My husband and I recently hosted our daughter’s June wedding at Radnor Valley Country Club in Villanova, PA, and we could not have been happier with the entire experience. From the planning process to the last dance and sparkler send-off, everything was truly exceptional—and our guests are still raving about how amazing it was!

I’m so excited to share this gem of a venue with anyone looking for a full-service wedding location that is not only affordably priced, but also stunning year-round, impeccably landscaped, and run by a team that truly knows what they’re doing.

Danielle Mills, the Director of Catering, was an absolute joy to work with. She was responsive, professional, detail-oriented, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. We do not live in the area, which could have posed logistical challenges, but thanks to Danielle’s excellent communication and thoughtful suggestions, everything ran smoothly. Her welcoming and calm demeanor took the stress out of planning a wedding from afar.

The wedding day itself was flawless. Danielle and her team worked seamlessly with our planners and several of the club’s preferred vendors—a huge help since we weren’t local—to deliver a stress-free and perfectly executed event.

Highlights of our experience:

The ballroom is elegant and spacious, perfect for our 180+ guests.

The grounds and landscaping are gorgeous—ideal for both photos and outdoor mingling.

The bridal suite (BEAUTIFUL!!) and groomsmen’s lounge were thoughtfully prepared with food, drinks, and all the amenities we needed.

The cocktail hour on the patio and in the foyer was beautiful and comfortable, with delicious and abundant station and hand passed hors d'oeuvres.

The signature cocktails were a hit, and the multiple bars ran smoothly and efficiently.

The dinner service was outstanding—hot, delicious entrees delivered promptly to every guest.

All dietary accommodations were handled with ease.

The dance floor is large and welcoming, and the overall flow of the evening was perfect. The recommended band kept it full the entire night!

The entire club was warm, inviting, and elegant, with plenty of space for our guests to celebrate, connect, and create lasting memories. From beginning to end, our experience at Radnor Valley Country Club was everything we dreamed of—and more.

We are so grateful to Danielle and the entire staff for giving our daughter and son-in-law such a beautiful beginning to their marriage. We would highly, highly recommend this venue to anyone planning a wedding in the area!

RVCC is truly a wonderful wedding reception venue. My daughter and son-in-law had their wedding reception here this past August and they couldn’t be happier with their choice. Danielle, director of catering, was wonderful from the start to finish. She was so helpful, attentive, caring, enthusiastic, and a seasoned professional. The wedding day was magical starting with the morning in the bridal suite, the exceptional cocktail hour, and the wonderful dinner and dancing in the elegant ballroom. The service was excellent. The banquet manager, Dana, ran everything seamlessly. The bar tenders and servers were professional and friendly to all of our guests. The food was terrific, especially the many options during the cocktail hour. The venue is beautiful inside and out. The GM, Shelly, even drove my daughter and son-in-law around in a golf cart so their photographer could take pictures at some of the incredible places around the golf course. It was a truly spectacular wedding reception and a wonderful way for the new bride and groom to begin their married life!

RVCC staff was amazing with communication throughout the processing. Danielle was great with being forth coming with pricing as well as the many options the venue had to offer. She was great with soothing my nerves after a staff turnover after I had initially signed the contract. Danielle and her team worked with my DOC to have all my needs accomplished and set up for my wedding. They were beyond accommodating and kind when it came to set up and break down of all the different items I had. I would highly recommend this magnificent venue for any fairytale wedding!

After our initial visit, we compared each other site to RVCC and knew the club was our perfect fit. Danielle and her team were flexible, friendly, responsive, and professional. We felt they had as much fun at our wedding as we did! We are so grateful for their team for helping us truly celebrate our wedding with all the special touches and with the best service and food. We highly recommend RVCC to anyone planning a wedding. They are one of the most affordable (especially their minimums) in the main line area while also having a great package with a ton included. The beautiful building and grounds are just a bonus!
We worked mostly with Amy leading up to our wedding day and she was amazing. She (as well as the rest of the staff) was so accommodating, kind, and helpful. She even took the time to research signature drink options for our theme that would work with our bar package.
The staff set up all of our decorations correctly and packed them back up with care; nothing was broken or lost.
And finally, the food. We loved the food- it was delicious and there was plenty of it! At cocktail hour there were servers constantly serving the different appetizers we selected, and dinner came out delicious. We were given so many compliments on how good the food was and how beautiful the venue looked. Thank you RVCC for being a huge part of our wedding day!

I recently had my wedding reception at Radnor Valley Country Club, and Shelly and the rest of the staff there were absolutely incredible.

Radnor Valley took so much of the stress out of wedding planning. In the months leading up to the wedding, they were super responsive and helpful. Additionally, they have a bridal suite so my bridesmaids and I could get ready there while my husband got ready in the bridal suite at the hotel, they allowed us to drop things off in the week leading up to the wedding, and they brought my husband, our photographer, and me around in a golf cart during the cocktail hour so we could get pictures on their scenic golf course. Shelly even bustled my dress!

Judging from the pictures, all of the other guests had a great time at the cocktail hour and there was plenty of room for them to mingle. The reception itself was fantastic - the food was great, the staff was friendly, and Shelly helped us get the party started by recommending we cut the cake so we could be done with our obligations (she even taught us how to cut the cake - one of those things you just don't think about until you are doing it).

The space itself is incredible - the foyer and the wood paneled bar area and terrace certainly impressed our guests. In the ballroom, the dance floor is huge and they are able to set up 2 different bars, which was great for our large wedding.

