helpful answering all my emails. It was evident in our communication that he was going to do everything he could to make sure the reception buffet was exactly what we wanted and ran smoothly. Having a bartender we could use was also so helpful. The food was absolutely delicious and all of our guests continue to rant and rave about how good it all was. Everything seemed to run smoothly and any issues that needed addressing were handled promptly and professionally. It was the perfect and highly praised choice for a mostly Southern crowd who eat a lot of bbq!

We had City Barbeque cater our rehearsal dinner at Catawba Falls Events, and everything was absolutely delicious! The delivery and setup went flawlessly—they were on time and incredibly organized, which made the whole experience stress-free. We actually ran a bit late coming back from the rehearsal and were worried the brisket and pulled pork might have dried out while waiting—but it was the complete opposite. Everything was perfectly warm, tender, and incredibly moist. You could tell a lot of care went into the food and preparation. We couldn’t have been happier and would strongly recommend City Barbeque for any event!

Overall, ET Catering exceeded our expectations in every way. Their commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction was evident from start to finish. We would highly recommend them for any event requiring top-notch catering services.

Ben's Backdraft Barbeque was the perfect decision for our wedding dinner! We chose the 2 meat, 2 side option with brisket, chicken, mac and cheese, and baked beans. They also provided mixed bread (rolls, cornbread, and hushpuppies) with our meal. The value for the food was amazing! The food was hot, the portions were huge, and everything was very tasty! Throughout the booking process, Ben and his wife, Bayley, were very kind and easygoing. They accommodated all of our gluten free and vegan guests (just recommend giving a list of names to ensure everyone gets their appropriate meal). Overall, we were very happy with our choice to book with Ben's Backdraft Barbeque!!

Black Bear was AWESOME! They were so helpful, kind, and fun. All of our guests LOVED the food and were happy to get some authentic southern BBQ. No notes and no improvements needed because they were absolutely perfect :)

Everything from our first emails to the post-reception clean-up was wonderful. Derek, the owner, apparently has psychic powers and after asking us some general questions about our taste in food suggested a tasting menu that was exactly right. You've got to appreciate someone who knows you need the good cabbage if you're doing jerk chicken! We had the jerk chicken, mojo pulled pork, braised cabbabe, rice and peas, and plantains. All of them were amazing! The jerk chicken tasted very much like the recipe I have from a friend's Jamaican grandmother, for example, and the guests raved about the cabbage (as did my wife and I). They brought a LOT of food and even though our head count was right on target, we had a bunch of leftovers. The guests were raving about the food! As a heads up, when something is supposed to be spicy, it's spicy! Definitely do a tasting so you can dial in on exactly what's right for you. All of the day-of staff were friendly and excited to be there. The set up and tear down went very smoothly and there was nothing for us to do in terms of cleaning up the venue's kitchen at the end of the night. The cut our cakes perfectly, on top of it all. The bartender they used (beer and wine only due to restrictions from the venue) was also a hit. The entire experience was about as perfect as you could ask for, even the one mistake! There was a mistake on the first quote sent to me (some information got swapped between us and another client, quite reasonable), but it was sorted out immediately and with no fuss. Anyone can make a mistake, but the best folks to work with know how to fix them properly! You owe it to yourself to give this folks a try. 10/10 all around. (Also, I would be willing to do some minor crimes to get that cabbage recipe...)

Our wedding day although being large and full of surprises, our wedding food was one of the biggest highlights. Everyone raved about our dinner options, the service was great and ready to work hard and on top of things to help the night away. We’d recommend them to everyone!
