Okay, wow, where do I begin?! After our inquiry with Vanessa we had an introduction phone call to get to know her and vice versa. We were on that call for over an hour and a half and not once did Vanessa make us feel rushed. She took her time explaining every single part of the photography planning process and how much an integral role she plays in our wedding. From that very first phone call, we knew Vanessa was the one for us.

At our engagement photoshoot, she made us feel comfortable and laugh the entire time. My now husband and I are a little shy and awkward in front of the camera and she very much calmed our nerves and made us feel at ease while taking our photos. Within a few hours of our engagement session Vanessa shared some sneak peak photos with us. Im not kidding, every single photo was more beautiful than the next. Having this session with her definitely helped us feel so much more comfortable in front of the camera on our wedding day.

Over the year between our engagement photo session and our wedding we had many phone calls with Vanessa to go over timelines, locations for photos, and discussions of additional planning. Every single question or worry we had, she addressed it and offered advice and solutions to all of them.

On my wedding day, Vanessa arrived and all of my worries were eased. She had said her job is to make my day as stress-free as possible and she means it!!! Vanessa ran the show that day and kept everyone in line and where they needed to be. I had a minor mishap with my bouquets and she even had gardening shears to fix the issue with my bouquet. She could tell was upset with something and quickly provided a solution for me without even having to say more. I cant express my gratitude enough for her help on my wedding day. She helped bustle and unbustle my dress. She had extra tools to help with bustling my dress. She was willing to take extra shots of my husband and I at the church and at the venue. Every single thing I needed, wether spoken or unspoken, Vanessa knew and delivered in more ways than I could have EVER imagined. We were married on Friday and by Saturday afternoon we received some sneak peak shots from our wedding and once more, each photo is more beautiful than the last. I cannot wait to see the entire portfolio!

If you asked me how Id rate my overall experience out of 10 I would tell you it was a 10000000/10. It is clear that she cares about her clients whole heartedly and she is truly an artist. Her work is absolutely breathtaking. If I could give Vanessa more stars I would because she truly deserves every single one of them! I cant recommend her enough!!

We had the best experience with Vanessa, and her husband Jorge. Not only are they insanely talented photographers, but they truly added in making our day run as smoothly as possible. They are the sweetest, kindest couple, and helped to make sure our day SO relaxed and fun. Vanessa was a big help with little things, like helping with my veil, being sure I had proper accessories for detail shots. If I forgot something or ran into an issue, she was there with a solution. Besides how wonderful they are as people, our photos truly express exactly how we experienced our wedding day. We are obsessed! Hire them!

Since meeting Vanessa and her husband, Jorge, almost three years ago, we have now worked with them through an engagement photoshoot, two postponements, a 14 person COVID wedding, and a (finally!) our larger wedding at the Ryland Inn. Their team was never anything less than professional and supportive, and they always delivered beautiful pictures.


My wife found Vanessa on Instagram and immediately fell in love with her soft, elegant, style of natural light photography. But in addition to taking stunning photos, we also wanted to find someone with experience who could help us drive the schedule for our wedding day. After a great consultation, it was obvious that Vanessa was the perfect fit.


Our wedding was originally scheduled for April 2020 and in late March it became clear that we would have to postpone. In the space of a few hours, we had to get a new date from our venue (April 2021) and also confirm the availability for each of our vendors. During that stressful time, Vanessa was easy to get a hold of and extremely gracious and understanding about the situation.


Unfortunately, by April 2021 we still weren't comfortable holding a wedding for 150 people. Again, Vanessa was extremely gracious about postponing and worked with us to create a custom package for the small COVID friendly wedding that we decided to have on short notice instead.


When we finally had our full-sized reception in September 2021, Vanessa and Jorge were bubbly, energetic, and kept everyone on schedule with ease. I can't overstate how important Vanessa and Jorge were to the success of our wedding. We had a blast taking pictures! At one point while taking group shots, Vanessa led the bridal party in singing Baby Shark to cheer up our flower girl who was tired and approaching a meltdown. Later, after the ceremony, Jorge kept everyone laughing while Vanessa shuffled people in and out of the frame for family pictures. We were so impressed how charming (but still assertive) they could be while managing a 50+ person group!


We will go back to Vanessa again and again (and you should too)!

When you hire your wedding vendors, you don't expect them to turn into your friends. From the moment I spoke to Vanessa, I knew I wanted her to be my wedding photographer. At our first engagement session, she was so sweet and knew exactly how to direct us. My husband and I are terrible at posing for photos and she directed us perfectly resulting in magical photos. On our wedding day (9/12) she made sure everything went seamlessly and stayed in constant contact with me. She even went as so far to find bobby pins for me to make sure my veil was secure. Her husband, Jorge, was an absolute blast and you can see the love they have for each other. I plan on using Vanessa for future family sessions and any other photography needs I ever have. Vanessa is truly an absolute gem and I promise hiring her for your wedding is the best thing you will ever do!

Through Vanessa's company, my wedding was photographed by Cassandra Lynn and Liz Andolina and the pictures were edited by Vanessa herself. I could not be happier with how the pictures turned out. They truly captured our day perfectly. It is clear how much time and effort
she put into the gallery and we could not be more appreciative. Throughout the entire process, I always felt like a priority. We were beyond blessed to have found a photographer that is so talented, professional, and trustworthy.

Vanessa was amazing! She was about 7 months pregnant during our wedding and handled the stress and craziness with such professionalism! Our wedding was also a week after a major heat wave and she was still chipper and moved things along. I want to give a special shout out to Jorge (her husband and second shooter)! He made my camera-shy groom way more comfortable in front of the lens and had the whole wedding party laughing during group shots. Vanessa and Jorge exceeded all expectations for our big day. From our first Skype meeting to our Engagement photos, to the wedding day it self, Vanessa was passionate, personable, dedicated and always went the extra mile. On our wedding day, Vanessa was 8 months pregnant but she still went the extra mile. I loved that she brought small portable fans to keep us cool during the heat outside and when I accidentally got makeup on my dress Jorge helped clean it out before our ceremony. My Husband and I love all of the photos from the day and viewing them is reliving the wedding all over again. The photos are romantic and airy just like I'd wanted. Vanessa and her team made our wedding day go so smooth. To begin, her and her husband are hilarious and immediately make you feel comfortable. There is even a picture of my now husband and her husband holding each other because that's the bromance they were able to develop in a very short period of time (LOL). We were her last wedding before going on maternity leave and she had a whole crew to help. She and her assistant even ended up doing a makeshift bustle on my dress when I kept tripping over myself. Vanessa is an incredible photographer and so comfortable to be around. After my first conversation with her on the phone she made me feel so comfortable from that moment I knew it would feel like a friend was taking our pictures. My husband and myself aren't big photo people, we'd much rather be enjoying our time with guests than taking pictures, and we find that some pictures can be so awkward. We did not have to worry about this with Vanessa!!! She made us feel so comfortable and enjoyed taking pictures with her. She was great with email communication leading up to the wedding and the day of she was constantly in touch with myself or my mom asking if we wanted any other pictures. She's so much more than just a photographer, she was such a huge help with everything that day.

Did I mention she was 8 months pregnant at my wedding, brought 2 other photographers (who were both so professional and my husband said was great with the groomsmen) and an assistant so I didn't need to worry about her slowing down, and still stayed on her feet with a positive attitude for 9 hours!! She's incredible. I can't wait to see my pictures!