I cannot recommend Radnor Valley Country Club enough - top notch service in a top notch setting!

RVCC was exceptional in making our wedding day a dream come true. They were so helpful in making the day come together and so accommodating for any special or unique requests we had. Diamond, the banquet manager, was excellent. He took care of myself, my husband and the bridal party and made our experience so seamless, we didn’t have to ask or wait for anything. His professionalism and work was top tier and we are so grateful for his expertise on that day. The venue is extraordinary and the staff are incredible to work with. We are still receiving compliments from guests who had an amazing time. RVCC is a premier venue and will make any wedding day a memorable one.

We cannot thank Barbara and the staff here enough for making my wedding day absolutely perfect. Everything about this place is absolutely gorgeous. We received so many compliments from the guests on how wonderful it was and how amazing the food was. We even had some left overs to enjoy for a few days! Barbara was a huge help and was a major reason we decided to go with this venue. She really knows what she is talking about and goes out of her way to make sure everything is perfect! She sincerely cares about each client! She met with me a few times and always made herself available for advice and help! She also worked super well with my mom, which was just amazing! I highly recommend Radnor Valley Country Club as your venue, you definitely will not regret it!

Beyond exceptional is all I can say! From the initial contact to the last hug goodbye, Barbara Cunningham and Radnor Valley Country Club was a home run. I overthink every detail and knowing Barbara was there to support it all allowed me to stay calm throughout the entire process. The food, service, facilities and accommodations were all excellent. Radnor Valley Country Club is a perfect choice!

We had our wedding reception at Radnor Valley Country Club and I can't even begin to describe how wonderful this venue is! They did an absolutely amazing job at making sure every little detail was perfect for our wedding day. The food was fantastic, the bars were fully stocked and never had too long of a line, the set up of the ballroom and outside patio for cocktail hour were beyond gorgeous. The event coordinator, Barb Cunningham, made the planning process so easy for us and helped us every step of the way with planning the reception. Barb so responsive to my countless questions and requests and was willing to accomodate everything we asked for. On the day of the wedding Barb was there making sure everything ran smoothly and handling all of the coordinating and details behind the scenes at the venue. We had a wonderful wedding reception! Everything was beautiful and the food was fantastic. Barb is the best event coordinator! She took care of everything the day of the wedding, and she was so flexible and easy to work with, too.

When choosing a wedding venue, it is equally important to select a beautiful, well maintained facility AND a coordinator who is wonderful to work with in planning your big day. You will find both of these "must haves" with Radnor Valley Country Club and event coordinator Barbara Cunningham. From the moment we arrived for our first meeting with Barb, we knew we were in good hands. She works tirelessly to ensure that your event is exactly how you envision it to be, and her confidence, experience, and dedication to her clients is the key to all the beautiful weddings that have taken place here. She makes you feel special, and gladly encourages any touches you wish to add to make your wedding unique. The event staff and servers are all very professional and eager to help your guests with any needs.

The country club is wonderfully maintained both inside and out. The flow from the foyer to the bar and patio, and then into the ballroom makes for a great wedding. There is plenty of space in the ballroom for dancing, and the 2 bar setups ensure that no one has to wait for a drink! The food served during the cocktail hour is plentiful and delicious. We were so pleased with the chef's food options for the dinner entrees, and all our guests raved about their meals. The staff worked well with our band's music schedule, so that the night flowed seamlessly. We received so many compliments from guests that this was the best wedding they had ever been to, which certainly reflects back on all the amazing staff at Radnor Valley.

The day after our daughter's wedding, I returned ready to pack up our decorations, pictures, and flower arrangements, only to find everything had been boxed up and was ready to go, including the top layer of wedding cake. Barbara's assistant Amanda helped me get everything loaded in my car. This is what sets Radnor Valley apart from the rest... attention to every detail, and a sincere desire to please their clients!!

My husband and I just got married at the end of April and we had our reception at Radnor Valley Country Club. Everything was PERFECT! I highly recommend Radnor Valley for a beautiful, classic venue, that has everything you would be looking for! The ballroom is a great space with a big dance floor, so our guests danced all night to the band's music. There is also a beautiful back patio, and we were lucky enough to have a nice day in April and used the space for additional room during the cocktail hour. They have beautiful grounds to take wedding party photos, and of course the building itself is beautiful. Another huge detail when picking a venue is who you will be working with, and Barbara Cunningham is the absolute best! She was so helpful during all of our meetings, and on the day of she was organized and everything ran smoothly. She took an interest in everything we were looking to do to make our reception special and helped make all of our ideas come together. Her assistant, Amanda, was also so helpful, as was all of the staff. Book Radnor Valley for your wedding!

My daughter and I loved the venue right from the start. Easy planning since the ceremony and reception were both there. The setting, food, service, and accommodations were far above anything we were hoping for. I can't begin to describe how helpful and attentive Barbara, Amanda, and every staff person was.
The only thing we had to do was show up. Everything was under control from morning to night!

My husband and I got married in May 2017at Radnor Valley Country Club. BEST DECISION EVER! Barbara and her talented staff at RVCC were impeccable and detail oriented. We had our ceremony outside on the back patio despite very scary forecasts of rainy weather, it held out and Barbara was extremely prepared for all scenarios. RVCC is a gorgeous Main Line mansion and the grounds and inside of the venue are too beautiful for words. We had 150 people which was a perfect fit for the giant ballroom. I feel we could have fit about 50-60 more people and there still would have been enough room. My bridesmaids and I got ready in the bridal suite and we felt taken care of the moment we stepped inside! I got many of my vendors of Barbara's vendor list and boy was I thrilled! Great professionals! The food was RAVED about---we had steak, pesto salmon, and mushroom option. All were delicious. Furthermore, the dark chocolate mousse was to die for! I am waiting in anticipation to get our wedding photos back so I can see all the beauty of our day over again. I just can't thank Barbara enough for helping make my husband and my wedding everything we could have dreamed of. Other than marrying my husband, the best decision I made was getting married at Radnor Valley. One of a kind wedding venue!

