Amanda is truly the best ever. As soon as I got engaged, she was the first vendor I called and secured as she had done my sister's wedding a few years back and blew us away with her services. Having Amanda as our coordinator alleviated every bit of stress from our wedding and we could truly just enjoy the time leading up and the weekend itself. She is everything you would hope for in a wedding coordinator/planner - professional, organized, prompt, kind, and gets things done!! I have nothing but the best things to say about her! Thank you, Amanda, for helping make our wedding weekend absolutely perfect.

We were so fortunate to work with Amanda for our big day. From the moment we met her we got the best vibes and she was so fun to work with! She made our day completely about us and went out of her way to make it great. We even got compliments from guests on how sweet and nice she was. There were a few hiccups on our big day (nothing related to her) and she pivoted and handled everything amazingly! We can’t recommend her enough!

Amanda was amazing during the process of planning our wedding. When our venue advised us that hiring an event planner was mandatory, it shocked me. That is not something we planned on having as I frequently plan events myself and have a large support group that was willing to help out.

However, that was a blessing in disguise. I needed her! She took so much off of my plate. She was patient, responsive, and always knew how to calm my nerves. I had trouble receiving communication with a few vendors and Amanda facilitated that for me, she met with me on numerous occasions to discuss changes I wanted to make, kept the unruly groomsmen in line, and never made me feel like a bother. She should have charged for therapy sessions too. haha Without her, I honestly have no idea what I would have done.

If it wasn't for Amanda, I don't know if my big day would have went so smoothly. She jumped in very last minute and took all the curve balls we threw at her. I am very impressed.

Amanda was absolutely amazing and worked behind the scenes to make sure my husband and I had a perfect wedding day! She was our favorite vendor and truly incredible to work with throughout the wedding planning process, she went above and beyond and we couldn't have been happier! Amanda was the biggest blessing throughout the whole wedding planning process. She went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure my day was absolutely everything I dreamed it would be.

She helped with everything: from finding vendors to helping complete last-minute errands for the wedding. The wedding day went so beautifully, and I was able to have fun and celebrate without worrying about the little details. She was so very helpful to me and the guests throughout the night. Amanda is absolutely fabulous! She has the kindest heart & goes above and beyond to help! She was the planner for my sister in laws wedding this past weekend. I was the matron of honor and also did most of the pre planning for the venue & set up all the vendors before we hired Amanda. We planned the wedding in less than 6 weeks! Amanda worked so well with all the vendors involved. Everything looked perfect decoration wise. She even went above and beyond to go find a pacifier for my daughter (the flower girl)...she had to dig through my duffel bag that was in a different building on the grounds of the venue! I was so thankful! She held it all together in 8 degree temps and is a true pro at what she does!

We absolutely LOVED Amanda!!! Our day would not have been nearly as smooth without her. She went above and beyond for us in every way. By the end of our wedding she seemed more like a friend than a vendor. Highly recommend!!

Amanda is a dear friend, sorority sister of mine, and an excellent wedding coordinator. We decided to ask Amanda to assist us with day of coordination and she took care of everything for us. It was really important to me that my family and friends were not rushing around trying to take care of wedding tasks the day before/day of. She not only took care of following up with vendors the couple of weeks leading up to the big day, directed the rehearsal/ceremony, set up the reception (all decorations, flowers, and cake decorations), worked with the DJ and photographer, but also even ran out to pick up an emergency item at the store for my mother! Without ever seeing the church or reception space prior (the wedding was held in NOVA and she is located in the Richmond area), she still was able to flawlessly put everything together. She is incredibly friendly and only wants to make the bride and groom happy. Please consider hiring her because she will be a blessing on your wedding day!
