I purchased my engagement ring with them and the staff was amazing. Super easy process and they had everything and was able to get everything I needed and envisioned. It all came together even more beautiful than I could imagine. They also stand behind their name.

I went to London Jewelers to get my wedding band and their services was horrendous - it took 6 weeks after I ordered for it to arrive and when it did, they had ordered it in the wrong ring size. After being resized, I never received a call when it was ready and had to track it down by going to the actual store (and I live in Manhattan) so it wasn't so convenient...the manager wasn't polite and just denied the entire mess-up. I would not recommend going to this store for anything.