The venue is beautiful! A huge plus is that its a one stop shop! Great value for what you receive. Guests have not stopped talking about how beautiful it was or how good the food was. Barbara and her staff were amazing! I was treated like a princess! I had a ton of decor and they set everything up and took everything down seamlessly. Barbara makes everything so seamless, personal and special. They kept checking on us to make sure we had a great experiance. They were very accommodating and were willing to work with us on requests. She gives very honest advice and opinions and wont steer you wrong. She makes the experiance so special by whisking the bride & groom away for a few minutes of alone time immediatly after the ceremony and had appitizers, champagne and water for us. She even took out my veil for me. There was some type of delay with the guests shuttle through a company we used separately and she made sure I had no idea it was even going on! Took all the stress off me. She is great with dealing with wedding stess and would do anything in a moment to help realieve any stress that would come up. Barb and her staff were super attentive and answered all my questions and millions of emails. She even let me come to see a wedding set up the time of year our wedding was so I knew exactly what to expect. Cant say enough good things about the venue. Best choice we made! Its stunning and looked great in the pictures! Gives you that old mansion feel with beautiful gardens but all the modern ammenities you want / need! Worth every penny!

First off, if I could give a higher ranking than 5, I would. Words can't express the gratitude I have for Barbara, Amanda and the rest of the Radnor Valley CC. My husband and I recently held our Wedding reception at RVCC on 4/8/17. To say everything was perfect, would be an understatement. From the beautiful entrance to the reception hall, food, service and of course, the grounds! Everything is stunning at this venue. Of course, some things happen during your wedding day that are completely out of your control, but nothing is out of Barbara's control.
From Day 1, when I met Barbara on a tour of RVCC, she made both my parents and I feel at ease. She assured us she is always available with questions and that she would guide us along this adventure of planning a reception.
The week of the wedding can be very stressful, especially for the bride. I took two days off prior to the wedding that I assumed would be spent at RVCC setting up. Not the case. The moment we arrived, Barbara took everything off of my hands. From the tables gifts for the guests along with koozies, Memorial table items, table cards, small decorations here and there...I didn't have to worry about a thing. She just told me to go back and "relax."
I couldn't be more thankful for that moment.
On the day of my wedding, I arrived early so that my bridesmaids, MIL and mother could all get ready using the Bridal Suite. Barbara had already had my dress out and hanging for me, as well as the bridal suite set up so we could get right to hair and make up. Brides to be, if you are looking for a place to get ready prior to your wedding, this is the place! The bridal Suite is full of natural light, plenty of space and beautiful itself.
I can go on and on about how amazing this venue is, but really it is Barbara and her staff who take your experience to the next level. You won't worry about a thing, you can just enjoy the best day of your life.

RVCC was the perfect venue. We had a winter wedding and from the moment we walked on the grounds to look at it for the first time, we knew it would be where we would have our reception. Barbara and Amanda were outstanding. From the moment I started planning, Barb was offering sage advice on things that were unnecessary and she never let me lose my head. When we got last minute cancellations on our guests, she was accommodating and level-headed. She thought of everything. She gave me and my husband 10 minutes alone right after the ceremony to make sure we had a special few moments together during the day. Following that, my groom promptly stepped on my dress, breaking my bustle, and Amanda and Barb stepped in to pin up my bustle several times that night. They were always making sure I was having something to eat or drink and made sure we were always enjoying ourselves. The food was excellent as was the bar. RVCC was a dream and we couldn't have asked for anything better.

We had our wedding at RVCC in July and everything was perfect! I could not have asked for a better reception. Barb was great and made the night flow perfectly. People are still talking about how great the food was. It rained for the cocktail hour, so it was inside but it was still beautiful! I am so happy that my husband and I chose Radnor Valley!

Where to even begin. We had our reception at Radnor Valley on October 8th, and we truly could not imagine a more perfect day. The venue itself is gorgeous, with so much character and classic elegance. The back patio with the beautiful columns, along with the indoor cocktail hour room, was the perfect size for our 200 guests. The ballroom looked beautiful, and it was easy to see that every detail of the night had been looked after by the team.
And the team- I do not have enough words to describe how wonderful Barb, Amanda, and their team at Radnor are. From before we even chose Radnor Valley, Barb was so responsive in all of our communications. Throughout the wedding planning process, she would immediately e-mail me back or just call me to go over any questions or concerns I had. She would check in to make sure that I wasn't stressed, especially in the weeks leading up to our day. Barb is clearly able to handle any situation (including potential hurricanes headed up the coast), and she alone would have made our experience at Radnor Valley a wonderful one.
Our guests have not stopped telling us how wonderful the food was, how beautiful the venue was, and just how perfect the entire evening was for everyone who came. It was truly the best day of our lives, and we have Radnor Valley to thank so much for that!

