Diana was incredible on our wedding day! Everything was absolutely perfect and Diana made sure everything was exactly as we wanted it, down to the smallest details. She was always available to take my calls and assist with whatever problems arose within the planning stage and days before the wedding. Her attention to detail meant that nothing was missed. I honestly could not recommend Diana enough! She made planning our Hawaiian wedding from Australia so much easier, and having her there to co-ordinate the day meant we got to relax and enjoy our wedding. I cannot thank her enough!

I worked with Oahu weddings with Diana starting January 2017 until my wedding October 2017. Always so responsive with emails/phone calls..being from New York and planning a wedding in Hawaii can be nerve racking, but Diana planned literally everything for me and set all the venders up, the only thing I had to do was pick a bouquet and colors of my guests leis and petals for the beach..to the limo driver, hair and makeup artist and the best minister EVER! was the best experience of my life. Even meeting with the women who works for the court house, we went to her house on a Saturday to get our marriage license and the same time Diana and minister Bruce came to meet us to go over last minute things and finally meet each other! The cutest/kindest people I’ve ever met. Best part (which I wasn’t thinking the day of) was that the wedding was planned for October 23rd 17 in Oahu when a huge rain storm came through, seeing as I had a beach wedding Planned that wasn’t ideal. Diana called me early morning to let me know she ALREADY! Called every vender to see if they’d be available on the 24th of October due to rain, which they amazingly all were! Diana made sure to do that before she called and broke the “bad” news that we’d have to move the wedding (obv I had the option to get married in the rain but I did not want that) she told me to call her screaming and crying if I needed to!!! She is seriously freaking amazing. I owe her everything for making my wedding absolutely perfect. DO NOT hesitate to book with Oahu weddings especially to work with Diana! Even in the contract it says Oahu wedding isn’t responsible for weather but that did not stop her from moving it and being amazing. Plus minister Bruce was the cutest nicest man ever! Kai photos was absolutely amazing and I can’t wait to get my pictures back! Waimanalo Beach wedding!!!!

I'd give this company 10 stars if I could, their The best! We had Kibby plan out our wedding and it was perfect! She was very quick to respond to you if you had questions about anything(even while on vacation) everything fell into place from the time we started planning to the end and day of our wedding! Very helpful & nice. She takes the time to go over everything with you. Oh and the cake we had was THE SH*T! We had a two tier guava cream cake! My family/friends are some what picky and they were like "eh, we don't care for guava" then after they tried it they were wanting more! I wish we could've cut it into pieces so everyone could take home but at our reception they wrapped the whole thing and gave it to us but it's okay. I actually wouldn't mind eating that for a whole week ?? FANTASTIC JOB OAHU WEDDINGS! I'm very satisfied with the service we got and thankful YOU were a big part of it! ????????????

Oahu Wedding planned our wedding ceremony at Ala Moana park, magic island in Honolulu and it was more than perfect!!!
We wanted a small family wedding, all our guests flew in from Oregon to come share this special day with us.
I was very nervous but as soon as we met with Kibby to review everything we had discussed I immediately felt excited for the big day and confident it would all turn out great! She was very friendly and we got a long with her from the very beginning. She planned everything, the chairs were all set up, she had a bouquet waiting for me as soon as I got there, she made sure all our family found their way, she even helped me with my dress so it wouldnt drag until we got to the end of the park to greet family and begin the ceremony. The chairs looked so pretty with pink roses in vases along the sides and rose petals in the walkway. My bouquet was more than perfect it was so pretty! Much prettier than the pictures I had sent her lol I was honeslty amazed.
She found us the perfect minister Kahu Bruce he was so great! Our family really enjoyed the ceremony, it was short and sweet, it was perfect for what we wanted. We then took family photos and Kibby stayed the whole time, I was surprised to see her there after we were done! She helped so much with the family photos, we wrote a list of the family photos we wanted and she went around and rounded everyone up for us so we didnt need to! Kibby was overall amazing, and the ladies she brought with her that day to help out were great also. When we got to our reception we saw the cake that she had arranged to be delivered I was so happy it was exactly what I wanted from a picture on pinterest I had sent her, I dont know how she managed to do that but I was so happy with how it came out!!
I know that wedding planning can be stressful, but if you contact Kibby Fergusson at Oahu Wedding i guarantee that it will all turn out more than perfect!! I was more than happy with how everything turned out :)

First of all, we could not have been happier with our choice in having Oahu Wedding as our wedding planners!!!! Thank you so much for making our special day even more special than we had imagined!
Kibby was our wedding planner and everything went so smoothly. We are both from Germany and had our destination wedding in Hawaii. Being from Europe we had a lot of extra questions concerning the paperwork and how to set up a nice ceremony without knowing anything about Oahu. Kibby took perfect care of everything and we ended up having the most perfect and relaxed wedding day.

