We had the pleasure of having them cater at our wedding venue tonight for one of our sweet couples wedding, and they absolutely exceeded our expectations! From the moment they arrived, their team was professional, friendly, and incredible all around. The wood-fired pizzas were a huge hit with our guests—of course we had to try them they looked so amazing and fresh. They did not disappoint- amazing!

The setup was visually stunning and added a unique experience for the guest.

Having King of Fire cater our cocktail and reception was the best decision we made throughout the whole wedding planning process! Their team is very professional and easy to communicate with. All of their food is absolutely amazing! Our guests are still raving about the food at our wedding over a month later. We wanted something unique, but still nice enough to serve at our wedding and King of Fire was the perfect option. We could not recommend them more - they were the highlight of our wedding!!

Pizza Food Truck!! King of Fire was such an amazing wedding caterer. It was a huge hit with our guests! They had to keep the pizzas coming. If you’re considering pizza at your wedding consider this your sign to just go ahead and do it. You won’t regret it!

We got married at Appalachian View in Newland, NC (just west of Boone). We tried calling multiple different food trucks in Boone to cater our rehearsal dinner and we either didn’t get a response or was told the food truck didn’t move. We then started searching outside of the Boone area and that is when we came across King of Fire.
When I call, I got an answer within the first ring! They were so excited to cater our rehearsal dinner and were willing to make the drive from Charlotte to Boone.
We were able to do a taste testing at their facility in Charlotte and they were so quick with the service!
Abigail’s responsiveness to emails and phone calls was amazing! She made sure we had everything we needed and more!
Their pizzas were such a hit! We had several pizzas left over and none of it went to waste. We are now trying track where they’ll be at next so we can get some more of their delicious pizzas!
They showed up early and made sure there was always food on the table and food for the dairy free and gluten free people.
We recommend them for all events!!!!

I highly recommend choosing King of Fire for your next catered event. Their food truck was honestly the best option we could have chosen for our wedding. Who doesn’t love wine a pizza?! Their food was an absolute hit with our guests. They even left my husband and I our favorite pie at the end of the night which was a great touch! Staff was so pleasant to work with and they were so kind to us on our big day. We had absolutely no worries the day of and everything ran so smoothly. King of Fire will work with you to meet all of your needs to make your day perfect! I would not change a thing about choosing King of Fire for our wedding.

Siler and his team literally saved my wedding day! Due to our original wedding being in June of 2020, we rescheduled to July of 2021 for the bog reception due to COVID restrictions at our venue in Asheville, NC. In March of 2021, our caterer (a pizza food truck) sadly let us know that they were going out of business. With only four months before our wedding, I settled on just getting a pizza restaurant to do the catering. They then called us in May saying they did not have the staff to be able to cater that large of an event. Enter KING OF FIRE! We had not looked into caterers outside the Asheville area previously, but my sister-in-law mentioned a pizza food truck that comes to her neighborhood in Rock Hill frequently and how delicious it is. So with little hope I reached out to Siler to see if they could cater our event with just two months notice. He immediately responded with a "no problem" attitude and immediately got the ball rolling. They provided all plates, utensils, napkins...you name it, which took so much stress off of me. They brought the pizzas inside for the guests on an indoor buffet which I didn't expect at all, but was welcomed in the July heat. The staff with Siler kept the buffet full and hot through all 120 guests. They were clearing plates and helping out even after dinner had been served. My husband and I were able to make our own pizza in the outdoor pizza oven which made for a great photo op! People have not stopped talking about the food at our wedding. I have heard it was the best caesar salad they have ever had and that they are seeking out where their food truck is parked in Charlotte to get more of the barbeque chicken pizza! You could truly feel the amount of care Siler puts into his business with how personal, professional and accommodating he was. It was a blessing in disguise that we found him.

Siler, Carly, and the team at King of Fire were incredible! The food was so so good, the setup was beautiful, and the team and servers were great and a pleasure to work with, and the truck was cool to have to be able to watch everything being made. We had the meatballs, stuffed mushrooms, garlic knots, and tomato/mozz as appetizers, which were all great. Also got 4 different kinds of pizzas, which they let us make some customizations to. They handled 100 guests with ease, with pizza coming out constantly so that there was always some fresh there. Would definitely recommend!!

King of Fire was the perfect choice for a caterer for my wedding! The pizza is absolutely delicious and no lie my favorite pizza now! Siler is so passionate about what he does and a super nice dude! The guests loved the pizza and meatballs! I would totally hire him again!! Thanks for everything King of Fire!