We got married 9/24/16. Having our wedding at Radnor Valley CC was the best decision we made during the wedding planning process. The venue is beautiful. The ballroom is lovely, with neutral colors, so your décor really shines. There is a gorgeous patio, where we had our ceremony, and where guests mingled during cocktails. There are several lovely spots for photos, both indoor and out. The foyer of the clubhouse is elegant, and a perfect “first impression” for guests coming to the wedding. The food and service is outstanding. Our guests raved about the dinner—we served a choice of crab cakes, chicken Florentine or grilled vegetable timbale. The entrees and sides were delicious at the tasting, and exactly the same at the wedding. The passed apps and the Mediterranean station at cocktail hour were plentiful and delicious. The servers could not have been nicer. They asked our guests about food allergies, etc… and the timing of food service was perfect. The RVCC wedding coordinator, Barb, and her assistant, Amanda, ensured that the day ran exactly on schedule. They were so kind and helpful during the entire planning process, and they made sure that everything went perfectly on the day of the wedding. We always felt like we were in good hands, Barb made planning the ceremony and reception details fun and easy. Barb is detail oriented, and on top of EVERYTHING.

Barb and crew did a great job. We had a snafu the week prior to the wedding, but day of was perfect! Great service, great food, beautiful venue and great people. It could not have been a better day!

My husband and I celebrated our wedding reception at RVCC and couldn't be happier with our decision! Barbara Cunningham made wedding planning simple. She not only knew her venue inside and out, but also provided stellar recommendations on other vendors, including photographers and florists. When my bridal party and I arrived the morning of the wedding, a collective gasp was audible as we admired the stunning marble entryway and tastefully decorated ballroom - it was everything my husband and I imagined for our reception and photos. Not only gorgeous, RVCC offered an extensive menu; our guests raved about the food throughout the evening. My family and I cannot thank Barbara and RVCC enough for a smooth, organized, and seamless reception that kept our guests relaxed and celebrating all night!

From the initial tour of the venue, to outlining the menu and coordinating the vendors right up to the exciting end of the reception itself, our experience with Barbara Cunningham, the event coordinator, was flawless. We can't say enough how significant her quiet coordination of everything ensured that out event was a night which will be remembered happily by all of our guests and especially our family. The venue was absolutely gorgeous. All of our plans were met to the high standards of our expectations . Barbara with the assistance of Amanda led the evening's events with a certain subtly so that the direction was not obvious but yet it was very effective and efficient. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend booking this venue with this staff. If you are looking for a well run beautiful and happily memorable evening, this is the place.

Words cannot express how wonderful Radnor Valley Country Club was for our wedding reception. Barbara was fabulous to work with! She was quick to respond to any question or concern I had, and she made me feel very comfortable and relaxed throughout the whole planning process. We had our daughter's wedding at Radnor Valley CC and we were very happy with the food and service. Barbara C. and Amanda worked hard to make sure that the wedding was everything we had hoped for. They made helpful suggestions throughout the planning process and on the wedding day they even helped cover mistakes made by the decorators we hired.

We were looking for an elegant mansion that could hold a large wedding with a big dance floor, and we found it with Radnor Valley Country Club. Three other factors that really made our day: the bride/bridesmaids can get hair/makeup in a suite of rooms upstairs, there are so many gorgeous options for photos on-site, and Barb (on-site event manager) makes it all run smoothly from day one. She was always available to chat and so accommodating with every request and in the end, really ran the show perfectly.

I cannot say enough great things about Radnor Valley Country Club!! They created my dream wedding and more! Barbara Cunningham was very helpful, organized, fun, and most of all talented from the very beginning. Two days before the wedding I decided I wanted up lighting in our room during the reception and she put it all together with extremely short notice….it looked absolutely fantastic!
My wedding was on September 12th and the forecast said Thunderstorm. Without skipping a beat, Barb moved the planned cocktail hour from outside to inside and made it look just as beautiful. Two days before the wedding, we dropped off items we would like placed out during the receptions (pictures of past family weddings, cake knife, champagne glasses, etc). Barb set them all up and packaged them up after the wedding, making it very easy to pick everything up the day afterwards.
The morning of the wedding my bridesmaids, and my mom all got ready in the bridal suite. Barb was there bright and early (6:30 am !!) to greet us, set up breakfast, and be available for any questions/concerns. There was more than enough space for all 9 of us.
The final count for my wedding was 245 guests and the room still did not feel crowded! The table layout was carefully planned out and flowed. Everyone I have talked to since the big day said how everything was absolutely perfect! Thank you so much Barb! :) !!

Radnor Valley Country Club went above and beyond our expectations. Our coordinator, Barb was incredible she turned a rainy, windy hurricane watch into the most memorable day that no one thought possible. From the day of booking through the end of the wedding Barb and her staff were professional, attentive and a pleasure to be with. The food was absolutely phenomenal. We'd also like to personally thank Barb's assistant, Amanda!!! Our guests came up to us all night and raved about the service, food and friendliness of the entire staff! Thank you doesn't seem sufficient but a great big thank you goes out to All at RVCC for making our daughter and new son in law's day so incredible!

