Shannon and her team were truly amazing! We had them for our day of coordinator, but they went above and beyond that. We met multiples times to discuss what we envisioned for our day. Shannon and her team made the day absolutely perfect! They allowed us to truly enjoy our day and to celebrate. They responded promptly whenever we had a question or concerned. If they didn’t know the answer, they made sure they found it! They went above and beyond our expectations and I cannot recommend them enough!

He was flexible and responsive to our needs and did an excellent job of coordinating all of our family and friends during the rehearsal, as well as the day of the wedding. I wish I could tell all the future brides out there to hire Shannon! Ahh I know these review things all say the same thing, but Shannon from Simply Weddings CAN NOT BE BEAT! When you enter into this wedding planning process there are bound to be bumps in the road. It is just life! Vendors can be difficult for a variety of reasons and having someone who is in the business have your back is a lifesaver. Shannon was there when my invitations all got messed up, when my engagement ring exploded (yes it shattered into pieces, totally not making this up!), when my dad got sick the week before our wedding--- through all of these things Shannon helped me navigate, fix problems and make sure the day could still happen. She allowed me to focus on the things that really mattered (like being with my dad in the hospital, I seriously didn't need to lift a finger the last 2 weeks before our wedding) because she was there to tackle all those little things that come up. The day of the wedding she made sure everything was perfect so that I could just have fun. Also very important to know-- you will be talking to your planner A LOT through the process, so make sure you hire someone you like to talk to. Shannon is like a really good friend, she has grown into a friend as the months went on. Having trust in your planner allows you to relax and not miss a moment. Because the day will flash by (kind of like skydiving, you jump out of the plane and before you know it you are on the ground!) but you will remember how people made you feel. I'll always remember Shannon making us feel cared for-- it is obvious she cares deeply about each of her couples. Hire her, you won't regret it, I promise! :D

I cannot recommend Shannon and her team at Simply Weddings enough, Shannon is incredible to work with! Shannon went above and beyond to help us plan our dream wedding; she is professional, friendly, responsive, and very organized. She was consistently available at all times via phone, text, in person, and email to coordinate all aspects of our wedding as well as answer my many many questions, no matter how minor of details my questions were about. We chose the full planning package and it was worth every penny spent due to Shannon’s meticulous preparation, planning, and execution of our wedding day.

My husband and I really wanted us as well as our families to be able to enjoy our wedding day without having to worry about anything. Shannon and her team made this possible, they took care of every detail so we could all enjoy the day. Shannon was the contact person for all of our vendors and anyone involved in preparing our rehearsal, church, transportation, and reception the day of our wedding. She had an organized and user-friendly floor plan app that helped us organize a detailed seating chart for our large guest list of 400 people, and she also took care of securing our gifts and cards in a safe place for us after the reception. Shannon also donated our floral arrangements to a local assisted living facility that we chose, that was a very lovely touch and we were so happy that others could enjoy our flowers as much as we did! These things are just scratching the surface of how essential Shannon and her team were in helping us turn our dream wedding into a real-life fairytale! Shannon was an absolute pleasure to work with and she is a wonderful person! If you are on the fence about hiring a wedding planner I would say 110% that hiring Shannon will be the best decision you make to help your dream wedding become a reality!

Shannon and her team were worth far more than we paid them. My wife and I debated if we needed to hire a day-of-coordinator, and I can't imagine not having done so. Shannon did so much more than we expected -- in addition to creating a detailed day-of timeline and making sure everything ran smoothly on our wedding day, she was super helpful in the weeks leading up to the wedding. She alerted us to issues she saw within our contracts, she proactively introduced herself to our vendors and got key details from them, and she offered invaluable advice when we were struggling with decisions (because, you know, we’d never planned a wedding before). She told us at our rehearsal that it was time for us to stop planning and stressing and to just enjoy the events -- that she would take it from there -- and she made good on that many times over.

Working with Shannon planning our wedding was absolutely fantastic. We hired her for the day-of-coordinating, but she really went above and beyond our expectations throughout the planning process. Shannon gave great ideas both creatively and logistically, and helped us bring our vision to life. I swear she always knew when I needed to ask a question and answered it before I could even ask it! The other vendors I used were impressed with her punctuality and ability to multitask as well. On the day of she was very helpful but really blended in to the crowd, very helpful in photos. The best part: Shannon helped line up a donation site for the leftover flowers at the location of my choosing. It's so sad to see your flowers go to waste but with her help we knew they were going to a good cause! Highly recommend Shannon and her team to assist with planning and organizing your wedding.

I wish this scale went up to 10 starts because Simply Weddings was that fantastic. Hiring Shannon and the Simply Weddings team was THE BEST decision we made for our wedding. Shannon was with us every step of the way, completely saw our vision and made it a reality day of. My husband and I were able to enjoy the weekend and had complete trust and faith in Shannon to handle all of the (many!) moving pieces we had going on.

Jonathan and Shannon took the time to get to know my husband and I, and really listened to what our wishes were for our wedding. Jonathan also provided us with four premarital sessions, which were fun and very helpful. Shannon was very detailed oriented and helped us make our wedding dream a reality. She created the timeline for the rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, and entire wedding day. She provided not only vendors with the timeline, but also my wedding party. Shannon contacted and met with our vendors to discuss and verify wedding details (which I much appreciated since we live out of state). Shannon helped me pick out linens and decor for the wedding ceremony and reception. The day before the wedding and wedding day, Shannon met with my vendors to ensure that everything went smoothly. On our wedding day, Shannon not only coordinated the flow of the wedding, but her and her assistants did an AMAZING job adding the finishing touches to the ballroom and ceremony spaces. They even assisted with tear down of the wedding. Throughout the entire wedding process, Jonathan and Shannon were very easy to get a hold of, flexible, professional, and easy to get along with. We cannot thank them enough for the wonderful job that they did with our wedding! We HIGHLY recommend Jonathan and Shannon Triggs of Simply Weddings, LLC.

Shannon was phenomenal from start to finish! We could not have asked for a better coordinator. Shannon has a great energy for what she does. She is spectacularly organized, prompt and a great communicator-especially since we were planning our wedding from a distance. She went out of her way to make personal trips and calls to our vendors to ensure our vision was executed. We felt very much at ease that everything was handled and had no stress on our big day. Shannon also helped seamlessly navigate the only hiccup of the day when our trolley broke down. We highly recommend Shannon and Jonathan.