My husband and I were married in Hawaii in November 2014 and we had the most amazing, most perfect day!
Kibby our wedding planner from Oahu Weddings was a godsend. She has such a beautiful, easy going personality and we loved her from the very first phone call!
Kibby listened to all our ideas and also shared her own ideas when we asked for advice.
Kibby and Diana were with us for the whole day and in our eyes went above and beyond to ensure that our special day was perfect and stress free. Our guests loved them as much as we did!
The vendors that work with Oahu weddings are also fantastic! Our photographer from Kai Photo was so awesome to work with!
Kahu Bruce who married us was phenomenal. He made us feel like family and we will forever remember his beautiful words.
We had so many positive comments on just how beautiful our ceremony was and we credit that to Kahu.
We couldn't have planned this on our own and I am so glad that we had Kibby on our side planning with us!
I would recommend Kibby and Oahu Weddings to anyone getting married on Oahu!

Diana and her staff are absolutely amazing!!! From day one she has shown us nothing but kindness. She could not have made our planning any easier even though it was a destination wedding. She listened and took note to all of our ideas and made them a reality. Diana was even willing to start planning with us over a year in advance and once our wedding got closer, everything was that much simpler. She has great contacts and really has this wedding business down.

Diana never said something we wanted couldn't be done, but was not hesitant to give us other options and her opinion when needed. Our wedding day was perfect and would not have been possible without Oahu Weddings.

I cannot say enough good things about Oahu Wedding! We dealt with Kibby to plan our wedding and she was absolutely fabulous. Being from Louisiana, we were extremely nervous to plan a destination wedding, and Kibby made it extremely easy. Everything was absolutely perfect from the flowers to the venue to all the vendors she used. We could not have asked for a more perfect day. Oahu Wedding had everything so organized and Kibby updated me as to what was going on every step of the way. By the time my wedding day arrived, I knew that everything was completely taken care of and we were able to enjoy our special day without having to worry about all the minor details. Diana is a love of my life. My mother found her while googling Wedding Planners on Oahu. From the first phone call, I instantly clicked with Diana. As a joke, I told her I wanted a "big fat american gypsy wedding", just to see her reaction. A few months later, my family and I travelled to Oahu where Diana showed us venues for a day, based upon my specifications discussed earlier. The last venue, which was not a public venue, ended up being the perfect place to get married for my husband and I. Then we had a wait over a year to get back and actually be married!

If you think for one second that her price may be high, you are wrong. My family and I worried about nothing! On my wedding day, Tracy and Kibby were there to assist and are just as sweet as Diana. I told Diana that if I ever win the lottery and move out there, that she better hire me! :) Or let me volunteer, minimally (bc I'll be super rich, ya know?).

On the day of my wedding, I wanted to make sure that I had to worry about NOTHING. Diana made sure that happened. I was able to enjoy the time with my mom, M-I-L and bridesmaids while she ran around like a maniac woman setting everything up.

There is without a shadow of doubt, that the only reason my day was as fabulous as it was, was because of Diana's work. She is a star in this business and if you are looking for someone to make your dreams a reality, then she is your woman.

Not only did I have a fabulous wedding planning experience, I now have a friend for life. And that, my friends, is what life is all about. :)

We are from Australia and Kibby organised everything for our perfect Hawaiian wedding. The flowers were beautiful, Beverly the hair and makeup artist was a magician, Kai the photographer took the most beautiful photos. Kibby had less than four months to organise our wedding and she did a beautiful job! There is nothing about the day that I would have changed, in fact I am still daydreaming about how wonderful it was. Thankyou Kibby and Oahu Wedding for a perfect Hawaiian wedding. I highly recommend!!!

I honestly believe that the single best decision I made while planning my destination wedding was to hire Diana as my wedding planner!!! She is amazing, and I can't stress that enough. From our very first conversation, she was extremely easy to talk to, she listened closely to what sort of vibe we wanted, and she constantly came up with creative ways to make our day even more special. She was also very conscientious of our budget and worked hard to keep me on track, which I really appreciated.

Like many couples planning a destination wedding, I did not fly out to Hawaii beforehand, so I was picking everything completely blind. I didn't see the site until I was walking down the aisle, I never did a tasting session for the food or cake, and I didn't see the flowers or linens in person until the day of. Somehow in spite of all of that, I was very calm going into our wedding day because I just knew that I was in great hands, and that Diana would make sure our day was perfect- and it was!!!! Looking back at the day, there isn't a thing I would change. I was absolutely blown away by how well things came together. I highly recommend Diana and Oahu Wedding for any brides and grooms looking to plan a wedding in Hawaii!