Radnor Valley is absolutely amazing when it comes to weddings. My Husband, Joseph and I were married on July 18th 2015 at St Thomas Villanova and had our reception at Radnor Valley. I searched high and low for the perfect venue, and from my first visit to Radnor Valley to departing on my wedding night, Radnor Valley was hands down the most marvelous!!!. First, the entire venue is gorgeous with so many places for great pictures. The service was exceptional and we are still hearing about how great of a time all of our guests had. The Staff were all extremely accommodating and so over the top friendly always walked around with smiles on their faces ready to lend a helping hand. From day 1 when we met with Barbara Cunningham and her assistant, she provided us with top-notch customer service and she made sure that she and her staff delivered on making sure that our special day was one to remember. We are SO happy that we had our wedding at Radnor Valley. Barbara went above and beyond for us. She was quick to respond to calls and emails, and also had good advice to offer. Every meeting that we had, she never rushed us and sincerely wanted to make sure that we had everything we needed. She thought of everything and was a fantastic wedding coordinator. After our long wedding day, she was still there after midnight helping my husband and I with the decorations and other belongings we may have left behind. Barbara, thank you so much! We recently had our wedding ceremony and brunch reception at Radnor Valley, and it was everything we hoped for and more. Barb Cunningham was amazing to work with as was her assistant Amanda. They arranged all the details exactly how we envisioned, and worked with us to tailor the event to make it our own, since we made some non-traditional choices. Barb was always easily reachable via cell phone, email, or in person. She gave great advice and suggestions and respected my hands-on approach since I am an event planner (although had never planned a wedding!) I have a severe dietary restriction and Chef Scott made it so easy for me to enjoy special meals and snacks throughout the day. We had some last minute changes due to weather and everything was handled seamlessly and professionally. Thank you RVCC!

We couldn't have picked a better venue for our ceremony and reception! We had so many compliments on how good the food was and just how beautiful the ceremony area and venue were. Barbara was great to work with! Even though she had a lot going on with other events, she made sure I got what I wanted for my wedding. She stuck with us from the very beginning of the day to the very end! She took care of everything on my wedding day so that I didn't have to stress about anything. I highly recommend this place because of the decor, food, and having Barbara as an onsite coordinator!

My husband and I were recently married at Radnor Valley Country Club. Barb and her staff were amazing! The food was outstanding- the property itself is just gorgeous and our guests had nothing but great things to say! Leading up to the big day the stress of the small stuff started to weigh on me- we met with Barb and she made me feel so much better. The day of the wedding I had NOTHING to worry about. We showed up to get ready and everything was already in place exactly as I imagined it :-) the entire day and night I was Barb and the staff's top priority and I literally had nothing to worry about. Throughout our engagment Barb was always available for any questions we had and was very easy to reach. The best part of our experience with Radnor Valley were the details and attention that Barb gave us. We really felt like she genuinely cared about us and our big day. We had a great experience with Radnor Valley and already wish we could do it all over again!

Barb and the staff at Radnor Valley Country Club were absolutely amazing. From our first visit to look at the venue I knew and felt completely confident that I would have the wedding of my dreams. The perfect day started from the moment we arrived in the morning to get ready for the evening wedding. Radnor has a huge, gorgeous bridal suite so the bridal party and family took full advantage of it and had hair and make-up done. Within the first half hour of arriving, Barb told me I was off duty and needed to go upstairs to the bridal room to relax. Barb with the other vendors made my vision come to life. I had created posters and was shocked when Barb put them into beautiful gold frames to make them look even better. During the reception my husband and I had a staff who were devoted to us to make sure we had everything we needed. I wish we had another event that required Radnor to be a part of because I can't speak highly enough about Barb and the staff.

Barbara and her staff were absolutely amazing! On the day of our wedding, Barbara went above and beyond to ensure that everything ran smoothly and everything looked beautiful. Our ceremony was moved inside to the lobby due to the weather and Barb and her staff took great care to decorate the space and make it extra special. Barb added several touches, such as flowers from a wedding that took place in the venue the night before ours, and incorporated all of the decorations that my husband and I provided perfectly. Barb made sure that the reception decorations were flawless as well.

Before the reception started, Barb let me and my husband look at the room alone before anyone else saw it. She also gave us a private moment together, along with a glass of champagne, following the ceremony. It was these little details that really made me and my future husband feel special and completely taken care of.

Throughout the night, Barb kept an eye on everything and made sure that nothing went wrong. Her and the staff also made sure that we had dinner and dessert and drinks all night. Barb was really good about making sure we weren't being pulled in too many directions so that we could enjoy the evening.

All in all, everything was PERFECT. We had an amazing time and received compliments from all of our guests about the every aspect of the event. Everyone loved the food, too! We ended up extending our reception for an extra half hour because we didn't want the evening to end. I would highly recommend this venue to friends and family. Barb and her staff are incredible to work with. Barb did a fantastic job of easing my nerves about all of the little details and really made sure everything was flawless for me and my husband the day of our wedding. I felt completely taken care of and not the least bit stressed on my wedding day-this is how all brides should be able to feel! I would work with Barb again in a heartbeat!

Radnor Valley Country Club offers a lovely outside patio for ceremonies and cocktail hour. The staff is extremely helpful, attentive and always professional. They are a step ahead, proactive and ready for most surprise situations! The food is delicious. Even when thrown a curve ball with an unexpected major delay in the agreed upon time for the food, the kitchen did an outstanding job keeping the filet mignon perfect.

One drawback if you use RVCC for a ceremony, especially on the outside patio: RVCC does not have a piano. This presents a large challenge when figuring out what to do for music.

Other than that, I would highly recommend RVCC!

