10/10! I recently had the pleasure to partner with Casey and the experience was exceptional. Their communication was clear, timely, and organized from start to finish. They handled every detail with calm confidence, ensure the couple felt supported, and worked seamlessly throughout the entire process. Casey is wonderful to work with.  She is so organized and covers every detail for your event.  She thought of many details that we had not even considered, and was quick to respond to questions.   She truly takes an interest in every detail and cares about making your event everything you hope it to be.  Casey truly goes above and beyond, and her rates are very reasonable and fair.  She comes fully prepared, completely understanding your vision for the day.  And if that isn't enough, she comes with everything you could ever want and need, including an emergency kit and access to wedding decor staples.  I highly would recommend this company!

Hiring Casey as our day-of wedding coordinator was one of the best decisions we made during the entire wedding planning process!

From the moment we started working with her, I was blown away by how organized she was. She is honestly one of the most organized people I've ever met. She had every question covered, kept track of countless details, and helped us make decisions that we didn't even realize needed to be made. Her guidance throughout the planning process was invaluable and gave us so much peace of mind.

On our wedding day, everything ran so seamlessly, and I truly credit that to her. I never once had to worry about timelines, vendors, setup, or logistics because she was handling it all behind the scenes. Instead of managing details, I got to spend the day fully present with my husband, friends, and family and simply enjoy every moment!

I shared my vision for the ceremony and reception with her, and she executed it perfectly! Everything came together exactly as I had imagined, and seeing it all unfold was incredible. She paid attention to every detail and made sure the entire day felt effortless.

From her emergency kit with clothes pins and tampons to her clear and concise minute-to-minute schedule keeping the boys (and girls🙃) on time, Casey was the MVP of our big day! She even took behind the scene photos that will be cherished for a lifetime.

The MOMENT Casey walked in, she made me feel so calm. She was so on top of everything and had things completely under control.  She remembered and took care of tons of little details I wasn’t even thinking about, and thanks to her, I didn’t have to!  Not to mention, she’s so cute and an absolute DOLL to be around. Do yourself a favor and hire Casey!! LOVED HER!!
