Good pricing for rentals, they allow you to make changes to your order up to 30 days before the event date and provide you a window of time for setup. Also since we didn't have a catering setup - they noted we didn't need to run all the glass wear though a full dish wash - which was a huge time saver for our small DIY wedding.
On the day of, everything arrived in great condition (and was very high quality). We had a unique location for the tent , and I was able to call the company day before to ensure the proper setup, everything was in perfect order when we arrived. Pacific Party Canopies did an awesome job with all our rentals for our wedding on a family property on Whidbey Island. We booked with them well in advance and they were extremely helpful and responsive throughout the inevitable changes we made to our order leading up to the wedding. Their team showed up early on the delivery day and were extremely professional and kind. They unfortunately didn't quite get the order right as we had made a few small changes a few days prior, but they credited us back the price difference and it all worked out because we had a few COVID-related cancellations that meant we didn't need the handful of extra chairs we had ordered. The tent was absolutely beautiful, lighting was stunning, and the recommended layout they provided was perfect. Although rentals are pricey (especially delivery fees to an island), their high-peak tents were the same price as far less beautiful tents from other companies (think oversized tailgating tents for $2k!). We rented their farm tables, which were a beautiful addition to our reception space. Dropped them off and picked them up with no issues, and the reservation process was simple and quick. Thanks so much!