AMAZING, Beautiful, Spectacular, Fantastic, Delicious, Perfect. I don't have enough space to write down how much we loved RVCC, Barb and all her staff. We looked at many venues, and fell in love with this after meeting with Barb. She clearly knows what she is doing and we couldn't imagine working with anyone else. She gave us advice, was very responsive, and knew how to calm all my worries. The food was absolutely delicious and tasty and we all still receiving rave reviews about it. We had our ceremony there and due to the rain we had to call it inside. It was so beautiful! I was upset about it at first and Barb showed me pictures and assured me it would be just as amazing and it was! Everything went so smoothly! The staff were all very respectful, nice, and on top of it. I catered for 10 years and have very high standards of venues, food, staff, etc. RVCC exceeded our expectations!! We would recommend this venue to anyone who wants the most perfect wedding. You will NOT regret it!

My Husband and I decided to look at RVCC based upon reviews on here, and I am so grateful that we did. Everyone kept telling me that you’ll know it’s the place you’re supposed to get married because you will get this “feeling”. I am not an overly sentimental woman, it takes a lot to make me cry, (I didn’t even cry when we got engaged) so it was difficult for me to envision a place making me tear up. RVCC is a beautiful venue with a grand entrance and only one ballroom, which means you are the only wedding that day. Barb, the wedding coordinator brought us on the tour and brought us up to the bridal suite and there was a separate room off of the suite. She brought us in there and said “when you guys get back to here after the ceremony, I will be waiting and bring you to this room. There will be two glasses of champagne and you will have 5 minutes, as husband and wife alone, with no cameras, to talk about your day and take it all in.” That moment brought me to tears and I knew RVCC was the place for us.
The day of, my girls and I got ready at RVCC. From the moment we walked in, Barb was great help, whether it was helping fix my hair, pointing vendors in the right direction, or making sure I ate/drank something before the ceremony. We got married at a church off site and upon return Barb was there and did take us up to the private room, and it was perfect. It was so important for us to step back and reflect on the day and Barb made that easy for us. In the middle of pictures, our 2-year-old flower girl had a melt down and my sister in law had nothing but wonderful things to say about how Barb handled it. She took my niece into a private room, gave her chocolate milk and snacks and next thing you know she was back to enjoying herself. Our reception went flawless and everyone is still talking about the food and service! I could not have picked a better venue for our wedding day—thanks to Barb and her wonderful staff who took care of us the entire day!!

There aren't adequate words to describe how fabulous my daughter's wedding reception was at the Radnor Valley Country Club except as many of our guests said: "A+". It is the perfect wedding venue and incorporates everything you can wish for the wedding of your dreams.
Located on a beautiful and idyllic golf landscape, the country club impresses you from the start with its covered portico of the Georgian mansion to the magnificent 2-story entry foyer. The lovely rear patio and indoor bar area are perfect for cocktail hour and the ballroom is elegant and spacious for guests to dine and dance. The second floor bridal suite affords the bride and bridesmaids a lovely area with ample space to dress and have make-up and hair done prior to the wedding.
From the moment I met Barbara Cunningham, the event coordinator for the country club, I knew we were in warm, kind, and capable hands. Nothing is impossible for Barb and she exudes confidence and friendly competence in guiding you through the wedding process.
The wait-staff was incredible! The service was friendly and receptive and the guests raved about how attentive their waiters/waitresses were.
One word describes the food-phenomenal! The guests are still talking about the delicious hors d'oeuvres and fabulous dinner (cooked perfectly) saying it was the best food they have ever had at a wedding.

Radnor Valley CC was a fantastic place for a wedding reception. From the time that we arranged to tour the venue to the day of the wedding, the event coordinator Barbara made everything easier. She made arrangements for special requests, dealt with our other vendors, and treated everyone with the utmost respect, without blinking an eye. The venue was beautiful and the food was amazing, according to all of our guests. Definitely got lucky finding this place for the reception.

Radnor Valley Country Club is absolutely gorgeous! With a stunning and grand two story entryway, regal, elegant outdoor pillars and beautiful white Georgian-style mansion, it will make you feel like a queen for a day! It exudes elegance and class. The grounds are simply spectacular with lush green everywhere you turn and beautiful old trees. There is also a lovely outdoor patio area that guests can use during cocktail hour and the reception. Truly the most beautiful country club I have ever seen! Barb does a fantastic job of making you feel at ease through the entire process. The day of the wedding Barb truly was a pro - navigating the bridal party and guests, coordinating between the vendors - she was always so calm and relaxed! It was great and so reassuring. When we got to cocktail hour she whisked us away for a few moments so we could catch our breath and take it in that we were husband and wife. She brought in champagne and even brought us samples of all of our hors d'oeuvres (since we had arrived later than expected from the church). We were thrilled because we thought we wouldn't get a chance to taste them. The food was fantastic with beautiful presentations! We received so many compliments from our guests. The staff were all so sweet and kind! The ballroom is exquisite with a large dance floor, new carpet and beautiful natural light which comes through the floor to ceiling windows around the ballroom. We were beyond thrilled with RVCC and would absolutely recommend them to anyone! Our wedding was everything I ever could have imagined!

I had my New Year's Eve wedding reception at Radnor Valley Country Club and it was absolutely perfect! Not only is the facility absolutely gorgeous & amazing for pictures, but Barb (the coordinator) is awesome as well as the rest of her staff! She made everything so easy and everything was exactly how I wanted it - down to the smallest details! We hung out in the bridal suite all day and had hair and makeup come to us - that is such a relaxing way to do things as you have the club for the entire day! The food at the reception was so delicious (breakfast for dinner!) and it was all a dream come true. I certainly recommend this vendor to everyone!

