OUR WEDDING DAY COULD NOT HAVE BEEN BETTER.SIMPLY ELEGANT TOOK ALL OF WOULD HAVE BEEN A HEADACHE AWAY ALONG WITH EVERYTHING RUNNING SO SMOOTH AND WORRY FREE FOR US. EVERYTHING THAT WAS PROMISED WAS MET AND THEN SOME. ANY TIME WE NEEDED ANYTHING ALL IT TOOK WAS A PHONE CALL OR E-MAIL AND WE ALWAYS GOT A PROMT RESPONSE IT WAS ALMOST LIKE THEY WERE IN OUR HEADS ON KNEW EXACTLY WHAT WE WANTED. THE COST WAS VERY REASONABLE FOR THE SERVICE WE REQUESTED AND THEY STAY WITHIN OUR BUDGET WHICH WAS A BIG PLUS. IF WE HAD TO DO IT ALL OVER AGAIN WE WOULD FOR SURE GO WITH SIMPLE ELEGANT HANDS DOWN AFTER LOOKING INTO A FEW OTHER COMPANIES. SO IF YOU WANT THE PERFECT WEDDING OR EVENT SIMPLE ELEGANT IS THE WAY TO GO.

Don't think twice... Book Southern Fete! This big day went off without a hitch and we owe it to Cassie and her team. They made it look effortless and it remained stress free for us.

It’s impossible to even describe how AMAZING Alyssa is. To preface: we live on the West Coast and the wedding was in New Orleans, so planning a wedding 2,500 miles away seemed like an impossible task; but it wasn’t with Alyssa on our side. From the 6+ months of planning, vendor booking, budgeting, and more...to the flawless execution of the wedding, Alyssa was there every step of the way. And I mean EVERY STEP OF THE WAY! There wasn’t one second that we second guessed her work or decisions. Alyssa always maintained contact, knew exactly where to guide us in our decisions, took control where she felt it necessary, and made our lives incredibly easy. To say, “Alyssa has you covered”, is an understatement. She’s a true professional and that was evident from day 1. We had to postpone our original wedding date by about 6 months and while it was a tough decision, Alyssa took care of all of the rebooking and really helped ease our minds about everything. After the 2nd wedding date happened, it was so unbelievably perfect that we forgot the first date was even postponed. Alyssa had budget spreadsheets created specifically for us, kept contracts organized and easily accessible, and kept us up to date with all of our vendor payments. Alyssa found us EXACTLY what we wanted in terms of the catering, decorations, floral options, DJ, photographers AND film crew (and more), and every single vendor was the nicest, most down to earth person. We couldn’t have been more happy with our selections and that’s all due to Alyssa. Every guest that attended LOVED the food and Alyssa was even able to organize a special meal for our celiac (gluten intolerant) wedding officiant. The DJ was great and we had a good size group on the dance floor for the duration of the party! Everyone had an absolutely amazing time and it couldn’t have gone smoother. We had a hard time initially deciding on our venue and Alyssa found one that wasn’t even on our radar - now we couldn’t imagine having the wedding at any other location. It was perfect perfect perfect. We didn’t have an official “rehearsal” so before the ceremony and before guests showed up, Alyssa was able to smooth our final anxieties by walking us through the ceremony and giving everyone specific instructions. Everything went so smoothly as if we did have an official rehearsal. Alyssa really is a one-stop-shop and we can’t recommend her enough. Your wedding is supposed to be the most amazingly happy day of your life, and ours was exactly that. Do yourself a favor, do your wedding a favor, and plan with Alyssa Arlene Events!!!!!!
