Diana was incredible on our wedding day! Everything was absolutely perfect and Diana made sure everything was exactly as we wanted it, down to the smallest details. She was always available to take my calls and assist with whatever problems arose within the planning stage and days before the wedding. Her attention to detail meant that nothing was missed. I honestly could not recommend Diana enough! She made planning our Hawaiian wedding from Australia so much easier, and having her there to co-ordinate the day meant we got to relax and enjoy our wedding. I cannot thank her enough!

I worked with Oahu weddings with Diana starting January 2017 until my wedding October 2017. Always so responsive with emails/phone calls..being from New York and planning a wedding in Hawaii can be nerve racking, but Diana planned literally everything for me and set all the venders up, the only thing I had to do was pick a bouquet and colors of my guests leis and petals for the beach..to the limo driver, hair and makeup artist and the best minister EVER! was the best experience of my life. Even meeting with the women who works for the court house, we went to her house on a Saturday to get our marriage license and the same time Diana and minister Bruce came to meet us to go over last minute things and finally meet each other! The cutest/kindest people I’ve ever met. Best part (which I wasn’t thinking the day of) was that the wedding was planned for October 23rd 17 in Oahu when a huge rain storm came through, seeing as I had a beach wedding Planned that wasn’t ideal. Diana called me early morning to let me know she ALREADY! Called every vender to see if they’d be available on the 24th of October due to rain, which they amazingly all were! Diana made sure to do that before she called and broke the “bad” news that we’d have to move the wedding (obv I had the option to get married in the rain but I did not want that) she told me to call her screaming and crying if I needed to!!! She is seriously freaking amazing. I owe her everything for making my wedding absolutely perfect. DO NOT hesitate to book with Oahu weddings especially to work with Diana! Even in the contract it says Oahu wedding isn’t responsible for weather but that did not stop her from moving it and being amazing. Plus minister Bruce was the cutest nicest man ever! Kai photos was absolutely amazing and I can’t wait to get my pictures back! Waimanalo Beach wedding!!!!

I'd give this company 10 stars if I could, their The best! We had Kibby plan out our wedding and it was perfect! She was very quick to respond to you if you had questions about anything(even while on vacation) everything fell into place from the time we started planning to the end and day of our wedding! Very helpful & nice. She takes the time to go over everything with you. Oh and the cake we had was THE SH*T! We had a two tier guava cream cake! My family/friends are some what picky and they were like "eh, we don't care for guava" then after they tried it they were wanting more! I wish we could've cut it into pieces so everyone could take home but at our reception they wrapped the whole thing and gave it to us but it's okay. I actually wouldn't mind eating that for a whole week ?? FANTASTIC JOB OAHU WEDDINGS! I'm very satisfied with the service we got and thankful YOU were a big part of it! ????????????

Oahu Wedding planned our wedding ceremony at Ala Moana park, magic island in Honolulu and it was more than perfect!!!
We wanted a small family wedding, all our guests flew in from Oregon to come share this special day with us.
I was very nervous but as soon as we met with Kibby to review everything we had discussed I immediately felt excited for the big day and confident it would all turn out great! She was very friendly and we got a long with her from the very beginning. She planned everything, the chairs were all set up, she had a bouquet waiting for me as soon as I got there, she made sure all our family found their way, she even helped me with my dress so it wouldnt drag until we got to the end of the park to greet family and begin the ceremony. The chairs looked so pretty with pink roses in vases along the sides and rose petals in the walkway. My bouquet was more than perfect it was so pretty! Much prettier than the pictures I had sent her lol I was honeslty amazed.
She found us the perfect minister Kahu Bruce he was so great! Our family really enjoyed the ceremony, it was short and sweet, it was perfect for what we wanted. We then took family photos and Kibby stayed the whole time, I was surprised to see her there after we were done! She helped so much with the family photos, we wrote a list of the family photos we wanted and she went around and rounded everyone up for us so we didnt need to! Kibby was overall amazing, and the ladies she brought with her that day to help out were great also. When we got to our reception we saw the cake that she had arranged to be delivered I was so happy it was exactly what I wanted from a picture on pinterest I had sent her, I dont know how she managed to do that but I was so happy with how it came out!!
I know that wedding planning can be stressful, but if you contact Kibby Fergusson at Oahu Wedding i guarantee that it will all turn out more than perfect!! I was more than happy with how everything turned out :)

Kibby was our wedding planner and everything went so smoothly. We are both from Germany and had our destination wedding in Hawaii. Being from Europe we had a lot of extra questions concerning the paperwork and how to set up a nice ceremony without knowing anything about Oahu. Diana and her staff are absolutely amazing!!! From day one she has shown us nothing but kindness. She could not have made our planning any easier even though it was a destination wedding. She listened and took note to all of our ideas and made them a reality. I cannot say enough good things about Oahu Wedding! We dealt with Kibby to plan our wedding and she was absolutely fabulous. Being from Louisiana, we were extremely nervous to plan a destination wedding, and Kibby made it extremely easy. Everything was absolutely perfect from the flowers to the venue to all the vendors she used. We could not have asked for a more perfect day. Oahu Wedding had everything so organized and Kibby updated me as to what was going on every step of the way. By the time my wedding day arrived, I knew that everything was completely taken care of and we were able to enjoy our special day without having to worry about all the minor details. If you are planning on getting married on Oahu then Oahu Wedding is the only way to go! <3

Diana is a love of my life. My mother found her while googling Wedding Planners on Oahu. From the first phone call, I instantly clicked with Diana. As a joke, I told her I wanted a "big fat american gypsy wedding", just to see her reaction. A few months later, my family and I travelled to Oahu where Diana showed us venues for a day, based upon my specifications discussed earlier. The last venue, which was not a public venue, ended up being the perfect place to get married for my husband and I. Then we had a wait over a year to get back and actually be married!

If you think for one second that her price may be high, you are wrong. My family and I worried about nothing! On my wedding day, Tracy and Kibby were there to assist and are just as sweet as Diana. I told Diana that if I ever win the lottery and move out there, that she better hire me! :) Or let me volunteer, minimally (bc I'll be super rich, ya know?).

On the day of my wedding, I wanted to make sure that I had to worry about NOTHING. Diana made sure that happened. I was able to enjoy the time with my mom, M-I-L and bridesmaids while she ran around like a maniac woman setting everything up.

There is without a shadow of doubt, that the only reason my day was as fabulous as it was, was because of Diana's work. She is a star in this business and if you are looking for someone to make your dreams a reality, then she is your woman.

Not only did I have a fabulous wedding planning experience, I now have a friend for life. And that, my friends, is what life is all about. :)

We are from Australia and Kibby organised everything for our perfect Hawaiian wedding. The flowers were beautiful, Beverly the hair and makeup artist was a magician, Kai the photographer took the most beautiful photos. Kibby had less than four months to organise our wedding and she did a beautiful job! There is nothing about the day that I would have changed, in fact I am still daydreaming about how wonderful it was. Thankyou Kibby and Oahu Wedding for a perfect Hawaiian wedding.
