Hiring Social Graces Events was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Katie truly went above and beyond from start to finish, and I cannot imagine our wedding weekend without her.

Throughout the planning process, Katie was an incredible resource. We appreciated all of her vendor recommendations, her input on design decisions and the little details, and even the décor pieces she offered for us to borrow, from an easel to shell bowls. No question or request ever felt like too much. She was responsive, accommodating, and, most importantly, I always felt completely comfortable with her and genuinely felt that she had our best interests in mind.

Where Katie really proved how invaluable she is, though, was on our wedding day. Weather and heat forced us to make a significant last-minute change to the plans we had envisioned for months, and Katie was exactly the person I needed in that moment. She was calm, reasonable, logical, and honest, and helped me make the right decision even though it wasn’t the decision I originally wanted to make. In hindsight, I am SO thankful we listened to her. Everything worked out perfectly, our guests were comfortable, our dance floor was packed all night, and the sun even came out in time for us to get the outdoor wedding photos we had dreamed about.

Katie is someone you can trust to take your vision seriously while also giving you the guidance you need when it matters. She genuinely cares about making your day as perfect as possible, and when something needs to get done, she gets it DONE.

On top of all of that, she is just a genuinely kind and wonderful person to work with. We truly had our dream wedding, even if parts of it looked different than we originally planned, and Katie played such a huge role in making that happen. We cannot recommend her and Social Graces Events enough!

Literally the best from start to finish. I did not plan on using a planner but the club where we held the reception required one because we draped the club walls. My daughter and I planned the wedding together but she is a younger bride (23). We knocked out all the big decisions (church, reception venue, photographer, band and flowers etc) right away so thought, eh, we don’t need a planner.

But the truth is that’s the easy stuff. The details are all much harder and by the time the 6 month or 3 month mark hit, we couldn’t even remember what we picked. But social grace's did and kept us on track. They killed it in every way and were so easy to work with. And I think it was a bargain for all they did. Highly, highly recommend!

Social Graces was an absolute pleasure to work with! From the very beginning, Katie made us feel like our wedding was just as important to her as it was to my husband and me. She knew all of the details each time we spoke, provided insight and suggestions, and helped us with many of the large details for our wedding. When we transitioned to Victoria for our final month of planning, the transition was seamless, and Victoria was so wonderful to work with! She answered my endless questions and took all of the last-minute stress and worrying off of my plate. She and her assistant did an incredible job making my vision come to life on the day of our wedding, and it was wonderful knowing that I could trust her to take care of everything and not have to think of anything that day. I would highly recommend the Social Graces team, especially Victoria and Katie!

We chose Katie early on because from the start she was amazing and reassuring that she would be able to bring our dream wedding to life! Even before the official timeline began for our planning package, Katie was in constant communication and always reachable helping answer our questions and providing great insight.

Katie particularly shined and was incredibly thorough working with us on a complex timeline we envisioned for our big day. We stressed to her we didn't want there to be any "lost" time during our wedding, so we were constantly updating and revising a detailed and precise timeline that truly went off without a hitch on our actual wedding. Some of the biggest compliments we got for our wedding was that the entire day felt very purposeful and moved without any lulls, which is a testament to Katie's timeline and what I can only imagine was a ton of work behind the scenes to make our dream become a reality.

Through Katie's attention to detail and overall amazing attitude, she helped execute what we felt was an absolutely flawless wedding and one that our friends and families are still talking about to this day.

Planning a wedding comes with a million decisions, and having Katie by our side made every single one feel manageable. From our very first conversation, she was calm, organized, and completely reassuring.

We are blown away by Katie and the Social Graces team. From our very first meeting, it felt like catching up with an old friend—there was an immediate level of comfort and ease. Throughout the entire planning process, Katie was incredibly professional and responsive. She was fantastic at communicating with our vendor team and handled every obstacle with confidence and poise. She made the logistics manageable for me as a bride-to-be who was also a full-time student.

Our wedding was originally set to be an indoor/outdoor event, but we had to pivot last minute to a fully indoor celebration due to the weather. Even though this changed a lot of details, I felt completely at ease knowing that Katie had everything under control. Our wedding turned out beautifully, and our guests had no idea the ceremony was ever supposed to be outdoors!

Another obstacle arose when our venue enforced a strict rule against our live painter using paint indoors. Katie was so creative—she worked with the artist to shift to colored pencil drawings so she could still capture the day inside. Watching Katie weave all of the elements of our design plan into reality was jaw-dropping. We were thrilled with how stunning everything looked and loved hearing praise from our friends and family about how much fun they had. Our wedding felt entirely true to us and our taste; Katie was great at listening to our ideas and concerns and making literal magic happen! I would recommend Katie and her team to anyone planning their big day.

We hired Victoria/Social Graces for the last 6 weeks of our wedding planning and heard from them ahead of time. We had all vendors in place and were in pretty good shape, but boy did Victoria help pull the timeline together and make sure everything was in immaculate shape! Victoria ran the rehearsal in a very thoughtful way. Day of the wedding was absolutely amazing, largely because of the schedule Victoria made for us. Everything went like clockwork - at one point, we were even ahead of schedule! Victoria and her team were unfailingly cheerful and responsive. They anticipated our needs, including bringing the bride's sneakers down to the reception and stashing her shoes under the table! They made sure that all of our personal decorations were boxed and ready to go, along with the flowers at the end of the reception. I'm only allowed to give 5 stars, but I'd give Victoria 6+ if I could! Thank you Victoria!!!
