Shelley was fantastic. Everything went incredibly smoothly and the wedding was everything that we hoped it would be. She was very helpful in both the pre-planning(finding vendors, rentals, etc.) as well as the day of planning. We were thrilled with the service that we received and thought that it was a great value for what we paid.

We absolutely loved working with Shelley. She made us feel comfortable right from the start (working with a coordinator can be a bit awkward if you don't have the right dynamic). She was professional, responsive, warm, and offered so much helpful guidance along the way - while not being pushy and still allowing us the freedom to make the wedding truly ours. And although she was the "day-of" coordinator, she allowed us to set up several calls with her in advance and was always there when we needed her advice before the actual day. Hiring Shelley for our wedding was one of the best decisions we made in the planning process. Living in Arizona & planning a wedding in Santa Barbara, Shelley was an integral part of our big day. We had a few phone calls with Shelley prior to the wedding day, and she worked with all our vendors making sure everyone had a time line and was the main point of contact for each of them. Upon meeting Shelley in person on our wedding day, she was prepared, focused, and we couldn't be happier with her services. Where do I begin? Shelley was so completely awesome throughout my entire wedding planning process. My wedding was perfect and I have her to thank for it. It isn't easy planning your first wedding - there are so many details that you (if you're anything like me) don't even know to think of! That is why you need Shelley - she knows all the questions to ask so that your wedding day goes off without a hitch.

Shelley came highly recommended to me by another bride who basically had the same wedding I was planning a year before me. Since I was planning a Santa Barbara wedding from my home in San Diego, I decided to hire Shelley for month-of coordination. She worked with me extensively (but never oppressively) by phone in the months leading up to the wedding. She crafted a killer timeline and let me know everything I needed to be doing. She gave awesome suggestions for vendors I still needed to hire - including the bartender I hired just a couple weeks before the wedding.

The day before the wedding, Shelley met with me at the reception site to do a walk-through. The day of, she talked to me briefly by phone and then ordered me to allow my MOH to take over communication (I needed that). She helped me sneak into the ceremony site so that we could do first look pics before the ceremony, and had the ceremony go off without a hitch. At the reception she kept everything running smoothly while somehow staying in the background, just popping up to alert me of changing events (pinata, toasts, etc.). I am so glad I hired Shelley. I can't imagine my wedding without her.
