Nestled in the serene woods of the Borough of Rose Valley, the venue is ideally situated on the grounds of Ridley Creek adjoining a 12-acre wildlife and bird sanctuary. The natural flow from the enchanting outside grounds to the distinctly unique interior allows you and your guests to enjoy the beauty of the courtyard, pavilion and ballroom throughout your entire event.
Facilities and Capacity
The Old Mill offers many indoor and outdoor venue options for your once-in-a-lifetime celebration. Their outdoor ceremony options include Marrying Meadow, Garden Courtyard, Bamboo Garden and River View. Each location features a private, intimate setting with lush greenery, wild roses and gentle streams that provide quaint ambience and abundance of beautiful backdrops while you exchange your wedding vows. Host cocktails in their Timber Pavilion that is available year-round and ideal in any weather condition. For your reception, you can enjoy dinner and dancing in the unique Ballroom, which fits 200.

A Wedding Better than Anything We Could Have Imagined!
I can not recommend The Old Mill or Queen of Hearts enough – we’ve gotten so many compliments on how wonderful our wedding was, but most of all, my husband and I had the BEST day. We are so appreciative to them for helping give us a wedding better than anything we could have imagined!
The Perfect Venue
The only downside to this venue for those who are looking for a late night party is that Rose Valley is a residential area that has very strict alcohol and music policies. If you are looking for a late night party reception, this is not the spot for you.
I would 100% recommend this space to all of my friends. It was perfect.
