My husband and I got married on August 10th and had our reception at RVCC and it was PERFECT! I don’t even know where to begin!
Radnor Valley was the first and only venue that we looked at. The drive up to the venue alone made us fall in love. The grounds are absolutely stunning and when you pull up the driveway and see that beautiful white building … just WOW! The outside is absolutely gorgeous and the inside is just stunning. It is so elegant and beautiful and we just fell in love.
Besides the looks, the staff is just AMAZING. They are all so kind, thoughtful, and truly know what they are doing. Shelly showed us around the day we first looked at the venue and she couldn’t have been any nicer. We didn’t even have anything booked, we were just in town and she was more than happy to show us around!
Once we booked, we started to work with Danielle and words can really not describe how awesome she is. She answered every single email, call, and question I had throughout the year so quickly and always immediately put me at ease. I once emailed her a little panicked about some details and she immediately called me, talked me down and made me feel so much better. She is kind, caring, and absolutely amazing at her job. Any detail we wanted added, she did it no problem. We loved our trips to the venue for the food tasting & final walkthroughs because it was so exciting but also because Danielle made it so enjoyable. We even went the Sunday before the wedding to drop off a lot of our decor and she was so accommodating. We talked through where everything will go, but honestly a lot of the stuff I just trusted her to find the perfect place for.
On the day of the wedding, she made sure everything went so smoothly. We never felt rushed around or taken away from our guests. Not a single detail was missed!! In the morning, she had breakfast all set up for me and my bridesmaids in the beautiful bridal suite at the venue.
Before our cocktail hour, Shelly drove us around in a golf cart to take pictures in some beautiful spots! During the reception, Dana, the event manager, didn’t miss a beat and everything ran so smoothly! Rhonda was our server for the evening and she couldn’t have been any kinder. She always made sure we had what we needed and had such a wonderful positive energy! All of the bartenders and servers were so wonderful. They were there for anything we or our guests needed and we couldn’t be more thankful. They all helped make our day so perfect.

My husband and I recently hosted our daughter’s June wedding at Radnor Valley Country Club in Villanova, PA, and we could not have been happier with the entire experience. From the planning process to the last dance and sparkler send-off, everything was truly exceptional—and our guests are still raving about how amazing it was!

Danielle Mills, the Director of Catering, was an absolute joy to work with. She was responsive, professional, detail-oriented, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. We do not live in the area, which could have posed logistical challenges, but thanks to Danielle’s excellent communication and thoughtful suggestions, everything ran smoothly. Her welcoming and calm demeanor took the stress out of planning a wedding from afar.

The wedding day itself was flawless. Danielle and her team worked seamlessly with our planners and several of the club’s preferred vendors—a huge help since we weren’t local—to deliver a stress-free and perfectly executed event.

Highlights of our experience:

The ballroom is elegant and spacious, perfect for our 180+ guests.

The grounds and landscaping are gorgeous—ideal for both photos and outdoor mingling.

The bridal suite (BEAUTIFUL!!) and groomsmen’s lounge were thoughtfully prepared with food, drinks, and all the amenities we needed.

The cocktail hour on the patio and in the foyer was beautiful and comfortable, with delicious and abundant station and hand passed hors d'oeuvres.

The signature cocktails were a hit, and the multiple bars ran smoothly and efficiently.

The dinner service was outstanding—hot, delicious entrees delivered promptly to every guest.

All dietary accommodations were handled with ease.

The dance floor is large and welcoming, and the overall flow of the evening was perfect. The recommended band kept it full the entire night!

The entire club was warm, inviting, and elegant, with plenty of space for our guests to celebrate, connect, and create lasting memories. From beginning to end, our experience at Radnor Valley Country Club was everything we dreamed of—and more.

We are so grateful to Danielle and the entire staff for giving our daughter and son-in-law such a beautiful beginning to their marriage. We would highly, highly recommend this venue to anyone planning a wedding in the area!

