Marry Me Rentals far exceeded my expectations. And I am very exacting. They arrived when they said they would, promptly answered their phone or returned calls almost immediately. Their cost for set up and take down was so reasonable, I chose it and I'm glad I did. They took care of the equipment in no time and put them where I wanted them having no problem moving them around until I was happy. They handled my micromanaging with professional aplomb, always with smiles, and complete understanding of how special the event was to me and how perfect I wanted everything.

To be brutally honest, I was concerned about the quality of their equipment since they were VERY reasonable compared to other companies, but the quality was very good and surprised me. The tables were nice enough you could leave them uncovered and still look high quality.

They arrived within the window of time they stated. What delighted me, was we ended the shower a little sooner than we expected, about 45 minutes earlier than we quoted to them, and so I called and left a message. I received a call back within 5 minutes saying they were on their way. They arrived within another 5-10 minutes, so we got to leave as soon as we had everything packed instead of having to wait around for an extra half hour.

Not only were they professionals, they had warmth and caring, treating us as family, not just customers.

I chose this company because of their low prices but even if they raised their prices alot, I would never use any other rental company. The caring, warmth, and consideration they showed us makes them the best in the business. I guarantee you will NOT be disappointed with them.
