Bailey made our day so special! She thought of every detail and was a voice for me leading up to our big day. Everything was executed to perfection... for example our tent poles were not centered on the fireplace at our venue and she made sure that the alignment was not only corrected but that the florist cover the poles with greenery to blend in. I also would not have had the white chairs we requested (due to a contract mix up) if it weren't for her working with the venue to find them elsewhere. She had a calming energy that grounded me throughout this entire process. I could not have done this without her! If you are looking for a wedding planner, I highly recommend Bailey and her team.

Both my husband and I truly believe that hiring Bailey was hands-down the best investment we made for our wedding. She completely minimized the stress and saved me countless hours of vetting vendors and coordinating details. With our budget in mind, Bailey was able to recommend vendors who:
a) stayed within our budget,
b) fit perfectly into our vision, and
c) were vetted and reliable – either because she had worked with them before or knew someone who had.

Since we don’t live in New Orleans, we knew we wanted a wedding planner who was local, familiar with the area, knew the best vendors, and could navigate the ins and outs of creating a beautiful and successful wedding. I found Bailey about 10 months before our big day, after doing extensive research on multiple planners. After a couple of phone calls with her, I knew she was the perfect fit. Her personality, professionalism, and attention to detail immediately stood out.

Throughout the planning process, we had regular check-ins – monthly, or even more frequently depending on what task we were tackling. I loved how hands-on and approachable she was! At one point, I had some miscommunication between two of my vendors. Even though we were all on the same e-mail chain, there was confusion, and I couldn’t get to the bottom of it. I emailed Bailey to give her an update on the issue, and she immediately called me. She listened, talked me through the situation, and personally reached out to both vendors to resolve the problem. The instant relief I felt knowing she had it handled was indescribable!

We had the pleasure of meeting Bailey in person during our food tasting, which was such a valuable moment for finalizing details and solidifying our vision. On the big day, Bailey and her team brought everything together seamlessly and executed every detail beautifully. The amount of coordinating and planning she and her team conducted down to timelines for each vendor, that I did not need to be involved in was extremely helpful and a huge weight lifted! I cannot recommend her enough – she made the planning process so much easier and allowed us to fully enjoy every moment.

I honestly can’t wait for another event in our lives that could warrant having a planner again… Bailey would be my first call!

Bailey is absolutely amazing! Hiring her was the best decision we made for our wedding. Bailey worked with us to create a custom service package. She was extremely easy to communicate with from the very beginning. She was on top of every single detail through planning and event execution. She understood my vision and made sure everything was perfect. Bailey was always a few steps ahead- she knew exactly what I wanted without me even having to ask. She was calming and made the evening stress free. Seriously could go on forever- but I so appreciate everything she did.

Using BRE was huge, having lots of communication and transparency for our overall vision helped make planning so much easier! We had the venue for our welcome reception (after the rehearsal dinner) fall through the week of the wedding, a total nightmare that we as a couple didn’t have to worry about in the slightest because of Bailey and her team. She secured a beautiful new location in hours. It was perfect. Also, day-of coordination, 20/10 recommend.

Fantastic and helpful group! I selected a package that was a few months out from the wedding because I had most of the big details covered, but really needed help with the small details and day of coordination. They made sure my wedding day was executed perfectly and it was the wedding of my dreams! Bailey and Karleen were wonderful and so easy to work with. They truly care about you and your day and took time to listen to each design detail- no idea of mine was too big or too complicated, as they plan the wedding exactly how you imagined. Since we were out out towers from Houston, we leaned on their Nola expertise and we had perfect vendors and the best wedding experience! We put the pressure on with our short timeline, and lack of a lot of direction....but she gave us everything we wanted and more. No matter your event type or size, you are in more than capable hands, and will be blown away by the final product. We couldn't be happier with how everything turned out, and know that we could not have done it without her.

As soon as I booked Bailey as my wedding planner/coordinator I felt a weight lift off my shoulders because I knew I was in the BEST hands. When I tell you nothing went wrong on wedding day, I mean it, and we all know that never happens. Bailey created the most detailed timeline I have ever seen and ensured every vendor had a copy.
