Perfect Rehearsal Dinner
We actually ran a bit late coming back from the rehearsal and were worried the brisket and pulled pork might have dried out while waiting—but it was the complete opposite. Everything was perfectly warm, tender, and incredibly moist. You could tell a lot of care went into the food and preparation.
We couldn’t have been happier and would strongly recommend City Barbeque for any event!
