Oh my goodness what an incredibly attentive and professional company to work with! Orcas Events did a fantastic job with a beautiful state of the art tent and equipment. They were flexible in meeting our changing needs and had everything ready on time. The cafe lights they installed for the reception were festive and beautiful. Veronica checked in several times to make sure we were satisfied with everything. Though the night was chilly, the heater they installed in the tent kept our elder family members warm and comfortable so they could stay longer to visit.

From first contact until the end of the rental, Orcas Island Events did a wonderful job and made putting on a destination wedding so very easy. I highly recommend Veronica and her capable staff. Their equipment variety is extensive and well maintained. We will definitely use them again.

I had a wonderful experience with Orcas Rentals! Veronica was so helpful and professional. I was pretty insistent on using ornate white/gold plates and she went through all her dishes to make mix matched sets for me! She was flexible with delivery and pickup to the venue and when they arrived they were all in perfect condition. I couldn't be happier with my experience with her and the company!

Veronica was wonderful, from our very first meeting. She was personable, helpful, professional and yet felt like a friend. We had a great time planning our wedding, chatting about relationships, and life in general. She was able to assist us with what we needed, and then truly came to our rescue the day of the wedding. Hosting a wedding and reception on a small island is a beautifully unique and magical experience, but can also provide some challenges. Just a couple of hours before the ceremony, the church at which we were getting married informed us that they did not have any candle holders for our unity candles. I was a bit panicked, as there are so few vendors on the island who would possibly have candle holders the exact sizes we needed. On a wish and a prayer, I called Veronica and she immediately brought gorgeous sterling silver candle holders that were not from her inventory, but were from her own home, a gift given to her by her sister. How incredibly sweet was that?! Veronica is not only a vendor who is knowledgeable and flexible, but is also a fairy godmother on the side! I highly recommend Orcas Events for weddings, receptions, or any type of special occasion event needs.