We had our wedding and reception at Radnor Valley Country Club. One word: Perfect. We had a small, intimate wedding and RVCC made our wedding beautiful. We got married outside and had the reception in the smaller bar area and they did a phenomenal job setting up everything in a romantic and warm way. The fireplaces were burning and the lobby was a perfect place for cocktail hour. We could not ask for a better picture perfect place to have our pictures done. Barbara did an amazing job and was very responsive and made planning a breeze. I cannot recommend this venue enough. 5 stars seem to little for how much we loved our wedding.

We could not have been happier and more honored to get married at Radnor Valley Country Club. We felt right at home with the staff. Barbara and her team pay very close attention to every single detail, ensuring that the event will be flawless - and that it was! Due to decent weather, we were also able to get some pictures outside, and with the stunning setting that it is, the pictures are simply beautiful.

It was also a great venue to use for getting ready - utilizing the bridal suite. The ceremony in the ballroom was also great and just what we wanted.

Our daughter's wedding on November 23, 2013 at Radnor Valley Country Club was perfect in every way(the date listed with this post is incorrect as it is for our other daughter's wedding that was held in March of 2012). The venue was gorgeous, making our guests feel like our party was in our very own private mansion. Barbara Cunningham, the Catering Director, and her staff did an amazing job from beginning to end, providing the best possible serviceand professionalism. We had a vision, and Radnor helped us achieve that goal. Our sit down dinner was delicious and was plated and served beautifully, and it was HOT...not an easy thing to accomplish when serving 210 people. The facility functioned beautifully for both our ceremony and our party creating a warm, intimate and first class environment. I was hoping that we could give our daughter her dream wedding...with Radnor Valley's help, we exceeded ALL of her expectations. It was a flawless night we will never forget...and neither will our guests. Thanks to Bob, Jason, Rob, Rob, Nick, Amanda, Emily, Barb, Bill...and anyone else who went above and beyond to make the evening magical!

I recently got married at Radnor Valley Country Club. My ceremony was at St. Thomas of Villanova so I wanted a venue relatively close to the church for the convenience of the guests. From the moment I walked in I knew this is where I wanted to have my wedding reception. The facility is beautiful, and made for stunning pictures. Barb, the banquet manager, made the planning process smooth and painless, and made the wedding day flow perfectly and without a hitch. The staff were all so friendly and accommodating. My husband and I couldn't have been more pleased with our choice in venue. My family and friends haven't stopped raving about how wonderful the evening was from the food, drinks, dance floor and atmosphere. I highly recommend RVCC to any bride getting married on or around the Main Line area. My friend is getting married there next year, and I can't wait to go back and be a guest at the reception.

I recently got married at the radnor valley country club! The wedding was amazing. Barb the wedding coordinator was wonderful to work with. All of our guests commented on what a great wedding it was and loved the food. The country club is beautiful and a stunning backdrop for photos. They have a great patio area which Is great for the cocktail hour. The staff the night off the wedding was great too.

There is nothing bad to say about RVCC. We received so many compliments about how beautiful the building was, how friendly the staff was, and how GREAT the food was! Barb and her staff made the day run flawlessly, and were extremely professional. My favorite part was when we arrived at the country club after our ceremony, Barb led my husband and I to a private room to enjoy a glass of champagne as newlyweds. So thoughtful.

We had an absolutely perfect wedding ceremony and reception at RVCC. The planning process was smooth with all of my questions being answered immediately. The service the day of was outstanding. Radnor Valley Country Club is the main line's best kept secert for wedding venues! From the moment I stepped into the beautiful setting, I knew it would be a perfect spot for my reception. Chuck Miller was very responsive to all of my questions and requests - I always felt like I was in good hands and the day of the wedding was seemless with not a flaw to be noticied! The food was delicious too, there were plenty of different spaces for guests to make themselves comfortable, and the ballroom allowed for everyone to be seated in a spot where they could view everything perfectly. Would highgly recommend any bride take the timeto tour Radnor Valley in their wedding planning process!

I can't tell you how happy I was that we had our wedding reception at Radnor Valley Country Club. Both of our parents have health issues so we wanted to find a place that would be comfortable for them - few stairs, good climate control, comfortable seating etc...BUT we also needed something that would fit in our budget. As I was looking around for a spot in the Main Lin Philadelphia area I didn't find any places that were both as well as a beaustiful spot that I would like my guests to enjoy. My final appointment was at RVCC and I was immediately greeted by this warm, impeccably dressed man who would be the event coordinator. He instantly made me feel welcome and then he did the one thing that made my heart melt. I had my 6 and 8 year old nephews with me (they insisted on putting their two cents into the decision since they were the ring bearers) and Chuck knelt down, introduced himself to both of them, asked them if they would like some to drink and then proceeded to dote on them. They got sodas, pretzels, chips and a little area where they could color while I discussed the grown up stuff. Fifteen minutes into the meeting my youngest nephew came up to me and whispered in my ear "Aunt Lala - please get married here. This places if AWESOME". The kid has great taste. It is truly beautiful inside having recently gone through a massive restoration. And it is set on a well manicured golf course in the most gorgeous part of the Main Line. I discussed with Chuck our budget as well as the fact that we we need to have the food choices reflect our guest religious beliefs as well as some allergies. He instantly was able to give suggestions that were friendly for a nut-free, Muslim, Jewish and Hindu palate. It all worked out in our budget and on the day of the wedding, we had multpile guest comment on how they have never been to a wedding where the food was piping hot, perfectly seasoned and beautifully presented. Seriously, we had a friend take a picture of his plate before he started eating because he thought it was so well plated! Chuck always was fun to work with and had this amazing ability to seem like he was perfectly on top of everything but also as calm as if he had just had the best night's sleep. He is a JOY to work with. One other thing. One week before the wedding, my father had a heart attack. Thankfully he has recovered well, but at the time Chuck and I had set up certain times that I would drop off things, including the final check. I told him the situation and he could not have been more compassionate. He insisted we did not try to break our backs getting everything to him by a specific time and he worked with us around my father's procedures. At the reception, he warmly greeted my father and had special seating set aside for him and my mother-in-law who has MS so that they could be comfortable. Talk about a man with incredible priorities! If you decide to have your wedding at RVCC, it will be such a fantastic time - I had the most fun a girl can have because of all of them - oh and the waitstaff are as sweet and fun as can be. My guests took group shots with them! How awesome is that?

