We couldn’t be happier with our son’s rehearsal dinner. The food, drinks, service, music, table settings…everything was spot on. The staff worked with us to make sure everything ran smoothly.

I want to give a special shout out to Eric. He was wonderful and really took care of us. I also want to thank Jordan so much for all of her help along the way. I was a bit of a pest at times, but she was always helpful and super responsive.

Kudos to everyone at Twisted Laurel! It’s a perfect downtown Asheville venue within easy walking distance of all the major hotels.

I cannot tell you how amazing the food was. Everyone had so many positive reviews (& you usually don’t hear that about wedding food)! Extremely accommodating & helped us make all the right decisions for those with allergies/dietary restrictions. We had such a hard time finding a good food caterer & Daphnes is THE right vendor!!

When we started to plan my daughter’s wedding, we were a bit frustrated. That was until we met Donna. She made the process fun and enjoyable. She was a pleasure to work with and her staff were exceptional! She accommodated lots of little details to make her wedding personalized. Her food was absolutely fantastic, and all the guest raved about it for days. I highly recommend the biscuit bar with all the side fixings, including her phenomenal homemade pimento cheese. The tomato bisque soup with four cheese wedge sandwiches as a passed appetizer was a favorite! She made this wedding special, and I will forever be grateful. If you want exceptional food at a very fair price, along with exceptional personalized service, don’t look anywhere else. All you need is Donna at Twisted Catering. Fabulous food, exceptional pricing, and personalized service.

The Twisted Laurel Team is absolutely perfect!!!!! Jordan and her team are amazing and her lead Eric is just as amazing. When my previous Wedding venue canceled leaving us 2 and half months to redo our wedding, the Twisted Laurel Team came in clutch. Jordan, made sure that all our doubts and worries were taken care of. Because we were out of state, Jordan and Eric( the event captain) made sure all lines of communication were covered. Emails, phone calls and even the few texts were well communicated so everyone was on the same page down to the smallest of details. By the time the day of the event, we knew the full game plan and we noticed that we had no fears leading into the Wedding.

Our food was unbelievably delicious and all our guests raved about how amazing the team was in general. The team of servers, bar tenders, and kitchen staff exceeded our expectations and have forever set the bar for what is expected elsewhere. The management team was absolutely kind in making sure there were zero concerns and helped their team succeed. It was truly oustanding.

My husband and I work in the hospitality industry, with one of the largest companies in the world so our expectations have always been high, but Twisted Laurel, Jordan and Eric easily blew those expectations out of the water. They made our event better than we could have imagined and for that we will continue to go not only for food and drinks, but also plan many events, or small parties there!

I can not say enough good things about Donna & her team! They catered our wedding of 35 people at Chestnut Ridge and worked with us to create a custom Tapas Menu! Everyone loved all the the food! Donna was one of the most responsive vendors I worked with! On the day of the wedding her team went above and beyond to make our event wonderful! Thank you for taking the time to make our wedding extra special!

Twisted Laurel came as a recommended caterer from our wedding planner as a well-known local restaurant and caterer in Weaverville.

They were very responsive throughout the planning process as we were navigating food preferences, head count and final design requirements. We opted for a buffet for our guests and the team went about and beyond to fit the buffet style within our overall design and vibe of the wedding. Our guests were raving about the appetizers passed at Cocktail hour, the food at dinner, and no one went hungry.

They also accommodated guests and vendors with Vegan food preferences Twisted Laurel staff provided excellent hospitality to our guests throughout the evening. We look forward to frequenting their restaurants in the future and would absolutely come back for another event.

Twisted Laurel provided a great venue for our business professional dinner in Asheville, NC. Their customer service was excellent from planning the event to the actual dinner. The Twisted Laurel Team was extremely helpful and professional. They hosted our large group without any issues. The appetizers and dinner were delicious. Our group was very pleased with our event. We can't thank Twisted Laurel enough for how great our rehearsal dinner event was in their upstairs event space. From the space, to the food, to the service from
Jordan & Eric…and the entire staff provided... it was tremendous. The service was extremely attentive to myself and my new wife throughout the night and everything flowed very smoothly. We're so pleased we chose to have our event there and can't wait to go back and eat!

It was the perfect venue and size for our event. The staff was excellent! Took care of our needs, but stayed out of the way and let us treat the space like it was our own. Highly recommend it for your event!

Jordan was amazing in helping plan our 1/2/21 wedding rehearsal dinner. As the mother of the groom, I had never been to Asheville, but she provided me all the answers needed regarding set up, food, bar, COVID precautions, slideshow and AV support to help make it a wonderful event.
The Daphne Room upstairs allowed us to have our own space for the dinner. The attendees commented about how good the food was (we did whiskey pork loin, yogurt chicken, fingerling potatoes, mac-n-cheese and salad) plus appetizers.
I can't say enough about the staff of the Twisted Laurel the evening of the event....professional, detail-oriented, friendly, safe, helpful and responsive. Highly recommend the Twisted Laurel for gatherings large and small!