Words can't describe how wonderful and amazing Kibby and Diana were! My wedding day was everything I can possible wished for coming true. Everything planned out perfectly, thanks to Kibby and Diana. We feel so fortunate to have found Diana at Oahu Wedding - our hectic lives, multiple wedding venues and travel arrangements left us a bit haggard throughout the process, and yet Diana was always reassuring, professional, warm, not to mention productive, creative, incredibly sensitive and in tune with our needs. Every time i saw an email from her in my inbox, I felt relief! Both my husband and I work in the service industry, and we were touched by how genuine Diana is as a person, and as a planner. She went above and beyond when we had some unexpected circumstances arise on the wedding day, and i will be forever grateful to her and Traci for making it smooth and memorable for us, our families and our friends. Our wedding day was everything we ever wanted thanks to Diana and her team. It couldn't have been more perfect. I am so grateful to have found someone that I can truly trust help me plan our destination wedding all the way from New York. We did most of our planning via email and the telephone, but I was also lucky enough to have met Diana during her trip to New York : )

I wasn't sure at first what my vision was for our wedding. I just knew I wanted it to be tropical and bright (orange and fuschia)! I wanted our guests to fall in love with Hawaii the way we had. So not only visually did we want our guests to fall in love, but we wanted to incorporate some hawaiian food, island music and tropical cocktails to set the island mood. With Diana's guidance and extraordinary vendor recommendations, we couldn't have been more happier. My parents and guests were very impressed with all the details, attention from not only Diana and her team, but from the vendors and just the stress free atmosphere at our wedding. Everything went off without a hitch.

I have to say I had so much fun during my wedding, that as all the details we planned together came up during the day/night it seemed like I was hearing about them for the first time. It was like oh yeah I did ask for that. LOL.

Everyone was especially attentive to my mom who had been sick for a few days and really felt under the weather the day of my wedding. My poor mom..I'm her only child and she didn't get to party it up with us as much as she wanted to. Diana, maybe we can plan a makeup "party" just so my mom can re-live the day!

Diana from Oahu Wedding was exceptional. From the very first phone call we knew we had found someone special. Planning a destination wedding is not normally an easy undertaking, but with Diana it was no problem at all, in fact I would say that it was easier than having the wedding at home. The whole process was a breeze with Diana handling all the little changes and issues that planning a wedding entails with an awesome can do attitude. The day was perfect in every way and exceeded our expectations. I can't imagine that another planner could have done any better. We can not recommend Oahu Weddings and Diana highly enough. All the guests were blown away with what Diana had done for our wedding and they are still talking about it now.

Diana is truly amazing. I started out a very confused bride without a vision and over the course of 10 months of planning, Diana helped us have the wedding of our dreams. We were on a budget but she was worth every penny spent and more! She actually saved us a lot of money by giving us great advice about our locations! I wouldnt have changed a thing about our wedding. It was beautiful and went off without a hitch! Our guests loved every detail too! The minister, the make up and hair artist, the ceremony decor, the music, the FOOD, it was all perfect! I dont feel like we had a "budget" wedding at all.
She went above and beyond. My loving but forgetful husband forgot to bring the marriage license to the ceremony. Diana took hours of her free time (which I think is pretty rare) on the day after to meet us at the North Shore to get the license signed. Furthermore, she waited around for us to finish up taking pictures with our photographers on the beach so we wouldn't miss the sunset. She is the sweetest person and really knows what she is doing. If you contract her services, you can be sure you will have an excellent day with no worries!

I don't have much to say about Diana except, SHE IS THE GREATEST!!!!!! I don't know if this is fact or not, but Diana literally coordinated a beautiful, customized wedding via email & telephone. What makes her great, is that I literally sent an email maybe 2 1/2 weeks before the wedding (I know it was a short amount of time) and she created the best memory ever. She offered fabulous suggestions, guidance, and ideas. Even when I continue to bug her, she remain professional, responds, and helps out if she can. Diana is an expert at her job, sincere, honest, and a wonderful person. May God Bless her for blessing others with taking on the tedious task of planning an entire wedding and the bride have easy street.

Oahu Wedding made our day so special. Diana and Tracey were excellent right from the beginning. They answered any questions we had straight away, and even though we are based in the UK, there was always a response as soon as I turned my computer on.
The communication was excellent, and I felt at ease and stress free the whole time.
We got married in the beautiful Mo'li Gardens, and the venue was amazing, so private and serene.
They planned everything perfectly for us with such detail exactly the way we wanted it.
The wedding was such a dream, I wouldn't have had it anywhere else.
I can't recommend Oahu Weddings highly enough, they made our day perfect.

My husband and I are both from Belgium but we always dreamed of having a wedding abroad with our feet on the beach. And I am so happy I found Diana as our wedding planner, because she made this dream reality and we could not have wished it any better.

Our wedding was just with the two of us but we had some specific wishes but none of these were a problem for Diana and she looked for a solution together with us. And although we live on the other side of the world, I always had a reply on my email on the same day.

The day of our wedding was super relaxing and we had so much fun. There was not a single thing we had to worry about because Diana and her team had it all under control.

If I could it do it all over again, I would definitely book Oahu Weddings again and I would recommend it to every bride who dreams of a fantastic wedding in gorgeous Oahu!

Diana is gifted! The moment we started planning our destination wedding to Hawaii, I knew I wanted to work with her & her team! Even though we planned on a small wedding on a beach with 30 guest, she really made me feel like this was my special day and it was in GREAT HANDS! She paid attention to every detail, listened to my vision, gave me suggestions but never strayed from what we truly wanted for our wedding day ceremony! She coordinated everything with such ease, I knew I didn't have to worry about anything. At the last minute we couldn't get songs onto an ipod, the baskets for the girls flowers and of course we forgot the cake cutter (3 hours before the wedding) Diana had it covered. No need to panic at all! Our wedding day was everything we had ever dreamed of and more...a day we will always cherish and remember...She made our dream come true! I feel like we walked into this needing a wedding planner to plan our destination wedding...and we walked out with a friend who did an amazing job!

