From my first phone call with Keith, I felt at ease. We discussed what I would want for our wedding and he took everything down. He said that we could always add or take away up until 3 weeks before the wedding when we do a mockup!
I went back and forth a lot with his son, John, over the invoice and things I wanted to add and he couldn’t have been any more helpful.
Any question I asked, they answered right away and accommodated anything I wanted to add on!
When it came time for the mockup about 3 weeks before the wedding, I went in person to Long Stems. Keith was so gracious and then Heather walked me through what they were thinking of putting together! She had a mockup of a bunch of flowers and took out anything I didn’t want and added in anything I needed.
After that, they sent me an updated invoice and anything I decided to change or fix they did no problem!!
The day of the wedding they delivered my flowers right on time and just WOW. they were BEAUTIFUL!!!!! It was exactly what I envisioned and I couldn’t have been happier. My bouquet was absolutely perfect and they wrapped it in a handkerchief that i had given them during the mockup.
I got married at Villanova University and Long Stems had the flowers in the church match our flowers perfectly!!!
Aside from the bouquets, the centerpieces and Any other small arrangements throughout the venue were perfect. Keith’s wife, Anne, touched them all up to make sure everything was in place and she couldn’t have been any nicer!! She came up to the bridal suite to bring the corsages and boutonnieres in and when I started to move things around in the fridge to make room she told me to not worry about it and she would do it because she knew I had enough to do!! She was just so kind and I really enjoyed speaking with her.
The entire Long Stems team was so amazing to work with. Not only do they put together beautiful floral arrangements, but they are kind, gracious, and so helpful.

Long Stems made the flowers a very easy process for our wedding. They had a great portfolio of past events that we were able to review at our in-person consultation. The church and ballroom were really beautifully adorned with what they put together! Their team was very flexible and responsive in what we envision for our wedding. They showed great understanding and creativity in making our big day come to life!

Keith and his team are fantastic!! Not only were they the only florist who stayed with in my budget, but their work is amazing! I got so many compliments on my centerpieces and flowers on my cake. Both my bridesmaids and my Bouquet were absolutely stunning and smelled wonderful. Keith really takes time to listen and work with his customers and produces high-quality work! Words truly cannot express how thrilled we were with the flowers you designed for Becca and Jake's wedding on March 14, 2020. The bouquets for the bride and bridesmaids, the flowers on the tables, the chuppah flowers, the boutonieres, the arrangements for the cocktail hour, just absolutely everything, so so so beautiful. I think this is the first time that the word "breathtaking" was truly driven home to me, because when we saw the flowers for the first time in the hotel, and then again when we walked into the venue, we all reacted with actual breathlessness! Your work was just that magnificent. Every arrangement exceeded our expectations. Also, you were both a pleasure to work with and we know you tried very had to please us both in terms of aesthetics and meeting our budget.

I chose Long Stems as my florist for my wedding this past June, and I could not have made a better choice. Keith and his team were a dream to work with - they were kind, helpful, professional, and easy to work with. I got SO many compliments on my flowers and floral arrangements on my wedding day, and I continue to get compliments today when people see my wedding pictures. I got married at the gorgeous Morris Arboretum, but I must admit, Long Stems' flowers were the most beautiful flowers there. On top of it all, they offered very reasonable prices. Long Stems truly made my vision come to life in a way that I could not even describe to them! Every single flower was absolutely stunning and perfect, and every arrangement was more elegant the next. Our chuppah was beyond beautiful, and I still get chills thinking about how beautiful it was to stand under this gorgeous structure during our wedding. Longstems and Keith were amazing. They were so easy to work with and made everything wonderful! they even did a mockup of our centerpieces a month before the wedding to ensure we liked them. They were great about delivering to different places, setting up, etc. and made everything so seamless.