RVCC is truly a wonderful wedding reception venue. My daughter and son-in-law had their wedding reception here this past August and they couldn’t be happier with their choice. Danielle, director of catering, was wonderful from the start to finish. She was so helpful, attentive, caring, enthusiastic, and a seasoned professional. The wedding day was magical starting with the morning in the bridal suite, the exceptional cocktail hour, and the wonderful dinner and dancing in the elegant ballroom. The service was excellent. The banquet manager, Dana, ran everything seamlessly. The bar tenders and servers were professional and friendly to all of our guests. The food was terrific, especially the many options during the cocktail hour. The venue is beautiful inside and out. The GM, Shelly, even drove my daughter and son-in-law around in a golf cart so their photographer could take pictures at some of the incredible places around the golf course. It was a truly spectacular wedding reception and a wonderful way for the new bride and groom to begin their married life!

RVCC staff was amazing with communication throughout the processing. Danielle was great with being forth coming with pricing as well as the many options the venue had to offer. She was great with soothing my nerves after a staff turnover after I had initially signed the contract. Danielle and her team worked with my DOC to have all my needs accomplished and set up for my wedding. They were beyond accommodating and kind when it came to set up and break down of all the different items I had. I would highly recommend this magnificent venue for any fairytale wedding!

After our initial visit, we compared each other site to RVCC and knew the club was our perfect fit. Danielle and her team were flexible, friendly, responsive, and professional. We felt they had as much fun at our wedding as we did! We are so grateful for their team for helping us truly celebrate our wedding with all the special touches and with the best service and food. We highly recommend RVCC to anyone planning a wedding. They are one of the most affordable (especially their minimums) in the main line area while also having a great package with a ton included. The beautiful building and grounds are just a bonus!
We worked mostly with Amy leading up to our wedding day and she was amazing. She (as well as the rest of the staff) was so accommodating, kind, and helpful. She even took the time to research signature drink options for our theme that would work with our bar package.
The staff set up all of our decorations correctly and packed them back up with care; nothing was broken or lost.
And finally, the food. We loved the food- it was delicious and there was plenty of it! At cocktail hour there were servers constantly serving the different appetizers we selected, and dinner came out delicious. We were given so many compliments on how good the food was and how beautiful the venue looked. Thank you RVCC for being a huge part of our wedding day!

I recently had my wedding reception at Radnor Valley Country Club, and Shelly and the rest of the staff there were absolutely incredible.

Radnor Valley took so much of the stress out of wedding planning. In the months leading up to the wedding, they were super responsive and helpful. Additionally, they have a bridal suite so my bridesmaids and I could get ready there while my husband got ready in the bridal suite at the hotel, they allowed us to drop things off in the week leading up to the wedding, and they brought my husband, our photographer, and me around in a golf cart during the cocktail hour so we could get pictures on their scenic golf course. Shelly even bustled my dress!

Judging from the pictures, all of the other guests had a great time at the cocktail hour and there was plenty of room for them to mingle. The reception itself was fantastic - the food was great, the staff was friendly, and Shelly helped us get the party started by recommending we cut the cake so we could be done with our obligations (she even taught us how to cut the cake - one of those things you just don't think about until you are doing it).

The space itself is incredible - the foyer and the wood paneled bar area and terrace certainly impressed our guests. In the ballroom, the dance floor is huge and they are able to set up 2 different bars, which was great for our large wedding.

I cannot recommend Radnor Valley Country Club enough - top notch service in a top notch setting!

RVCC was exceptional in making our wedding day a dream come true. They were so helpful in making the day come together and so accommodating for any special or unique requests we had. Diamond, the banquet manager, was excellent. He took care of myself, my husband and the bridal party and made our experience so seamless, we didn’t have to ask or wait for anything. His professionalism and work was top tier and we are so grateful for his expertise on that day. The venue is extraordinary and the staff are incredible to work with. We are still receiving compliments from guests who had an amazing time. RVCC is a premier venue and will make any wedding day a memorable one.

We cannot thank Barbara and the staff here enough for making my wedding day absolutely perfect. Everything about this place is absolutely gorgeous. We received so many compliments from the guests on how wonderful it was and how amazing the food was. We even had some left overs to enjoy for a few days! Barbara was a huge help and was a major reason we decided to go with this venue. She really knows what she is talking about and goes out of her way to make sure everything is perfect! She sincerely cares about each client! She met with me a few times and always made herself available for advice and help! She also worked super well with my mom, which was just amazing! I highly recommend Radnor Valley Country Club as your venue, you definitely will not regret it!