Diana and her team at Oahu Wedding are absolutely wonderful. I am the worst planner in the world and really relied on Diana for everything. I really liked her the first time I chatted with her on the phone - she's just super nice and relaxed and easy going and easy to talk to. So despite never having met her in person (our wedding was a destination wedding), and the fact that she actually had another ceremony already booked on our wedding day (and would therefore have to step out for a couple of hours), I still hired her to be our wedding planner. And it was the best decision! She's really detail oriented, responsive, creative, and has such a wealth of experience in wedding planning that she knew exactly what to do for aspect of the wedding. She also seems to know everyone in the wedding planning circle in Oahu, so we got hooked up with the best vendors - from our photographer to our florist. Our friends still rave about how everything about our wedding was perfect, and I really attribute most of the credit to Diana and Oahu Weddings.

Diana was absolutely wonderful in organising our wedding! She made planning a destination wedding all the way from Australia so easy and painless! Her bubbly and positive attitude went a very long way when our planned day was completely washed out (landslide and everything) and kept a very cool calm head in the midst of a massive storm (literally) When we finally were able to stand on the beach and become man and wife, a huge part of that perfect day finally was Diana.

Diana did an amazing job for our wedding. We planned a very small destination wedding from Houston and it was absolutely perfect. Even though we wanted the wedding to be small, we wanted it to look very nice and still have the wonderful feel of a well done wedding. Diana was so professional and arranged everything to perfection. The flower arrangements were beautiful, the ceremony setup was fantastic and the wedding cake was one of the best cakes I've ever eaten. She made our wedding so easy and carefree and I would highly recommend her to anyone.

When it came to our wedding day, all of my dreams were more than exceeded. The reception site looked beautiful and the ceremony was absolutely perfect. I can only recommend Diana for planning your wedding. We are a German couple, my wife currently lifes in Germany and I study in Canada. From the first contact on Diana was super helpful and she organized teh most beautiful wedding I have ever seen. Everything was perfectly organized and she was very nice to all the non-english speaking people who were there. My cell phone also shut down a few days before we arrived on O'ahu but that didn't bother her too much, she coped with this circumstance very professional so that we had really stressless wedding day! Where do I begin... From the very beginning Diana was there is answer all of my crazy questions about "How do I do this?", "Where do I find that?", she knew it all! I am a very organized, picky, perfectionist and I always worry that things are NOT going to go right. Well let me say I did not have ANY of those feeling after my first phone conversation with Oahu Weddings. Diana eased my worries! Once we got to Oahu, Diana met with us to go over everything and make sure we are all on the same page. It's nice to have someone so meticulous in your corner on such an important day!

Diana at Oahu Wedding was our guardian angle from start to finish. She went above and beyond our expectations to make sure our wedding day was the perfect day - from suggesting vendors, negotiations with vendors, cake suggestions, decor suggestions, flower suggestions...you name it, keeping our budget in mind the entire time, Diana was there. Because of her our wedding was magical. Diana from Oahu Wedding was the only reason our wedding in HI was breathtaking, flawless, and stress-free. Our wedding was a destination wedding and we put our special day into her hands and we were far from disappointed. We were asked questions about the pieces of our wedding and Diana basically did the rest, we just had to show up! Diana is amazing!! Our wedding was perfect to the smallest detail! I live in Dallas, TX and knew that I would need to hire a wedding planner in order to have a destination wedding. Diana made the wedding process so easy. She took care of everything from the cake to the photographer. I just needed to let her know what my vision was. Diana also makes a lot of great suggestions and always keeps your budget in mind. She is also very professional, organized and responsive to all emails and calls. All the items used in the wedding were beautiful and of high quality. Our officiate, Kahu Bruce, gave a wonderful ceremony that included elements of Hawaiian culture. The hairdresser/makeup artist Diana hired did a very natural clean look using airbrush makeup, which I loved! The wedding venue that she suggested was incredible. It was an outdoor balcony looking over the ocean. The wedding cake she ordered was so beautiful and delicious. Kai Photo was our photographers and the pictures are gorgeous. I still can't get over them! Overall, if you're planning to have a wedding in Oahu, I would highly recommend you go with Oahu Wedding.