This was the most magical day of our lives. This venue had it all. And Amy and her staff helped us tremendously. The food was amazing. The ballroom was incredible. We have never been more proud of a location in our lives.

RVCC was recommended to us by a family friend. We couldn't have picked a better venue for our wedding reception! We wanted a pretty venue with good food and amazing value. Boy did RVCC deliver! Food was delicious and with plenty of options, and our food tasting was one of our favorite experiences during the entire planning process. One of the best things about RVCC is that you get the entire beautiful place dedicated to your wedding. It’s perfect because you have the option for people to go out on the partly-covered patio for cocktail hour, stay in the lobby, or by the bar inside - so no need to worry about the weather! The ballroom can accommodate medium to large weddings and the dance floor is huge.

Barb, the day-of-coordinator, is so accommodating and patient. She's the calm, rational presence you NEED on your wedding day. Barb is truly the wedding whisperer. Barb has seen it all, so when we asked a million questions, she would reassure us. She knew what we wanted even when we didn't, and would give her honest recommendations for what was, wasn’t necessary, which was gracious to our budget! We never felt nickeled and dimed, and the RVCC package includes SO much that you really don't need add-ons. However, if you want to add bells and whistles (like particular brands of alcohol, or premium hor d'oeuvres), you can choose to upgrade. Day of the wedding, she met me and my bridesmaids right when we arrived, led us to the huge bridal suite (tons of mirrors in the bathroom and plenty of space!), helped me carry my dress around for photos, brought me much-needed champagne during cocktail hour, and set up all the tables beautifully in the reception hall. I was anxious having done the centerpieces myself, but Barb and her team set up everything perfectly, and it turned out better than I could have imagined.

If you want the best value in the area and a truly beautiful, fun, and smooth wedding, I highly recommend RVCC.

We had an amazing ceremony and reception at RVCC. Although we initially worked with one banquet manager (who left soon after we chose RV), the new manager Barbara stepped right in and was very helpful and eased our minds that everything would be as planned. Although it rained, the ceremony indoors was very nice and intimate. The crew did a great job of setting up the ballroom and quickly changing it over for the reception. No problems. The guests raved about the food at our stations. The service was great both beforehand in the bridal suite and for the bride and groom during the reception.

My husband and I were married at the end of October 2016 and had our reception at Radnor Valley Country Club. I fell in love with this venue the second I saw the white pillars at the back of the clubhouse but then continued to love this place once I met with Barb, the events director. Her and her staff are phenomenal to work with. From the first visit with her to the saying goodbye as my new husband and I got on our trolley to leave the reception it was nothing but first class service.
The venue is beautiful on its own but Barb did everything we discussed with her to incorporate all of our personal touches to make it our picture perfect wedding.
The drinks, hor d'oeuvres, salads, entrees, flambe station and preferred cake vendor were all so delicious. We even had a mini grilled cheese/tomato soup served with our salads and it was a crowd favorite!
When we first met with Barb she mentioned that on our wedding day she would pull us aside once we got there and give us 5 minutes to ourselves to take a breather and be able to just sit with my new husband. Looking back on our wedding day that was some of the best minutes of the entire day - it was so wonderful being able to sit down and be excited that WE JUST GOT MARRIED!
Barb also made sure to introduce me and my husband to one of her servers that would be helping us that evening and let me tell you - she was always right there and able to help us with anything! She was wonderful.
Barb and her entire team were amazing to work with and the RVCC was the perfect backdrop to our magical day. I highly recommend you go look at RVCC and hopefully book your wedding/reception there!

My husband and I had our wedding on June 10, 2017 at RVCC. Barb and Amanda were great to work with! They were very helpful and supportive throughout the planning process! They were both very professional and flexible! The day of the wedding, I felt very comfortable and confident with Barb and Amanda on hand to take care of things. Our guests loved the location and how we were able to have our cocktail hour outside! We also specifically loved the size of the dance floor and how it was able to accommodate all of our friends and family that love to dance! It was a great fit for our wedding and we are so happy we chose RVCC for our wedding reception!

Having to organise the wedding from abroad, we heavily depended on communication from the venue. Unfortunately, we ended up having 3 event planners as the first one disappeared after weeks of no correspondence, then the second event planner had personal issues (which we ended up knowing intimate details of) and finally the third event planner (Chris) who took over our wedding 4 days before the wedding.
It was a nightmare situation with unnecessary stress to the point we were unsure of whether our wedding was even taking place as no contract had been issued to us until Chris took over.
Having said that, the wedding day itself went smoothly and we enjoyed ourselves very much. Chris and Diamond were amazing - we hoped we were offered this level of service and professionalism from the very beginning. I think after everything that had happened, they took extra care to look after us, which we are thankful for. We understand that this is not typical of Radnor VCC and the day ended up being wonderful.
