Chef Lisa was an absolute blessing for us during our wedding. From the initial call to discuss what we wanted, she helped guide and shape our ideas into a plan that we were excited about. Then came the tasting! She came to our house and served us a sampling of what we could expect at our wedding and the food was amazing! She made the process simple for us. This was one thing, that once we booked her, we didn't have to worry about it anymore. The day of the wedding turned out great! Our guest made many comments about how great the food was! Thank so much Chef Lisa! Will definitely look for you for any future events!

The best Cater in CLT
Lisa and Maxwell Catering exceeded our expectations in every way. From our very first tasting, we were impressed by their professionalism, attention to detail, and the delicious variety of dishes they offered. They walked us through the menu planning process with patience, making sure every guest — and vendor — was covered. In the week leading up to the wedding, they double-checked all final counts, ensuring nothing was overlooked. On the day of, they arrived on time, executed dinner service seamlessly, and treated everyone with kindness. Our guests raved about the food, but as the bride and groom, what stood out to us most was how their staff took such special care of us personally. The cake turned out exactly how we expected and it was so delicious. They made sure we had time to eat and enjoy our own wedding meal, which meant so much.

Chef Lisa created a menu that perfectly matched the theme and vibe of the party. She took my vision and ran with it, turning it into something even better than I imagined. Every dish was packed with flavor, cooked to perfection, and taste homemade with a gourmet touch.
The entire staff was professional, friendly, and incredibly attentive. They made sure everything went smoothly and took all the stress off my plate – literally – so I could relax and truly enjoy my celebration. We even cut a rug together. 💃🏽