Diana and Oahu Wedding is a MUST HAVE for anyone thinking of planning a destination wedding in Hawaii. My husband and I wanted our dream wedding to be fun filled, vibrant and one a kind. Diana really captured our vision and gave us our dream wedding that was better than we could have imagined. It all started 8 months prior to the wedding date, during our very first call with Diana where we made an instant connection with her. We could tell she was professional, experienced and most importantly passionate. She spend the time to get to know us and followed up with detailed summary after every meeting as well as responded promptly to every call or email. She was amazing to work with and put our minds at ease every step of the planning especially when we got closer to the wedding date with each sync meetings. She was able to work within our budget and even came in under knowing we were very budget conscious. Diana’s creative flair was unique and helpful as she suggested to use tropical flavored macarons as a part of the center pieces to alternate with floral decor for practicality, fun originality as well as keeping us on floral budget.
The most amazing part of our wedding day was seeing all the decoration details, the personal touch that Diana and I had discussed throughout the planning process come together. I had a moment with Diana the morning of the wedding as I got ready and she took me around the entire venue before the guests arrived. Needless to say.. I was speechless and knew immediately it was going to be an amazing experience. Diana and the Oahu Wedding team was crucial for the flawless day of execution. Starting with the Ukulele musician, Kahu Bruce, florist, Gourmet Events Catering and our amazing DJ Troy, the seamless coordination behind the scene between the vendors was simply perfection.
Thank you Diana and Oahu Wedding for the most incredible and memorable day of our lives. Your professionalism and passion for what you do allowed my husband and I to enjoy every minute and moment on our wedding day. We worked with Diana at Oahu Weddings on a consultation basis, and it was the best thing we did to "treat" ourselves! Meeting with her for a few hours saved us DAYS, if not WEEKS, of time, planning, and mistakes! She was great at troubleshooting, and when it came to timing out our play-by-play for the big day, it was as if she could do it in her sleep (which she probably does!). It was clear and thorough, and we were able to hand it off to our friend who coordinated on the day-of, and it was a breeze! On top of that, they also had vases and candle holders that we could rent, which was a huge savings for our budget. Huge thanks to Diana and Oahu Weddings... you let me be a bride, and not a planner, on my wedding day!

So we live on Oahu, but all our family lives in California and we decided to fly Diana out to help us during the week of our wedding. This was the best decision we made.

The week of the wedding all questions will go to the bride. So her productivity level is going to drop significantly and she will have the most things on her to-do list. So it was very consoling having someone who understands what needs to be done and can make the right decisions on your wifes behalf while she is trying to maintain her sanity and check things off her own list.

Another thing you don't think about is your friends and familys agenda. Since most folks don't specialize in wedding planning they really don't understand how in the zone they need to be that week before the wedding. So people wll have there own list of things they need to get done and not make you bride as much as a priority she needs to be. That's why flying Diana out was the best thing we could have done.

From morning to night she was avaialble to us for four straight days. She gave us that extra support we needed to have a wedding for 300 people. If you are the type of person that is going to be very hands on with your event and wants to build it up themselves then having an expert like Diana is a must. She was definitley a key player in my wife and I having an awesome day together.

I was planning our destination wedding from Los Angeles, and since our wedding party is so small, and I have pretty much selected all of the other vendors ahead of time, I decided to hire Diana for day of wedding coordination. It was money well spent! Diana is highly responsive, and took care of all the vendor confirmations about a month prior to our event. I was only expecting her to show up on the day of our wedding, but instead I got Diana and her 2 fabulous assistants! The 3 of them whipped our beach front rental house in shape in no time....she scrubbed our patio cleaned where the ceremony was going to take place, her assistant ironed the table cloth, directed the florist, picked up and delivered our wedding cake. Diana and her team exceeded our expectations, hire Diana, and you won't have to worry about a thing, just kick back and enjoy the day!

