Gather With Hart

Gather With Hart creates thoughtfully styled audio guestbook experiences for Seattle weddings and celebrations, featuring vintage-inspired phones and our signature white telephone booth.

Guests simply pick up the phone, listen to your custom greeting, and leave a message after the tone — heartfelt, hilarious, sentimental, slightly champagne-fueled, or all of the above. No Wi-Fi or landline is required.

We handle delivery, setup, styling, and pickup so everything is ready before your guests arrive. After the event, we collect and organize the recordings and deliver them digitally for you to keep.

Choose from a standalone audio guestbook, our signature telephone booth, or the Full Celebration experience, which brings the phone and booth together in one fully styled setup. Custom signage is available, and with additional lead time, we can also create a personalized neon sign featuring your names, initials, or favorite phrase.

Gather With Hart was inspired by our own wedding, when our audio guestbook became one of the funniest and most meaningful parts of the night. We loved having the voices of the people we care about captured in a way that felt completely different from a traditional guestbook, and we wanted to bring that same experience to Seattle couples with a more design-forward, personal approach.

Complimentary delivery is included within 15 miles of Seattle. Events 16–25 miles away may include a travel fee, with additional travel available upon request.
