New Orleans Wedding Experience

I cannot recommend Katie enough. I am the absolute worst when it comes to details, and I hate having to coordinate people. We hired Katie as our month-of coordinator. I was pretty burnt out on planning after I booked all the vendors, so it was amazing to get to hand off all the final coordination and little details to Katie.

We planned the entire wedding from across the country and never got to visit either of our venue spaces. Katie worked with all of our vendors for us, nailed the timeline down, and took incredible care of both my husband and I the day of the wedding. I lost my voice the night before the wedding (our rehearsal dinner accidentally turned into an all-nighter on Frenchman Street), Katie showed up in the morning with a hot tea/honey/cayenne recipe and a sugar-free Monster to get me back on my feet.

There are so many great things I can say about Katie, but the bottom line is that she truly cares and will make everything run smoothly so that you can just enjoy your big day. From the time we turned over the wedding plans to Katie to every moment of our actual wedding day, I never had any stress or anxiety. It was beyond perfect.

I knew the minute I spoke with Katie that we were in beyond capable hands. She is not only an incredibly kind and thoughtful person, but so organized and considers every detail of the day so you and your loved ones can relax. I would recommend her to anyone planning their event in New Orleans. She has wonderful local connections and helped us find a great photographer and florist. She had previous experience working with our venue, so she knew the lay of the land and the best way to organize everything, from the oyster bar to the dessert table. She is truly spectacular!

Working with Katie for my wedding at the Eliza Jane was an absolute pleasure. Her recommendations for entertainment, gifts and venue prep made my wedding a day to never forget. She handled numerous point of contact issues with venue with professionalism and reassurance that everything would be ok.