Both my profession and that of my husband did not allow us much time to plan a wedding, let alone a destination wedding. Enter Diana and her Oahu wedding team. Diana was very thorough in taking care of the details my husband and I were not able to take care of. She is very organized: she sent us a nice welcome packet that took care of 99% of our questions right away and she asked very specific questions right from the start so she knew immediately what we wanted. She was very accommodating to suggestions, she responded to emails and calls promptly and she attended to every little detail. Everything she arranged or used for the ceremony was of the highest quality and it showed. The flowers were fresh, beautiful and they reflected my request to use local flowers only. Kahu Bruce did an amazing job putting together a very beautiful ceremony that blended both Hawaiian and Western elements. The hairdresser/makeup artist Diana suggested created a classy look that fit well with my dress. The wedding venue that she suggested was simply magical. Diana ordered our cupcakes from the Cakeworks Bakery. They were both delicious and beautifully decorated in a manner that reflected our wedding theme. The ukulele player complemented the ceremony nicely and I appreciate that she played a song for just my husband and I so we could have a first dance following our ceremony. Kyler from Kai Photo took gorgeous wedding photos that still put a smile on our faces. Diana not only stuck to the agreed-upon budget, she actually went under the budget. Our wedding was perfect, beautiful beyond our wildest dreams, actually. She made the entire process so easy that my husband and I had no anxiety leading up to the wedding. If you are even remotely considering working with Diana, please know this: her vendors as well as other people working in the business had rave reviews for her as well. Her professionalism is well-known all over Oahu. If you want to work with the best of the best, Diana from Oahu Wedding is it. With Oahu Wedding planning our day, we were able to just show up and look good. Diana and her staff had everything completely under control, and the day went incredibly smoothly. One of the many fantastic qualities with their service I will mention was how easy it was to plan our amazing day. Words cannot express how blessed I was to have Diana @ Oahu Wedding plan our wedding. From the very moment I contacted her, I knew our wedding would be perfect. She delivered my flowers to the Hawaiian Hilton & they were beautiful.
Diana arrived @ Waialae Beach Park to reserve the ceremony. She greeted our guests when the limo arrived. My heart was beating with excitement!!!
I will cherish our wedding day forever. We had twelve guests & everyone was crying throughout the ceremony. Our minister(Bruce) said the most beautiful words. He was genuine & our guests thought he was amazing. Our Musician(Danny) was fantastic!! He sang 'White Sandy Beach & Over the Rainbow'). We loved our conch blower(Nathaniel). The flower petals on the beach were beautiful!
John & I will have memories of a lifetime. Our guests expresed to us that it was a perfect Hawaiian wedding & was the most beautiful wedding they had been to in Hawaii.(All of them live in Hawaii). I will forever remember January 8th, 2011. John & I will always remember all of the special details Diana provied for us. She is an amazing person. She is professional, kind and very sincere. She set-up our reception @ the Tropics at the Hawaiian Hilton and it was perfect. Diana, thank you for making me feel like a princess and all of your hard work. I will forever have you in my heart!!! Oahu weddings were very friendly to speak to, they were willing to call me where ever I was in the world and the way they responded to my emails was of the highest quality.
It was the best decision that me and my husband have ever made and booking a wedding planner online was a little scary because you didnt know what it would be like once you got there.
Diana and the team were excellent and made our decision more easier as she would explain how the day would be planned out.
When we both got to Hawaii, our meeting with her was fantastic, she is very friendly and very professional. She really looked after us whilst we were in Hawaii and made sure that everything went according to plan on our wedding day.
When choosing the pastor Diana made an excellent choice and we met the pastor before he married us and helped us with the process of the marriage license (filling it out) really got to know the both of us, we rehearsed what we we going to do for the day and it was great.
The Limo service, the videographer, flowers, chairs for family was just of highest quality and i would highly recommend Diana and her team at Oahu Weddings.

Oahu Weddings was very prompt to answer my requests! I am a very particular person with very high standards. Diana was very good at listening to me, building a relationship, and creating my vision that I would have never been able to do myself! She is able to take your style and make it all come together so effortlessly! She kept a great photo collection and sent me emails of ideas that I would like. If I changed my mind, she made sure the changes were made with no kind of frustration. She truly wants you to be happy!

The Value is UNBELIEVABLE! For all the work she put into everything, the arranging, contacting the vendors, helping me make up my mind, orchestrating, and the amount of stress she relieve from me, I was sooo happy. She even took time to meet with a harpist vendor she's never worked with to listen to their music and make sure they were reputable. She is able to keep your cost at your budget by suggesting things that would substitute yet have the same beautiful effect. I think that is very important in a planner!

I would like to begin by saying…. thank you Diana and Oahu wedding for producing the best day of my life!!!
No word can describe the greatest experience we had working with Diana @ Oahu wedding for our Lanikuhonua private beach wedding on September 3rd 2010.
I am a IT project coordinator myself, and know how challenging it is to work with a client with so much ideas without knowing how to execute it. Diana had brought our detailed visions to the reality, and made our wedding so much better than we could’ve dreamed of!
We were planning a destination wedding from Los Angeles, inviting 30 guests from 3 different countries. I was so worried when I initially started planning, but at our very first phone meeting with Diana, we trusted her (because of her professional manner as well as super likable personality!) and she continued to provide us with the ideas and suggestions, and amazingly materialized the better version of what we had in mind on the day of our wedding. Despite of her super busy schedule, she is always responsive to the email (always within 24 hours), phone call, and no matter how many upcoming wedding she has in her schedule, we felt like she did really care for each one of them. It almost felt like your best friend or sister who totally understands your vision is helping you. All the venders she suggested was wonderful, from the makeup artist to the catering service, but she always kept her suggestions that will work with our budget. (I think this is most important, that many bride could easily double the budget once planning starts!). Another thing that we loved about her is that, she is very tech savvy, she always posts her wedding she produced on Oahu wedding Facebook site, providing all the brides new ideas on favors, flower arrangement, venue, place card etc… As I was planning, I checked their FB religiously since it was very resourceful! She happily accommodated our last minutes changes and questions, even during the event, she is a kind of person who would provide a Tylenol to the guest who was having a headache! She goes way beyond her profession as a wedding coordinator, and I am so lucky to have worked with her for the very important day for all our family member. Thanks to her, all our guest left our wedding saying that it was the most beautiful, most well organized, and most memorable wedding they have ever attended! Now that our wedding is over, both my husband and I miss Diana, and she made us want to come back to Hawaii to renew our vows every year… with her! I think, the wedding might be your biggest day of your life, but the whole process of the planning until the wedding day could be as joyful if you had the right wedding coordinator. I was never frustrated nor worried all thanks to Diana’s help, and I would give Oahu wedding 10 stars out of 5 if I could! Oahu wedding is the best, and I already recommended to friends who are planning a destination wedding : )

