Great Day-of Wedding Coordinator

Kahlida was an amazing Day-of Wedding Coordinator. She kept in frequent communication with us leading up to the day of the event, provided us with a folder to upload all our contracts to and reached out to all of our vendors to make sure everyone was on the same page and confirmed. Kahlida was also great the day of our wedding! She kept us on track, made sure we ate and even delivered us drinks when it was time for our toasts! I would 100% recommend Kahlida to any couple who is planning their own wedding but wants some additional support once vendors are selected to confirm it all comes together as envisioned. It was great to know there was a confident and capable “go to” person on our wedding day that was not one of us! Kahlida strikes a great balance of being assertive and kind, exactly what we wanted and needed for someone in this role. Hiring Kahlida gave us the peace of mind we needed to have the perfect wedding day!

The Big Brown Wedding feat. K. Lloyd

We had our dream wedding in the French quarter! Kahlida was thorough, available, and went above and beyond to support us in making the day flow amazingly. She took off so much of my stress and is a joy to work with. She’s extremely flexible and unfazed by any interruptions to the program. She is professional, on task and personable. Beyond Amazing!

Kahlida was beyond amazing. In the beginning of planning, we thought we would just do it all ourselves, but we are SO RELIEVED that we didn't do ALL THAT. She handled more than we expected, was super organized and asked really good questions that helped us create really great memories without the fumbling around. She coordinated vendors more than we expected, not just day of, and used her expertise to get everything running so smoothly with 2 venues and a lion dance parade in between. Thank you Kahlida!

Phenomenal coordinator

Kahlida was everything we didn't even realize early on that we needed for our wedding. She is a phenomenal coordinator in every way. Not only did she give us the space to have our own ideas, but was also able offer suggestions but still respect our personal desires for our vision. She was able to take charge when issues arised (and yes we had a few) in a professional, results driven way. We definitely would have been wayyy in over our head without her. If you need a coordinator, you need Kahlida!! :)

Kahlida was amazing!

Kahlida was our wedding coordinator. She was valuable, fun, incredibly competent and organized. She helped us make good decisions about how to go about making our wedding come true as we envisioned it, and then excited those plans allowing us to just enjoy the experience. Her background in law was also particularly helpful as she reviewed contracts for us. I would absolutely recommend her, and already have to one of my friends.

Intuitive, Delightful Wedding Day Coordinator

Kahlida is amazing. My fiancé and I were planning a tiny intimate wedding on a budget, so we weren’t hiring a wedding planner. We knew we would need help on the day of the wedding, though. Kahlida was the perfect person to help make sure the day went smoothly, and we could just be present for our moment. She communicated with me easily leading up to the day and made sure all the details were ready and accounted for. Day-of, she handled everything. She got there early to show where flowers, chairs, musicians, and people all needed to go. She kept track of permits, wedding license, timing, picture coordination, and cleanup afterwards. She even brought some extra trays for displaying the refreshments! She intuitively knew when to step in and when to let the moment flow, and my husband and I got to just enjoy. I can’t recommend a more professional, positive, organized, and truly loving person to help with your wedding day coordinating needs. Book with her! You won’t regret it!
