Bailey made our day so special! She thought of every detail and was a voice for me leading up to our big day. Everything was executed to perfection... for example our tent poles were not centered on the fireplace at our venue and she made sure that the alignment was not only corrected but that the florist cover the poles with greenery to blend in. I also would not have had the white chairs we requested (due to a contract mix up) if it weren't for her working with the venue to find them elsewhere. She had a calming energy that grounded me throughout this entire process. I could not have done this without her! If you are looking for a wedding planner, I highly recommend Bailey and her team.

Both my husband and I truly believe that hiring Bailey was hands-down the best investment we made for our wedding. She completely minimized the stress and saved me countless hours of vetting vendors and coordinating details. With our budget in mind, Bailey was able to recommend vendors who:
a) stayed within our budget,
b) fit perfectly into our vision, and
c) were vetted and reliable – either because she had worked with them before or knew someone who had.

Since we don’t live in New Orleans, we knew we wanted a wedding planner who was local, familiar with the area, knew the best vendors, and could navigate the ins and outs of creating a beautiful and successful wedding. I found Bailey about 10 months before our big day, after doing extensive research on multiple planners. After a couple of phone calls with her, I knew she was the perfect fit. Her personality, professionalism, and attention to detail immediately stood out.

Throughout the planning process, we had regular check-ins – monthly, or even more frequently depending on what task we were tackling. I loved how hands-on and approachable she was! At one point, I had some miscommunication between two of my vendors. Even though we were all on the same e-mail chain, there was confusion, and I couldn’t get to the bottom of it. I emailed Bailey to give her an update on the issue, and she immediately called me. She listened, talked me through the situation, and personally reached out to both vendors to resolve the problem. The instant relief I felt knowing she had it handled was indescribable!

We had the pleasure of meeting Bailey in person during our food tasting, which was such a valuable moment for finalizing details and solidifying our vision. On the big day, Bailey and her team brought everything together seamlessly and executed every detail beautifully. The amount of coordinating and planning she and her team conducted down to timelines for each vendor, that I did not need to be involved in was extremely helpful and a huge weight lifted! I cannot recommend her enough – she made the planning process so much easier and allowed us to fully enjoy every moment.

I honestly can’t wait for another event in our lives that could warrant having a planner again… Bailey would be my first call!