Our wedding could be summed up as… A Dream Come True! Pictures, Words, Nothing, will be able to describe how flawless everything went on August 8, 2010.
Diana is fabulous! She is very personable, caring, spunky and honestly a joy to work with. She’s the type of person that will bend over backwards to make you feel comfortable. It doesn’t matter how many weddings she has on her plate, she takes the time to make each and every one of her brides feel important and special. She takes the time to get to know you, so she can truly understand the vision you have of your special day.
With the planning process I honestly had no idea what I was doing. I didn’t even know where to start. I had gathered photos of things we like, and that was pretty much the gist of it. Oahu Wedding made this process not only enjoyable, but quite fun as well. I sent my pictures via email or described our vision over the phone, and Diana made it a reality. All of my questions or requests were answered nearly immediately. I don’t think I waited more than 5 hours for any of my responses.
My family gave me a strict budget. Diana was very courteous of this budget and found many different ways to still have our elegant, dream wedding. She is full of creative and fun ideas and is more than willing to stretch the limits.
All of the vendors that Oahu Wedding recommended were fabulous. The food was amazing, the cake was gorgeous, the rental items were perfect and the officiate was astounding. All of my guests continue to rave about what they call “the wedding of the century.” If this gives you any indication, we had one guest whom is never pleased with anything… they said in their 55 years it was the most beautiful, elegant, entertaining wedding they had ever been to.
We had a few mishaps with our venue, some miscommunications. It’s a newer venue, and therefore is still in the learning process. However some of the complications that were associated were quite disappointing. Diana was very adamant about fixing the wrong, and making sure that our day was as perfect as it could be given the circumstances. . She used impeccable negotiation skills and was able to bring some elements to our wedding that with our budget would otherwise be unobtainable.
The day of the wedding went incredibly smooth as well. Diana made a strategic timeline for all of the events. Everything was on cue and seamless. Most people say that there is going to be something that goes wrong the day of your wedding, and you’ll just have to get over it, and laugh about it a year from now. Perhaps it’s due to Oahu Wedding’s extensive experience, or just the fact that they truly are the best at what they do… there wasn’t even a minor imperfection.
Down to the placement of the vases on the table, everything was absolutely the way my husband and I had imagined. Oahu Wedding even found a way to surprise us with something that we were unable to fit into our budget. Throughout the wedding we used one species of Orchid. We decided a few weeks before the wedding that we wanted to place an orchid on each of the guests’ napkins at the reception. However, due to our strict budget we had to resort to another species of Orchid. The day of the wedding to our surprise my favorite Orchid was not only placed on each of the guests napkins; but they adorned the cake and archway as well. It not only brought a huge smile to my face, but my guest’s were blown away by their beauty. It was that magic touch that pulled everything together. I’m an eternally grateful for that wonderful surprise.
Ok, I think I’ve written a small novel. I just have so many wonderful things to say about my experience with Oahu Wedding!! I would highly recommend them to anyone planning a wedding in Oahu! They truly are the best at what they do, and I promise if you decide to use Oahu Wedding you won’t be disappointed!

Highly recommended. My wife and i were living in japan at the time we were planning our wedding as well as planning to move back to California. we had a lot on our plate but Diana was so helpful, friendly, and professional. she has years of experience and many industry connections that allow her to make your wedding unique. thanks to her we had the destination wedding of our dreams within our budget.

I found Oahu Wedding on a complete whim. I planned all the way from Texas and once I got to Hawaii the wedding of my dreams was waiting for me! It was as if they were inside my head and knew exactly what I wanted and even made it better! If I could do it all over, I would choose Diana and Oahu Wedding again. Thanks to Diana at Oahu Wedding our wedding planning was void of stress and the entire day was flawless. All Vern and I had to do was tell her what we wanted, respond to a few short e-mails and show up at the appointed time. Every detail of our wedding was well planned and we had the perfect wedding - Diana had everything set up and it was the most beautiful ceremony we have ever witnessed. Diana is the absolute best! She made everything perfect, and completely stress free! There were a few availability problems with what we wanted, but she was able to pull together stuff that actually worked even better than the original plan. I could not have pulled off a destination wedding in windy Waimanalo without her help. Every single detail was completely perfect. Thank you Diana! Oahu Wedding is amazing on so many levels! Most importantly to my wife & I, this is a gay-friendly company. The planning process was a breeze for us as Diana was able to quickly & accurately turn our general ideas into reality. She was also exceptionally responsive & quick to assist with questions, clearifications, etc. The wedding plans were completely flexible right up to the start of the ceremony. (For example, the vendors & Rev. were set up on a grassy part of the beach. Diana asked if we wanted to be married on the sand instead & it took only a few minutes for the new site to be set-up). We were very pleased with the vendors Diana choose for the photography & videography; both were very professional.

My wife & I had a reception planned 7 days after returning from Hawaii (10 days after our ceremony). The videographer dropped off a temporary (edited!) copy of our ceremony to our hotel the day after our wedding so we could show it at our reception. The photographer also edited all pictures within in a few days of the ceremony so we would have them in time for the reception.

