Chef Jeremy Fogg has been in the industry for almost 20 years, working in all kinds of environments from hotels to restaurants, working with chefs such as Emeril Lagasse, Jacque Torres, and Duff Goldman. He opened his own bakery, Mae's Bakeshop, in 2024 after years of doing pop-ups and markets. After closing the bakery, he turned his attention to wedding cakes and dessert stations for events. Chef Jeremy has also appeared on the Food Network multiple times, competing on shows such as Chopped Sweets, Beat Bobby Flay, and Best Baker in America.

Cake flavors include vanilla, lemon, chocolate, and red velvet, while fillings include lemon curd, chocolate mousse, vanilla custard, and homemade jam. Your cake can be complete with meringue buttercream or cream cheese frosting. By working closely with you, he strives to create the wedding cake of your dreams. As well as cakes, he also offers an array of sweet treats such as cookies, pies, and beignets.
