We used Haydel’s Bakery for my daughter’s wedding in New Orleans, where they created a beautiful three-tier bridal cake and a one-tier groom’s cake. From the very beginning, the experience was outstanding.
The cake tasting alone set them apart. They took their time with us, offered tastings of all flavors, and everything was fresh—not pre-made or stale. They carefully reviewed our design ideas, listened to what we wanted, and offered thoughtful suggestions of their own. We chose Haydel’s immediately because they truly listened, worked within our vision, offered creative ideas, provided a fair price, and (most importantly) the cakes were absolutely delicious.
On the wedding day, the cakes exceeded our expectations. The designs were exactly what we envisioned, the flavors were incredible, and everything arrived on time and was displayed just as we requested. Haydel’s is an outstanding bakery and a true professional in every sense. Highly recommend.

We originally were not going with Haydel's for our wedding cake, but my fiancé and I decided to switch to them rather late in the wedding planning game. We were worried it would be overpriced or under our expectations however the opposite could not be more true. Excellent product, pricing, and people! We are two happy customers!