The minister Diana choose was a perfect fit for us (Rev. Fisher). The flowers were better than we expected given we did not work directly with the florist (of course, Diana handled that). My bouquet made it from Hawaii to Indiana & is still alive & beautiful! Also, Diana lined up a hair & make-up artist for me; she was fantastic! My hair & make-up lasted all day & evening even in the high winds! Lastly, Diana has an amazing ability for calming anxieties & concerns. After each tiime I spoke with her, I felt more comfortable that our wedding would be exactly what we hoped for.

Deciding to get married in another country is very exciting but also a little scary not knowing what you are booking or who to trust your wedding day preperations with, especially with so many website for Hawaii weddings, so i was so thrilled when i found Oahu Wedding!
The service i received from Diana was exceptional, whether it was emails or phone calls Diana was always there to help answer any questions promptly and was always very helpfull and was full of knowledge about anything to do with getting married in Hawaii.
The Day went ahead without any worries. The flowers were gorgeous, the driver turned up right on time, Diana was at the beach setting up for the wedding and helping with the guests, Groom and his Groomsmen and she was there to assisit me and my bridesmaids when we arrived to organise the walk down the aisle. Aside from this Diana also orgained the wedding cake, Make up artsit, a fantastic minister and the photographer and believe me the photos were truly magical!! Diana was even at the wedding recetion when we arrived just to make sure everything was perfect, which of coarse it was.
I cannot give Oahu wedding Planners enough praise as they made our wedding day the most perfect memory that we will treasure for ever.

I am so glad that I found Oahu Wedding and that Diana was a part of my wedding planning experience. At first I couldn't find anyone and the work would have been immense to plan alone - let's just say without her, I would not have been able to do it!! With family coming from Canada, US, and overseas, I had a lot of things to plan and Diana never ceased to be responsive or helpful, and always with a cheerful tone! She was able to cater to my whimseys and kept me motivated by being involved with my crafting ideas, and was very flexible when I needed to change things up or if I had to match a certain budget.

I also want to say that every guest that attended thought the wedding was the most beautiful and perfect wedding they have ever been to.

I would recommend Oahu Wedding to anybody who want to have nothing less than a perfect wedding!
You won't find a better vendor anywhere! Diana is giving her clients the perfect touch and can make your dream wedding happen, from the venue, to the cake to the photographer! I felt like my sister was taking care of me and never had any doubt I would have the best service.
We live very far away from hawaii, and are thinking about going back to do our vow renewal in a few years, just to get the chance to live this experience all over again...

Choosing Oahu Wedding to plan our destination wedding was the best decision we could have made! Diana and Oahu Wedding are, without a doubt, the key to pulling off the perfect Hawaiian wedding. The two of us had spent months searching for someone on the island who could help take the stress out of planning a destination wedding while also keeping an eye on our tight budget and transforming our vision for the big day into reality. Kibby and Diane were wonderful to work with from across the US. I was looking for someone who understood getting on and off a military base with a limo, cake, flowers etc. and they went above and beyond to make it happen for me. I was nervous about my hair and makeup and they had the perfect person come to my hotel and I looked beautiful on my wedding day. I cannot say enough about the photographer who had the patience of a saint and who took the most amazing photos. Planning a small wedding from Virginia to take place on a military base in Hawaii made me nervous but they made me feel very comfortable and always replied to my every email. I would totally use them again!

Diana was instrumental in making my dream wedding a reality. She handled herself in a professional and friendly way and it really came across that she loves her job and is passionate about it. I felt comfortable putting my wedding in her hands from our first phone conversation and this was confirmed when I met her in person in Honolulu a few days before my wedding. Living in Canada makes a Hawaii wedding pretty daunting, but Diana handled everything with ease and care. She was worth every penny! She was so kind to my family and friends at my wedding and she was so attentive to every detail. She was always there in the background making things run smoothly and I was completely relaxed on my wedding day because of that. My husband and I had an amazing and happy day that we will cherish forever!! Thanks Diana and Oahu Wedding.

Oahu Wedding was the solution I was looking for! I was not a very good bride; the thought of all the planning and the details overwhelmed me. My fiancé and I decided to elope to Hawaii. Diana made the process so easy for me. I was able to customize my entire ceremony in one phone call. Diana offered solutions to logistical issues, like traveling with a wedding dress and offered to schedule a day of pampering for me. On the day of the wedding, she called to check in and at the ceremony she made us feel completely at ease. Getting married in Hawaii was the best decision we could have made and choosing Oahu Wedding was the second best.. Our wedding day was perfect, stress free and focused only on us as a couple. I highly recommend Diana and her team!

Diana was incredible. My husband and I live on the East Coast, both of us are busy professionals working long hours. I don't know what we would have done without her. She was responsive to e-mails, kept us on top of deadlines, took care of most of the contracts, and was willing to work with us from a far distance. She provided suggestions for vendors and did some of the floral work herself to help us save money. She has a professional demeanor and is very passionate about her work. The day of the wedding I was very relaxed because I knew she was taking care of each step. Definitely would recommend her!
