RaynerShine Will be the MVP of Your Wedding!

Hiring Kelly was one of the best decisions we made when we began planning our wedding in New Orleans last year. She's the perfect combination of professional, organized, and VERY good vibes. She's also very well connected in the wedding industry in New Orleans and gave us great recommendations for vendors we were having trouble finding. Her greatest introduction was to our officient - a very cool guy who was also a member of the Krewe of the Rolling Elvi. Yes, friends, Kelly helped us fulfill our dream of being married by an Elvis and then second lining with 10 of his brethren who were riding bedazzled scooters down the streets of New Orleans. It was the literal best!

And when it came to the weeks leading up to our wedding day, Kelly was on top of every single detail. She kept our vendors organized, made sure we knew where to be when, and always had our best interests in mind. On the day of our wedding, she and her team executed every single detail flawlessly and made sure that my partner and I were fed, always had a drink (and then a water) in our hand, and could truly focus on our friends, family, and dancing!

Full transparency, I work in events and I had a very clear vision for what our wedding would be. But none of it would've been possible without the love and support (and hard work) of RaynerShine Events. Kelly is a gem and I would encourage anyone thinking of hiring her to just go ahead and do it! You won't regret it and she'll be the MVP of your wedding day.

A Must-Have for Your Big Day – Highly Recommend!

We couldn't have asked for a better coordinator! She helped us create a timeline that was well-structured but flexible as needed, allowing us to move through things in an organized manner while also taking our time on the moments that were important to us, without ever feeling rushed. She made sure all our vendors were in place at the right times, which took so much stress off us leading up to and on the big day. Thanks to her organization and attention to detail, everything went off without a hitch, and we were able to truly enjoy every moment of our celebration! Our family and guests even noted how great she was, and we couldn’t agree more.

10/10 Would Recommend: The best for design, communication, and planning.

I can't recommend Kelly & her team enough. I hired Kelly for my destination wedding in New Orleans, and from our first intro call I knew that she understood my vision for an untraditional wedding. Everything from the decor to her communication exceeded my expectations, all within my limited budget. I wouldn't have changed a thing about my wedding day!

Overall:
-Amazing communication and follow through. When the team said they were going to do something, they did it well and on time. I never had to chase anyone down for answers.
-I appreciated how transparent the team was about costs, plus the guidance on where I should spend the bulk of my budget to create the experience I wanted for my guests.
-Kelly has worked with just about every vendor in New Orleans and was able to steer me to the right people with the decor I was looking for.   
-The level of creativity and eye for design is 10/10. I am a creative person and didn't think I needed help in this department, but when it came to decor on a budget without breaking venue guidelines, this service was one I'm so so glad I paid for.

Kelly is amazing!

Kelly was, in all honestly, a godsend. She helped us get all of our ideas synchronized and laid out a plan for our wedding that people still talk about years later. I'm extremely happy and would recommend Kelly to anyone looking for a top-notch planner.

The Best Investment for a Stress-Free Wedding!

I highly recommend working with Kelly!

As someone with professional event planning experience, I initially wasn’t sure if I needed a wedding coordinator. My main goal was to have someone handle vendor coordination on the wedding day so I could truly relax and enjoy the moment. However, Kelly went above and beyond my expectations!

We met a few months before the wedding, and she immediately brought up important details I hadn’t even considered. Her insight and expertise made the entire planning process smoother and more enjoyable.

Beyond my own experience, my matron of honor—who owns a restaurant and catered our wedding—was so impressed by Kelly that she hired her for her cousin’s wedding and other events.

Having been a bridesmaid in 10 weddings and a maid of honor three times, I’ve seen firsthand how overwhelming last-minute tasks and vendor coordination can be. Thanks to Kelly, my bridal party and I didn’t have to track a single detail. I don’t think I had to text or call a single vendor on my wedding day—Kelly was on top of everything!

She is professional, organized, and an absolute joy to work with. Hiring Kelly was, without a doubt, the best investment I made for our wedding!

Couldn’t imagine my wedding without Kelly’s Help!

Kelly was incredible for our day of coordinator for our French Quarter wedding!! She was extremely organized and her vendor coordination really allowed us to enjoy our wedding day! We felt like guests and not the hosts of our wedding which I think is extremely important! She knew things about getting married in the quarter that we didn’t know was really able to guide us. Kelly is also super sweet and very responsive. Couldn’t recommend her more for your wedding!

We recommend Kelly!

Kelly was incredible! With 150 guests and a second line, we had a lot of moving parts, but she handled everything flawlessly. Hoffman wedding

Kelly was such a big help with my daughter’s wedding. She took care of everything and made sure that the little details were taken care of. She arranged the second line band and got permits from the city and arranged police escort. We had an issue with the buses and Kelly made sure to get a refund.

Families of the bride and groom take this advice, get Kelly so that you can enjoy the special day.

Best Day Of Coordinator a Bride Could Ask For!

Everyone needs a Kelly at their wedding. She was so easy to work with, so organized and really helpful when it came down to communicating sometimes with our challenging wedding venue. It felt like having a best friend as your coordinator. On the day of our wedding she made everything flow so smoothly, I never even had to worry about getting a drink because she was always there to hand me one. If I had to get married all over again it would be a no brainer to hire Kelly!
