We got our wedding cake and grooms cake from Ambrosia. Both looked perfect!! My husband had a tennis themed cupcake cake and I had a traditional wedding cake. Everyone loved both!! Thank you Ambrosia for being a part of our special day :)

Mindi was great - super reliable and honest. She was willing to work with us to give us exactly what we wanted. The cake was delicious and looked just how we wanted it to. It was beautiful! I highly recommend.

Our cake from Gambinos was great! They were easy to work with, provided a cake tasting and I got lots of compliments on the look and taste of the cake

We went for our cake tasting Saturday afternoon, and it was amazing we had a one on one Miss Marguerite herself. Beautiful lady inside and out like you knew her all your life. We tasted 5 different cakes and my fiance picked out his grooms cake and all of them we're fabulous, we decided right then this was the place we ordered the cakes we wanted I show her what I wanted and can't wait until our day. If you want the freshest best tasting wedding cake it is so worth the trip to Slidell LA to Marguerite's. Miss Marguerite, Thank you again for everything Sheila Victory

The folks here met us at the shop on a day they were closed and set up a cake tasting. Fantastic customer service. Both cakes were perfect and delicious.

I couldn’t recommend a better small business to support other than Deep South Deaux! My fiancé and I reached out to them to see if they could cater a variety of flavors of their soft baked cookies for our engagement party. Keithsha and Lauren did not disappoint. Our guests had never tried anything like it! These are the most unique, highest quality cookies that no other business can compete with. You can’t go wrong with the pumpkin cheesecake and red velvet. Keithsha even made me a specialty cookie in honor of our upcoming wedding, how sweet of her! If there’s anything better than a fresh baked cookie, it’s the high quality customer service that comes with it. The quality is most definitely worth the price. If you’re looking for a unique twist to your next wedding or engagement party, Deep South Deaux is the way to Geaux! We will definitely be looking forward to them for our upcoming baby shower!

After a different vendor dropped out on me suddenly I asked a few friends in NOLA who they used for their wedding cake. Jenny's came up often and after talking over email and seeing their work I was in love! Their communication was amazing and they understood what I wanted completely. They handled the delivery and set up and the cake was GORGEOUS. My biggest regret was that I didn't get to eat enough of it! My guests are still raving about the design and taste to this day.

KD'S BAKERY exceeded our expectation we ordered a beigbet tower for our wedding and it was not only beautiful but delicious and quite possibly could be the best beignets in all of new orleans. Thank you so much!!!!!

We used Haydel’s Bakery for my daughter’s wedding in New Orleans, where they created a beautiful three-tier bridal cake and a one-tier groom’s cake. From the very beginning, the experience was outstanding. The cake tasting alone set them apart. They took their time with us, offered tastings of all flavors, and everything was fresh—not pre-made or stale. They carefully reviewed our design ideas, listened to what we wanted, and offered thoughtful suggestions of their own. We chose Haydel’s immediately because they truly listened, worked within our vision, offered creative ideas, provided a fair price, and (most importantly) the cakes were absolutely delicious. On the wedding day, the cakes exceeded our expectations. The designs were exactly what we envisioned, the flavors were incredible, and everything arrived on time and was displayed just as we requested. Haydel’s is an outstanding bakery and a true professional in every sense. Highly recommend.
