Ashley was the best coordinator we could have asked for!! She was quick, responsive, and on top of everything. Her being there meant we could relax and enjoy our night for the fullest. We could not recommend her more!

Ashley is great, and I highly recommend her. She can help plan the whole event or help with day of coordination. We had her help with day of coordination and she handled everything with flying colors. We met over the phone first, and leading up to the day, emailed a bunch of times with updates. She contacted all of my vendors before the wedding to confirm and bring up any concerns or questions. On the day of the wedding, she helped with an issue that arose even before arriving to the venue. She was organized and thoughtful. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a planner without any hesitation!

Ashley was amazing! She helped create the perfect day for us and we simply got to enjoy. We couldn’t have planned our wedding without her! She prepared for every weather possibility, handled all venders, communicated with myself, my husband, and our in-laws, and was so kind and understanding through everything. Couldn’t recommend her enough!

Ashley is incredible at what she does and an all around lovely human being. When I started planning my wedding a year in advance, I thought I would not be in need of a day of coordinator, but having one was absolutely essential to our wedding day's success. She handled finalizing and coordinating details with our vendors leading up to the big day, she made sure everything ran on time on the wedding day, she ensured our decor looked exactly the way we specified, she honored all of our wishes but most importantly she kept me calm and focused when I was beginning to feel overwhelmed by time and decision making. She handles every situation with optimism, humor, and a down to earth nature that is extremely approachable and reassuring. I would recommend her to anyone the Greater New Orleans area, and I hope I get to work with her planning another event one day! :)

Ashley was an amazing day of coordinator for our small-ish wedding that still had a silly number of little details to take care of leading up to the wedding and day of. From our planning call to the days leading up to the wedding to the day of, Ashley was on all of the little things (including all the details we would have forgotten that would have blown up in our faces day of!) in a way that was just right - nudging us to get things done and also giving feedback and ideas when asked about what might work/etc. since we are not wedding professionals ;) She had the East Coast Energy combined with the NOLA local experience that we needed planning a wedding in New Orleans while being from and living in NYC. I highly recommend her to anyone planning a wedding who wants a super organized and easy to communicate with planner/coordinator!

Ashley was great! We had most our big vendors picked whenever we hired Ashley. She helped us pick all the smaller, detailed vendors like renting furniture, linens, brass band, hair & makeup artist, etc. Every vendor we hired was excellent! I spoke with Ashley frequently about how we want the wedding weekend to be in New Orleans. She was very professional and accommodating with changes made to the plan. I planned a New Orleans wedding while I lived in Nashville. Ashley was always happy to call, text, email, FaceTime Anytime! When I flew to New Orleans, she was always able to meet and help with any details and walk through. The weeks up to the wedding, Ashley was a game changer!!!! She had a detailed itinerary of the whole day and contacted all the vendors! I never spoke to the vendors about timing or logistical stuff. Ashely handled everything and it worked beautifully. Our whole day was perfect because of Ashley. To my knowledge, not a single thing went wrong. She had great advice when it came to choosing vendors, and she was so organized for all the logistical parts of the day. Brides have enough to worry about, and Ashley really lightened our load!!

Ashley was such a great person to work with. Fantastic to brainstorm and super detailed. We were able to enjoy our wedding to the fullest and everything turned out perfectly!

We simply could not have had a better wedding and Ashley was a huge part of everything going smoothly. From making sure no small details were missed (like who's cutting the cake and tweaking our timeline to give us more party time), vendors arrived on time, had everything they needed a week before, and even breakdown (making sure everything was in the right box because we rented flowers). She even made sure we had a plate of food waiting for us after our first dance.

Everyone she ran into had nothing but kind things to say about her and how amazing she did with handling our wedding as she organized our day and made sure we didn’t have to think about timelines, where people were, when to start cleanup and who needs what box. I mean it when I say I could not have planned my wedding without Ashley! Not only did she make sure every single box was checked, but she made planning fun and easy.
